Re: Request CPS Review ‘all’ conditions so a Restraining Order does not set me up to fail?

Thank you for your letter 20 March 2013. My 22 January 2013 letter is to vary “all” conditions. I understand that the CPS previously proposed the following sorts of conditions in 2011 and so it follows we vary the past CPS draft proposals to seek a proportionate response:-

I can agree not to contact Dr Tegwyn Williams. [I have instructed private detectives to locate Drs Williams and Hillier’s home in order that there may not be a repeat of my last summer’s vindictive imprisonment following his false ‘victim’ statements].

I agree not to disseminate any untrue information with regards to Dr Williams.

That the Order end on………Date?

As Dr T Williams is not at Caswell Clinic and has not been there for a very long time it would seem wrong to deny me my rights and liberty of access to my NHS clinic.

It is also normal NHS procedure, after being an inpatient (sectioned or otherwise), that if he is confused, unhappy or seeks reassurance regarding what has occurred and/or is written, that the patient is to return to the same clinic to discuss issues with the same ‘group’ of clinicians.

Under the Data Protection Act the same clinicians are to update the records to make all that they have ever written to be fair, true and accurate. Clinicians not at Caswell in 2009 cannot address data. It must be the team at Caswell. There were over twenty writers in the three months of my team assessment or forced unnecessary and unlawful incarceration.

Dr Williams and his lawyers are accused of abuse of power and workplace bullying where the Caswell team wish to build a relationship with me. If I name a good genuine clinician, who will help me, will Dr Tegwyn Williams and his lawyers then bully that clinician not to help?

I cannot now name any helpful good clinicians for fear of them receiving a repeat bullying.

You mention that Morgan Cole, solicitors, say that there is no facility to conduct tests for brain damage at Caswell Clinic when Dr Tegwyn Williams seems to say there is, in that Caswell Clinic is the host to commission and deal with investigation of specific issues of brain damage effecting behaviour relevant to MAPPA level 3 forensic psychiatry.

Why, then, did Dr Williams ask the Crown Court to section me first to Caswell Clinic and then to Ashworth Prison if not to determine the presence or absence of brain damage?

Why does Dr Williams avoid clarifying whether I have significant irreversible brain damage?

His last summer’s false ‘victim’ statement, police countersigned, means the CPS recognises Dr T Williams is not without blame when dropping all charges. So is the CPS now proposing to vary my Restraining Order to that of a more proportionate one or do I appeal to Europe?

Second letter Why will neither South Wales Police nor Cardiff CPS produce Doctor Tegwyn Williams' victim statement for the IPCC/CCRC and my MP and that of his wife's, also dated July 2012, falsly complaining of being harassed at their home?

I enclose further video evidence of blatant conspiracy to pervert the course of justice this time by Police Sergeant Kilberg lying on oath before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, a few weeks ago, just as he did in 2002, before the Royal College of Veterinary surgeons to have my name removed from the veterinary register.

Enclosed is a 90s Barry police station custody video of Kilberg lying to the custody sergeant that I was in breach of a public order offence despite the custody sergeant specifically asking for that clarification.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellin QC or the police QC, during the three months civil action currently in session in the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, asked for clarification on exactly the same point with the South Wales Police sergeant qualifying the issue by stating the custody sergeant made the mistake when writing down the facts.

The truth of the matter was his partner, PC Gareth Holmes was right there, seen on video and refusing to support the deliberate lie either by recording it in his pocket note book or in his subsequent MG 11 witness statement.

Just when is this expensive NHS/ police South Wales scandal going to come to an end and the true culprits brought to trial or do my friends and myself do it ourselves?

As usual it is all about 'disclosure of evidence' so if the police can withhold names of witnesses, custody records and police personal note books etc then they usually have you 'buttoned up' and 'up a creek without a paddle' in any subsequent criminal or civil proceeedings.

A case in point is next Wednesday's hearing, where the police witheld the overhead Newport Road, Cardiff, video until I was convicted.

I visited, by court order, to serve yet another copy of it on Dolmans, solicitors, acting for the Defendant , the Chief Constable of South Wales Police only to receive the following:

Attendance at our offices

I refer to your and anticipated attendance at our offices at approximately 4:55 pm on Friday, 22 March 2013. I record that you entered the reception area of our offices despite having previously been advised that your license to attend our premises had been revoked and that you would be trespassing if you entered our premises.

This decision was not taken lightly, but was based upon our previous reasonable requests for your dealing with matters by e-mail and correspondence and the fact that it had been necessary to ask for police officers to attend our offices due to your refusal to vacate the premises on a prior occasion. In addition, you have made several unwarranted indications of your intention to effect a citizen's arrest upon me personally. I have no wish for my staff to become embroiled in any issues relating to your expressed intention. I am also aware that you have distributed leaflets relating to myself which are inappropriate and inflammatory.

