One percent of the population eh!

There is another more prominent percentage of the population who suffer even more form NPD - but they also suffer from the "Cognitive Dissonance" disorder of their Herds' higher than thou mentality when 'they' are and have been palpably and incontrovertibly found to have 'got it wrong'. [Isn't that why we have miscarriages of justice that 'only' come out decades after the guilty have been pensioned / paid off]

Am I talking about the whole legal fraternity inc the CPS and their front fools and idiot tools the plod - you decide?

Hmm so the judges 'act' completely independently of the politicians and the police ... oh and presumably the CPS?

How Odd, Strange and Bizarre that the Defendant in a case appears to have had 'carte blanche' to do its thing in a timely fasion and run up a HUGE FEE for doing so

Yet when the Claimants turn happens along their time is 'restricted' ...?

So one party gets carte blanche and all the time in the world to put its case ... and book its fees for having been granted the priviledge to do so - no hurry or haste there then.

But wait ... then the other party is given its turn ... and they are given the hurry up and restricted treatment. They are "Rushed" along in the fair and impartial process of the law not only being seen to be done but being done.

The 'Appearance of bias should cease' as some would' say / rule in The Times gone by - but contrary to that "a rush to judgment" is a rush to judgment and can clearly be identified in any paper trail.

Wherein lies the "Burden of proof / the standard of proof unless of course there are others' interests being covered up for some or other reason?

I prefer the Claimants case in this matter.

There is such a thing as the Reasonable Test.

i.e. What in a civil court given the facts that come out during the proceedings 'A Reasonable Man' could come to a conclusion on.

But then of there are "those who 'hold themselves out' as being reasonable" when their acting skills leave much to be desired ...

Research the reasonablness test / balance of probability - but don't forget they have their 'Cognitive Dissonance / probity and risk managment liability to protect' ... not that that would interfere in the course of natural justice mind ... or would it impinge upon their

I don’t know how you do it Maurice! I’m four years younger than you and I haven’t got half your energy.

What you say about your memory loss is worrying, for your sake, for the sake of your highly justified civil action against South Wales Police, and for the broader community; because I wonder whether we are all suffering from memory impairment. I have been suffering memory loss increasingly over a period of years and it’s disabling.

Back in the 1930s the *** put fluoride in the drinking water to make the German people and POWs compliant, because that’s what Sodium Fluoride does, so I read. It does nothing for tooth enamel, unless painted straight on (I’ve had this treatment and it works) except to damage it, and it also causes one’s bones to go brittle. Memory loss and a compliant attitude is what fluoride does to people, so maybe Maurice you should be drinking and cooking with Perrier! BTW the stuff in plastic bottles, even if spring water, may contain polymers, and they aren’t good for us either!

Is there anything good for our health any more? Our vegetables have been sprayed with chemicals, they take up chemicals from the soil, and you probably know more about what is in the meat we eat, than I do.

I hope you succeed in your prosecution of South Wales Police and go on to see the conviction of the ring leaders. We’d all like to see the worst of the perpetrators jailed, because the public aren’t safe while one middle-aged woman and her friend (some sort of quack, I hear) are at liberty.

After your success you may wish to fly off into the sunset. Offer your services as a daring aviator to an appreciative people that may require search and rescue services from time to time. Have your own vineyard planted and the grapes watered from pure mountain streams fed by glaciers. You should have your food cooked in it, drink it, and bath in it. If I could do it, I would.

Ahh! yes that old subject of 'Blackmail' indeed.

A subject matter that very few truly understand; much less understand when the "odds" are "overwhelmingly stacked" against one with the compliance of many a wig and his friends 'using lessers' throughout a subservient hierarchical administrative system to get 'one result' (FOR THEM) via "leveraging person/s" to do their at arms length bidding ... INDEED; A NEST OF VIPERS.