I would be grateful if you would abide by the indication which has been provided to you. If you continue to seek to enter our premises, then it will again be necessary for us to involve the police.

Your purported reason for attendance at our offices

You indicated to the person who dealt with you that you are seeking to attend regarding VHS cassettes and a DVD and that you are seeking to draw attention to discrepancies between the same.

The person who dealt with you indicated that he would not be able to assist in this regard, but you indicated that he would be returning to our offices at 4:00 pm on Monday, 25 March 2013.

Your need to comply with a court direction

A direction was made by the court on 13 March 2013 that you were required to produce by 4 pm on Friday 22.3.2013 the videos which you have in your possession by email and that those which you did not have in digital form, were either to be supplied to the court in digital form, or if not practicable, to be lodged with the Court by that date, for the particular attention of Mrs Rosie Pahl.

It is clear from this direction that the intention was that you should lodge any relevant tapes or digital copies with the court, rather than this practice. In particular, we are alert to the fact that you have suggested to the court that this practice cannot be relied upon to produce appropriate copies.

The court has made it clear that the court is to take control of any documents which you produce. You are therefore reminded of your obligation to provide any relevant material to the court as directed by the court.

It is noted that on Sunday 24 March 2013 you directed an e-mail to Melanie Standley of this practice (who is absent from the office this week) providing a link to a “you tube” site. It is noted that you also referred to videos having been stolen from your vehicle.

Divorce proceedings commenced the minute the South Wales Police launched 'Operation Chalice', being twenty or so police, some armed, surrounding our home while we were peacefully sipping tea in the front garden, as an armed police helicopter hovered overhead. Once the hand cuffs clicked on and having failed in getting me 'lawfully' shot Barbara Wilding sent in 'Operation Orchid ', another expert team but this time to snatch our then ten year old daughter with the aid of Vale of Glamorgan Social Services.

As if South Wales Police have not already done enough to our family now the lawyers for local estate agents, some who may have gone to school with my ex wife, are now with a court case of their own! Then we have, also with an interest in our family home and enough to have a hugely inflated charge on the property, is a John Devlin of Horsey and Lightly, solicitors, London. He was, it appears, primed to take advantage of my incarceration, during 2009, facing a mandatory10 year prison sentance for trading in 'machine guns', to inflate his legal fees ten fold.

John knew nothing of MAPPA legislation, when I spoke on the prison telephone, in around October 2009, nor did I expect him to know but that did not stop him causing me huge thousands in legal bills. Meanwhile down at Barbara Wilding's Bridgend police head quaters a Caswell clinic psychiatrist was being promised immunity to prosecution if he had me sectioned to a psychiatric prison without even examining his proposed patient!

Yes , of course he would, the doctor told the MAPPA level 3 clandestine meeting unlawfully devoid of alll other 'agents'.

Yes, of course Maurice will now have very sharp long finger nails, after nearly eight months in Cardiff prison and ready, if given half the chance, to scratch the surface paint off , right before the jury's eye, to expose the new owner's silver, painted on a year earlier when Maurice had sold the DH2 aircraft to the the Lincolnshire museum.

Dear Sir,

South Wales Police & Recent ‘Harassment’ Supreme Court Ruling

Re your 26th February 13 letter I really must protest.

Last year the IPCC refused to personally investigate the way the South Wales Police re painted a WW1 Lewis machine gun purely to try and fool the jury. The police failed, yet again but I was acquitted when facing a mandatory 10 year prison sentence in a psychiatric prison.

Now your letter of 26^th Feb 13 states the same police in Cardiff ‘cannot find me’re my complaints to your so called independent organisation!!! I regularly visit and report written complaints to police and I, no doubt, am still on MAPPA level 3 24/7 covert surveillance to prejudice my current civil actions---‘money no object’

My Second point ‘needing clarification’?

My complaint is not easy to hand but I hope it is the continuing complaint re Dr Tegwyn Williams chief forensic psychiatrist for the South Wales Police who asked HHJ Bidder QC, in 2009, that I be incarcerated in Ashworth High Security prison, for life, due to ‘his only’ MAPPA diagnosed, that I have possible brain cancer but I have 'significant irreversible brain damage' and far too dangerous to be let loose amongst the community.

The second point I hope was the fact that this same police doctor signed a July 12 victim witness statement, countersigned by the police, obtaining my imprisonment until October 12 when released, all charges dropped, the CPS realising it would fail. Dr Williams had written I had been around to his house and had ‘harassed him and his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, also saying police were called to the scene!!

I am currently under a dubious restraining order, now questionable due a recent high Court ruling, which would of had me very quickly convicted had a word of what the police and Dr TW Williams had written been true. I went round to the police again, yesterday and made them admit nothing whatever has been done to my request for investigation into yet another falsehood originating from an NHS Wales 'sick' doctor.

I am currently trying to find a team of lawyers in England to continue my complaints with five other different publically funded departments but when the IPCC simply continue to hand a substantive complaint, each time, back to the dirty culprits, to investigate themselves, then why do we all bother?

Just seven pages of it, drafted by Horsey Lightly, solicitors, around the corner, now deemed 'an Abuse of Process' by Their Lordships, are holding me to bankruptcy proceedings if I do not pay their extortionate near £40,000 legal bill!

Erroneous Caswell Clinic Psychiatric Reports

I seek guidance from the Crown Prosecution Service in the unlikely event that the presiding judge will accept the Caswell Clinic forensic psychiatrist's findings, that I have 'significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour, meaning I will, again, as already ruled by numerous both English and Welsh courts, that I need a court appointed lawyer to represent me, subject to 1983 and 2007 Mental Health Act and Articles contained in the 1998 Human Rights Act.

The UK NHS (Wales) registered doctor wrote this in September 2009, without qualifications and has, ever since, repeated it to His Honour Judge Bidder QC, on 2nd December 2009, while applying I further sectioned to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Hospital, IPP and on numerous more recent occasions to both English and Welsh Authorities, only just now coming to light.

He wrote the 2009 Crown Court reports whilst in possession of several expert medical reports to the contrary and following protection promised by the South Wales Police and seven MAPPA meetings causing me to be registered level three. The doctors need to attend by my already applied witness summons in order to clarify or correct this apparent anomaly. .

Fabricated NHS Medical Records and ‘Breach of Restraining Order' Appeal

I came to London to visit the Criminal Court of Appeal, your offices, The General Medical Council and attend meetings with Members of Parliament all relevant to this outstanding appeal. Both HM Cardiff Crown and magistrates Courts, NHS (Wales), GEOamey Custody Services, local CPS and South Wales Police continue to refuse to disclose public records.

After six telephone calls, today, I am still no further forwards in obtaining a corrected 4^th May 12 court transcript of jury trial or hear the digital CDs only under Cardiff control.

Your flat refusal, with the Royal Courts of Justice general office, to either accede to my request for either of you to find me legal representation, at my expense, I find disappointing.

At 10^th November 11 ‘Prevention of Harassment Act 1997' trial, leading to a purported ‘service' of a ‘restraining order', under the most dubious of circumstances, the need for The Recorder of Cardiff's 14^th Nov 11 Court Orders, only just revealed, the subsequent March 12 appeal, against ‘harassment conviction and February 12 Court Order, blocking my right to either examine or cross examine your main witness, the psychiatrist, requires a third JR.

I therefore, reluctantly, disclose to the IPCC, a selection of court tapes of proceedings in Cardiff courts, witnessed by police in the public gallery, gathered over the past twenty years, to indicate the general condition of Welsh ‘justice' apparently accepted by Luigi Stranati, HMCTS (Wales) Manager, for those residing in the Principality. The Welsh Assembly, meanwhile, plod on for their lucrative goal at Westminster for judicial autonomy in Wales.

Enclosed is a sample court tape, subject to a pending and already lodged Judicial Review Applications CO/3970/2012 &CO/6357/2012, as to evidence the jury did not know.

My defence, for the original alleged ‘harassment', cleared by several police officers, denied me as witnesses, is that the much abused and too hurriedly drafted law, contains provisions for those ‘conducting a course of conduct' in the pursuit of ‘detecting' or ‘preventing crime'.

The GMC are now aware that the 2009 Caswell Clinic Psychiatric prison reports were only fabricated for ‘machine gun' MAPPA level 3 indictments but now prejudice the Musa v Haringey Council Six Nigerian children Snatched Appeal, currently with you and continuously being used by HM Cardiff prison such as prevent my attending their 28^th November 2011 London magistrates hearing and my 2012 numerous 2012 Cardiff civil and criminal hearings.

This doctor of these controversial reports remains inappropriately qualified while still stating I have ‘significant irreversible brain damage' and possible cancer requiring court appointed lawyers. Do you require further court tapes or photographic proof for your deliberations?

Appeals against Restraining Order and Breach Thereof

The South Wales Police psychiatrist's protection appears extreme and again highlighted in the enclosed hand written notes taken by one of many helpers, in the public gallery, all determined to witness the original summary conviction of ‘harassment' re fabricated medical evidence, in Nov/ Dec2011 Cardiff Magistrates before District Judge John Charles.
If you accept it as evidence I wish, also, to forward the taped recordings of those quite unusual proceedings when the judge ruled, for no good reason, just as a year earlier [‘common assault' conviction obtained in my absence quashed in May12 Bristol Crown Court], that I was not allowed call or cross examine the police while repeatedly denying my access my own legal papers, even those from my solicitor he had sent, originally, directly to the judge!
Judicial Review Applications CO/3970/2012 & CO/6357/2012 cover some these facts surrounding this and magistrate's subsequent 1^st March 12 Cardiff Crown Court appeal, before his Honour Judge Hughes is where, for no reason, I was, again refused my right to cross examine any prosecution witnesses or have my legal papers in court or call my main defence witnesses.
Their tactic was hatched during the farcical 2010 ‘WW1 Lewis machine gun' trial, on its 2^nd day of its two week hearing, following my cross examination of the first four policemen that caused, not just those in the public gallery but also the jury of my innocence.
Nine members of the jury told us after, in a Cardiff restaurant, "We were forced to return and sit there for another ten days"!
My ability to prepare and attend High Court hearings, in those two years and process these JRs in an orderly manner, was thwarted by these allegations, exemplified from those of many similar prison telephone tapes, enclosed, indicating the conditions I had to endure whilst incarcerated in HM Cardiff Prison BEFORE and DURING the 1^st Dec11 conviction,1^st March 12 Appeal and 4^th May 2012 ‘Breach of Restraining Order' conviction, subject to my much delayed London appeal before the Criminal Court of Appeal.
I apply, as I am refused, for the release of Cardiff prison and GEOamey custody records and to hear the 4^th May 12 Court CDs.

Doctors' Witnesses Summonses for 22^nd January 13 Hearing

Your asking why I need these doctors to give evidence, following District Judge Bodfan Jenkins' predictable refusal to allow me to have a ‘restraining order' varied, in order to receive medical attention, I would of thought somewhat obvious.

Doctor ****** ********, South Wales Police's MAPPA Psychiatrist

This gentleman wrote the enclosed 30^th September 2009 psychiatric report for Cardiff Crown and civil courts recommending I be further sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act but registered IPP, Imprisonment for Public Protection, probably for life.

This Welsh doctor pressed that I be transferred to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Hospital but, he wrote, only because of threats to him by a Norman Scarth RN Rtd as Caswell Clinic was only a medium security psychiatric prison with a 14ft fence.

On 2^nd December 2009 this individual, fully supported by Crown Prosecutor barrister, Richard Thomlow and already accepted by at least seven previous Welsh judges, all recommending my continued incarceration, whilst unconvicted and that I must remain locked up in either Cardiff prison or in his own experimental facility, Caswell Clinic.

This police doctor always gave this information (transcripts enclosed), in my absence, for some reason and always without my designated legal representation present. This time, before His Honour Judge Neil bidder QC, he stated I may have a brain tumour but that I suffered ‘significant brain damage' that was, most likely, irreversible.

No one notified moi of any of this until many, many months later when I luckily escaped by being released from prison. I had been found not guilty for trading in WW1Lewis machine guns, other alleged prohibited weapons and being in possession of a small arsenal of machine gun ammunition enough, apparently, to start a war.

have since then experienced not inconsiderable inconvenience in my failed attempts for clarification of this medical evidence, little obtained only by my three times having to apply, for my own medical records, under the Freedom of Information Act!

No one, to date, in the Principality has indicated the moral fibre to simply elucidate.

Dr Gaynor Jones, Caswell Clinic is a lady, however, I can trust will give medical evidence for my need for the court to vary the Restraining Order

Dear Ms Bracken,

Prosecution Refuse to Supply Depositions to Litigant in Person

Police evidence, for the 2^nd May 12 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ jury trial and this subsequent appeal, was sent to Cardiff prison by the CPS but I was not allowed them in court unlike any other prisoner, on my prison wing, on legal aid.

I repeatedly requested for a duplicate copy for a solicitor or Mackenzie Friend outside the prison in order to help an incarcerated Litigant in Person prepare his defence.

During my 2009 farcical ‘machine gun’ trial and acquittal, again being unable to give evidence, I was given duplicate copy of deposition papers and even legal aid, without examination of my financial status, anything to stop my cross examining the police officers in the MAPPA, Chief Constable and NHS conspiracy. It was blackmail to use a Luigi Stranati, HMCTS Delivery Director’s hand picked Welsh nobbled barrister.

A fat lot of good, no need, as His Honour Paul Thomas QC simply refused me either deposition copies in the court room until the closing stages of a two week trial.

During 4^th May 12 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ trial I was again refused, in court, any legal papers at all [See references on transcript, court log, prison and GEOamey Custody Services records and prison and court cctv except an extortionate obviously redacted and inaccurate Luigi controlled HM transcript, bought on borrowed money].

Both at original 1^st Dec 11 magistrates ‘harassment’ conviction and at its 1^st March 2012 Crown Court Appeal, Luigi, again refused my legal papers in court, eye witnesses or those to confirm I was, any way, immune to prosecution by sub section 3 a) & c) of 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act.

In July 2012 I was again jailed for alleged ‘Breach of Restraining Order’, again only reliant on the false information from the original ‘on the sick’ police psychiatrist.

The CPS continue to refuse to provide copies of those depositions for this appeal that must have been in existence by my September12 release, with all charges dropped.

Did you read the story that Prime Minister David Cameron had announced that an Arctic Convoy Star medal will be awarded "to those who braved the deadly missions." "I am very pleased that some of the brave men of the Arctic Convoys will get the recognition they so richly deserve for the very dangerous work they did," the British prime minister told MPs."? It is notable he says 'some of the brave men'. In fact, more than 3,000 died on the convoys: Of those who survived, only a couple of hundred or so are still alive to receive the medal.

QUESTION 2:

The Cardiff Crown Court continue to refuse to reply to my applications to both hear and purchase digital CD record of my 4^th May 12 jury trial when I was refused my legal papers in court, witnesses to give relevant evidence and carried on despite my need for medical attention following my attempts to extract some of the CPS deposition paperwork from my rectum.

In the past I have been allowed to hear court tapes but now I am blocked despite clear evidence of erroneous record on delayed and expensive transcripts omitting critical words as ‘inaudible’.

Yesterday I visited an almost fruitless Cardiff Crown Court encounter, following your advice following their refusal to deal with the matter over the telephone.

HMCTS Amanda …… flatly refused my hearing or obtain true copy of evidence subject to appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice .

I even summoned police from the street to witness and record in note book as no one, around here, seems to believe a word I say of what actually is going on in Wales as they barter for judicial autonomy.

I APPLY to the Criminal Court of Appeal to allow me the right to hear and keep, at my expense, what /I heard on official digitally recorded CDs under the control of Luigi Stranati, HMCTS Wales manager.

I managed, by using the police presence, to make the court manager hand over copies of letters instigated by Luigi Stranati ….fairy tales relied on in blocking my access to any of the court buildings in order to frustrate appeals and civil actions for ‘s damages.

Interesting that in England friends have not been so hindered by their courts, under the same jurisdiction.So I asked the police to attend Cardiff Crown Court this afternoon and PC 4215 witnessed it all,,,,,,eventually, an hour later, after the usual inherent deceit from one or two, I left ,faxed from County Court, Luigi Stranati's 2010 letter and Neil Pring's letter both refusing me access to any Cardiff courts unless I have a case.....as for listening to or getting CDs I was again flatly refused by Amanda MaCafrey, manager.

The Criminal Court of Appeal are therefore also being denied the proof that despite my asking my defence witnesses be named to HHJ Curren QC, in 4th May jury trial, re breach of Restraining Order, we are both refused proof that what is on the 'official transcript' is NOT what was accurately recorded by someone in the public gallery.no wonder the Norman Scarths and Patrick Cullinanes are also so frustrated to be convicted for taping their own cases strictly for their own use and serve prison sentances....interestingly Norman Scarth’s appeal in London is on 23rd January...PLEASE BE THERE

JUST IN FROM A MACKENZIE FRIEND I think the answer to the issue of refusal to supply the digital copies must be article 10 ECHR in that it is denying legitimate freedom of expression and also receipt of ideas etc.There is nothing in law to say that you shouldn't have copies, so any decision to deny you copies won't be prescribed by law. Also article 6(1) ECHR is involved, as you want the transcripts in connection with your appeal and JR. I think that the only remedy would be a Human Rights Act challenge by JR. However, it would be desirable if you obtained a written decision as to why you are being denied the transcripts.Have you received anything in writing explaining why you are being refused permission to obtain the copies?

Dear Amanda Mackafry,

Litigant in Person Refused CDs or Hearing Trial’s Digital Record .The Criminal Court of Appeal have suggested I ask yet again to hear the digital record of just what was said in 4^th May 2012 Crown Court following my messages from the cells, for witnesses, being stifled.

I wish the previous applications, over the past 20 years, also to be reconsidered for the civil damages claim hearing commencing 18^th February 2013.

If I were a lawyer or on legal aid I am assured the recording is freely available and a doctor has just confirmed she was supplied with court CDs of a hearing in England so why so different in Wales?

It stinks, doesn’t it?

No wonder more and more, not on legal aid, tape record hearings for them selves.

In order to get that to which I am entitled do I really have to disclose publicly my mother was a Jenkins and grand mother was a Morgan, being a direct line from a notorious locally born pirate?

Back in 1992 I was originally granted a jury trial by my then English solicitorand in around 2003 His Honour Judge Chambers QC granted one!

But the 'powers that that be', the Cardiff Cabal that run all the courts, had other ideas.....the Welsh papers being at reious risk of breaking rank with the obvious outcome. Cyberspace, remember,was still in its infancy.

No, I as given a jury purely to waste nearly three years of of my time and money with it being over turned in the Welsh High Court in a matter of nana seconds. Another court settled in a bottomless pit of tax payers' money and a cosy relationship between the 'all powerful' Welsh judges and a pack of unscrupulous lawyers, yapping at their heals soaking up the cash.

They have managed to draw this one out, so far, for twenty years. Der.oes it matter? The more they delay the more cash they get either from me or from the tax payer. Port Talbot: Investigation after body of man, 19, found

The body of a 19-year-old man has been found in Port Talbot, say South Wales Police.

Officers say they are investigating the circumstances leading up to his death, but it is not being treated as suspicious.

The body of the man was discovered near Afan Wayshortly after 13:30 GMT on Monday.

The man's next of kin and the coroner have been informed. His name not been released by police.

Further to my phone calls each day I wish to confirm I still have no contact with my
solicitor, instructed some 18 months or so ago, to consolidate my seven or nine
actions against the local police re harassment, malicious prosecutions etc.

He acts in an urgent matrimonial matter and several other cases some relevant to
the twenty years of police bullying.

I am reluctant to contact the Law Society as I far from trust them knowing there is,
as with the press, no longer any effective self regulation of its members.

have been recently jailed for a few months, re the rogue police NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and all charges dropped, ALL part of the pattern these last ten
years of delaying or severely prejudicing my three month damages claim against
the police commencing early next year.

As for the 'machine gun ' trial the police refuse to return my, circa £10,000
worth of antiques and legally kept shot guns with the local court charging me,
recently, £4000 for using the 1897 Police Property Act!

While Welsh courts deliberately delay my million pound
damages claim against the NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and Swansea University's
psychologist the Caswell Clinic doctor is on permanent sick to avoid GMC,
IPCC and outside force investigation.

I need a solicitor in order to urgently speak to your barrister instructed time
is very tight or I have to file with the court some home-made concoction of a ‘consolidation
application' hearing, having originally been promised a jury, now blocked,
years ago.

Another urgent matter is a Christopher Paul Alexander, alias Ebbs, a person also operating
in light aviation, who has complained, in writing, to the South Wales Police as
they threatened him to alter evidence before the Royal College of Veterinary
Surgeons that led to my being struck off the veterinary register. The IPCC
is a joke.

In order to be allowed to at least speak to the briefed barrister a reliable but
honest and clearly independent solicitor, in Bristol
or near by, will do me fine if you can find?

these last ten years, of delaying or severely prejudicing my three month
damages claim against the chief of police booked for the fourth time and commencing

As for the 'machine gun' trial the police refuse to return my, circa £10,000 worth
of antiques and legally kept shot guns with the local court Bodfan Jenkins
charging me, recently, £4000 for daring to use the 1897 Police Property Act for their theft!

While Welsh courts deliberately delay my million pound
damages claim against the NHS (Wales) psychiatrist and Swansea University's
psychologist the Caswell Clinic doctor is on ‘permanent sick', on full NHS and
private insurance pay, while running his NHS linked private clinics, to avoid GMC,
IPCC and an outside police force investigation.

It stinks, doesn't it? But who around here gives a damn?

When the Chief Constable of South Wales Police failed to having me shot, under MAPPA level 3 protection,nine, no less. bent and perverted Cardiff Crown Court judges also conspired to protect their chief forensic psychatrist to try and avoid the machine gun trial, the *** up due in a few weeks.

So the evil little bast**ds hatched stage 2 and played their 'gulag card' trying to jail me , for life in Ashworth, IPP whilst unconvicted.

I need any solicitor, well out of South Wales,
in order to urgently speak to the barrister instructed.

Time is very tight or I have to file some home-made concoction of a ‘consolidation
application' hearing, for the High Court, having originally been promised a
jury by His Honour Nicholas Chambers QC but now blocked, years ago.

Another urgent matter is a Christopher Paul Alexander, alias Ebbs, a

complained, in writing to the South Wales Police, as they, long ago, succeeded
in threatening him to alter evidence before the Royal College of Veterinary

The IPCC, like the Law Society and ECHR, is also a joke so don't send me down that route again ay my age and state of health.

The Defendant's defence, for jury trial, was little different to the one discussed with the numerous police officers, prior to the August 2011 arrest re harassment of a rogue NHS doctor and used on the 1st December 20011 before District Judge John Charles (except he would not allow it, of course, to be raised)....listen to tape recordings of the three day farce. copies to be played , hopefully, on Bristol 93.2 FM Dialect Radio.

(3) Subsection (1) or (1A) does not apply to a course of conduct if the person who pursued it shows-

(a) that it was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime,

(b) that it was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or

(c) that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable

From the cells the Defendant applied for medical attention and eight witnesses, for starters and stating more, subject to availability and or evidence given by the first three witnesses . THE SUN newspaper published the 2010 'machine gun' trial incident when this same Defendant had to smuggle into the court dock, per rectum, a £3,500 cheque to give to his sister sitting in the well of the court for legal representation.

The Defendant was in solitary confinement, throughout the trial, classed as MAPPA ‘dangerous’ on prison record (cell 3 CCTV 24/7), denied pen , paper or his legal papers throughout the trial, once leaving the prison or his medical attention , his daily medicine, access to his own witnesses , family or trial’s Mackenzie Friend, Mr Merion Bowen.

Page 2D The judge erred in that he knew or should have known the Defendant had already applied to the court for the doctor ‘complainant’ to be a defence witness, under Harassment Act 1997 following the failed disclosure of police evidence despite the Defendant requesting the jury see it under Harassment Act 1997 sub section….. ‘a course of conduct’ to ‘detect and prevent crime’.

1) As a witness of fact ie he was neither qualified to have supplied numerous psychiatric reports, stating the Defendant had irreversible but ‘significant brain damage’ and ‘Paranoid Delusional Disorder’, to seven clandestine MAPPA meetings and to at least nine Cardiff Crown Courts, Tottenham police, Oxford police, both London and Cardiff lower courts and HM Prison Cardiff when knowing, through out, there were several both psychiatric prison and Caswell clinic medical reports and Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, ALL to the contrary

2) As a 'character' witness ie he had in his possession three months of intensive medical and social reports, from no less than sixteen doctors and forensic psychologists, following the Defendant’s forced incarceration in Caswell Clinic psychiatric prison under this doctor’s 7^th August 2009 court recommendation, using section 35 of the 1983 Mental Health Act, he having not even examined his patient. In September ,AFTER, the extensive brain scans:

3) Dr Gainor Jones level 12 forensic psychiatrist, who ordered the 28^th August 2009 brain scans and received reports from expert opinions, was refused as a witness on this and previous occasions.

Page 3A 4) Mr*****&&&**** had, repeated by the Defendant, detailed evidence, in advance, in anticipation of the court’s refusal to allow him to give evidence on both aspects precied in 1]. He was never called (3B).

Page 3D 5) Barrister and Her Majesty’s Representative, Mr David Gareth Evans, instead of reminding the court he had already been identified as a Defence witness ( his admission to the presiding judge, on the second day, he had been a party to 1^st December 2011 draft part District Judge John Charles hand written and typed CPS draft ‘restraining order’ being taken down to the Defendant, in the Cardiff magistrates’ cells, to ‘consider’ or ‘amend’.

The prosecution barrister was made aware, again from the cells, the Defendant therefore needed him to give this evidence plus the fact by the time the final draft of the ‘restraining order’ was typed up no further visit to the cells was made as the Lee Barker, custody manager, had ‘gone home’ and document was being retained, under Defendant’s licence, to be served on him by HM Prison, Cardiff, following the unusual 14^th November 2011 Welsh High Court's Mr Justice Llewellyn Jones QC's interference, the full facts still withheld from the Defendant , to this day, despite seven applications for Section 8 disclosure.

Page 3G onwards…..a prosecution total denial (a pack of lies) of either GEOamey Custodial Services or any court record of a ‘service’ of a ‘draft’ or final court order on a Defendant, in custody, in his conditions of being denied legal papers, a pen and paper to write on and legally unrepresented!

Para 4C The learned judge erred in misdirecting the jury as to ‘evidence’ of two sets of CCTV footage in the control of both the private custody firm and the prosecution main witness, clerk of the court, Mr Michael Williams ( see cross examination transcripts).

Para E Legal papers ‘stuffed up my ***’ included previous Court Orders ordering the appearance of the Dr ‘complainant’, various policemen and eye witnesses to give evidence as long as the 'Defendant did not conduct the cross examination' a reason, possibly, why the Defendant, over twenty years of Welsh court 'experience', had obtained no less than a 90% success rate in the one hundred and sixty or so criminal allegations brought against him by the South Wales Police. The remaining 10-12% were used in the welsh police 2001 complaint to have me struck off to curtail my funding to expose this extensive 'white collar crime'.

To obtain the original 1^st December 11 'harassment conviction' and production of a restraining order, District Judge John Charles, as in previous but unrelated trials, had always ordered a stranger of a solicitor to act for the Defendant dispite his jesticulations to the contrary!.

Magically given 'right of audience', over night, as in the 1st March 2012 appeal in Crown Court, no instructions were ever given, in fact to the contrary. This was when cross examining South Wales Police officers whilst on oathneeded to be 'protected'.

At the 2nd May 12 jury trial for 'breach of a restraining order' the judges argued, amongst them selves, now trying to protect theirt own pensions.

Bristol Crown Court recently avoided this 'abuse of process' by simply not opposing the Defendant's appeal, when Cardiff's Cabal had transfered the Defendant's two year old 'common assault' conviction delaying the appeal to keep the defendant months and months imprisoned on remand.

An ex police officer now court official had pushed him down the Crown Court stairs, whilst he was on crutches following a hip replacement, breaking his leg). Transfered for fear of Cardiff papers, for once, publishing the predicted acquittal with the allegatiion to counter the grevious bodily harm civil action nshortly before the High Court.

Another passing example of ‘white collar crime’ is daily HM perpetrators, all immune to prosecution by the usual HM ‘Royal Prerogative’, a much out dated practice, in this century of 1998 HumancRights Act but these evil little bast**ds using it widespread across the UK as fellow victims are only too well aware.

Etc, etc…….I’m bored with this disgusting subject to write any more, just now.

Immune to prosecution or threat to a judge's pension, when he , like in the machine gun trial,judge this judge should have stopped the proceeding on the 2nd day upon finding it was the draft restraining order, barrister Evans admitted to, that came to the cells. NOT the FINAL Court Stamped ORDER.

The related Judicial Review Applications, also pending in the Royal Courts of
Justice, also need an honest lawyer who does not practice the other local
custom, worshiping the devil.

To expedite matters I need to
know those police you are calling and the names and addresses of those,
relevant to each incident, you are not calling in order to complete my witness
list with the summary of evidence for each that have not or will not furnish me
with a witness statement

My £10,000 reward for witnesses
will again go up on websites in the hope retired police officers etc or their
neighbours come forward with names and addresses for the issuing of witness
summonses.

This mimics the situation no
different to that of 22^nd June 2009 when police Operations ‘Chalice,
and ‘Orchid' had me sectioned under the Mental Health Act and registered MAPPA
level 3 for jail.

Many Cardiff judges refused bail
due to this advertisement just to lock me up for many months

Appeal from ‘Breach of Restraining Order' 9 Month Prison Sentence

Dear Sir,

This case of breaching of a restraining order was quite unknown to me, at the time, as no such document was ever tendered for agreement or given to me to sign.

The standard procedure in Cardiff, at least, is that in order to obtain release from the custody of the court the prisoner has to sign the ‘licence' relating to such conditions. As I was neither in court nor in the prison no such licence was procured and despite my numerous visits to the court building since, to establish the truth, there is serious indication the official restraining order may well not have been printed and or placed on the court record until the following day.

As I expected I found on the court copy of the official restraining order, during this week's twenty year running damages claim hearing for malicious prosecutions, duly signed over by the County Court clerk, following the orders of His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC to disclose it, a hand written note by someone unknown, dated 2^nd December 2011, the day after my alleged offence.

I have been refused proper disclosure of evidence before, during the jury trial and even now.

The Crown Prosecution admit no record was made of service in either the magistrates court log or that log held by the private custody firm, GEOamey. CCTV proof, filmed by different cameras under the control of different owners, either court or GEOamey, were ‘un available' for the jury.

I write because the CPS (Wales) and South Wales Police have now both been furnished with MG11 witness statements to support what actually went on in court when a draft was being hand written.

Both the police and CPS (Wales) are now refusing to take my complaint or take statements from eight more eye witnesses who were, both in and outside the court, on the day of the alleged offence. Five custody officers were present at the time of the alleged offence but I was denied their attendance to give evidence.

The excuse given is that sufficient evidence is before them but none of the witnesses that have visited Cardiff Central Police Station, so many times, are allowed copy of any of the information given and purported to have been given the CPS (Wales).

CPS (Wales) state that until I am granted ‘leave to appeal' they will not inform you of this important new evidence.

"What if I had not appealed as I have served the sentence?" resulted in silence on the phone.

"If I withdraw my appeal will the police then investigate further?" again, resulted in silence.

CPS staff then stated here in Cardiff we do nothing until the appeal papers are returned to them via their London office. Yet one more telephone call, my twentieth, this time to your office, confirmed my appeal was filed , case worker allocated and papers sent on to the CPS on the 1^st June 2012.

I apply to your court to order the release of Meirion Bowen's witness statement, details attached, he giving me written permission, as it is needed for a number of outstanding directly related matters with the Administrative Courts ( CO/3970/2012 and 6357/2012 and CO/ 4298/12011) and GMC, the earliest due to be heard on 24^th July 12 before Mr Justice Beatson in Cardiff as well as this Thursday's magistrates hearing, before district Judge Bodfan Jenkins, for the return of my shot guns and other weapons unlawfully confiscated whilst attempting to snatch my daughter during an armed police response with helicopter in ‘Operation Orchid'.
