Maurice Jailed Three Times in a Week Fourth Break in & Accused of Fraud

On 20th July 2013 I am just released after another night in police cells because of liar, MARK DAVENPORT, ringing police to block my getting into the flat for my legal papers required for the final day of my twenty year running damages claim against the South Wales Police.

After an hour in Cardiff Magistrates, before proper Cardiff magistrates for a change and not the usual District Judges, John Charles or Bodfan Jenkins, fundamental issues with the help of the Clerk of the Court were sorted out.

But DAVENPORT had switched off the electric and had changed the locks whilst employing staff who were drawing the dole to help him allow fly tipping on my land.

After I had heard the usual evasion of the truth and shouts of almost, "liar, liar, your pants are on fire", Her Majesty's Representative, as prosecutor believed be also from 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff, eventually was made to release, albeit far too late, my custody record including the video made under caution that will knock this new bit of trumped up nonsense right on the head.

Yes, Mr Kirk must be allowed to live at the flat, the court heard and what of the squatter in the shop below, was my reply?

At the end of proceedings I felt it only appropriate to recommend that the Madam Clerk of the Court to be o0ffered a position as an inquisitional judge, as under the laws of Code Napoleon in a court somewhere in Brittany.

Whilst the Cardiff Cabal continues to protect the rogue police doctor and the courts appearing protect the other ring leaders behind my twenty years of purgatory whilst resisting both extreme and unusual irregularities from those in positions of privilege the Cardiff courts will continue to have my most undivided attention.

Her Majesty's representative again misled the court concerning the outstanding matter of the rogue police psychiatrist.

The Caswell Clinic psychiatrist and his Cardiff Cabal are still maintaining, three years on from the MAPPA level 3 'machine gun' acquittal, that their victim is still 'medically unfit to plead or stand trial' when it so suits but not when circumstances are not helpful for them (see The Times On Line' comment below).

Meanwhile I remain diagnosed with 'irreversible significant brain damage' and possibly cancer that caused the current Defendant, in these current civil proceedings, on 2nd December 2009 Cardiff Crown Court, to recommend, via barrister Richard Thomlow of 9 Park Place Chambers , Cardiff, to recommend that I be incarcerated in High Security Psychiatric Hospital most likely for life.

NHS (Wales), at Caswell Clinic, are reliant on not just a brain scan interpreted by someone without the appropriate qualifications after using the wrong techniques but on its supporting documentation for the Cardiff court stating I have significant brain damage because:

1. I had been an old drinking partner of actor, Oliver Reed Esq

2. I had ditched my WW2 aircraft in the Caribbean and

3. had flown all the way to Australia without a map

This continuing bullying by the police and causing false imprisonments, just as with their refusing to release of my own 5 page victim statement following complaint, last year, by this same Caswell Clinic psychiatrist having had me locked up in prison for weeks following his latest fanciful delusions that I had been around to his home and harassed both he and a DR JANIS HILLIER I have never even met.

The release of these 13th July 13 custody records together with the video record of my 'Defence Statement', in rebuttal to an allegation of two common assaults on DAVENPORT and another, are needed as exhibits inTuesday's County Court hearing before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC on the final day of the first three of seven damages claims listed soon for a hearing.

On that 13th July 13 I was arrested by a PC Charles......"Any relation?", I asked the court.

And by 7.30pm on 19th July I am again arrested and with hand cuffs behind my back hauled into a police car with not even the right to have a road side breath test. Hang on here, I said, it was I that asked for police officers to attend this time!

I was also arrested just a few weeks ago whilst quietly parked on private property, on the pretext of 'drink drive' but with no moving traffic offence as their excuse.

In both these 'drink drive' incidents there was significant delay for over one hour before having to provide a specimen of breath!

The 2nd delay was one hour and thirty five minutes and was deliberate for senior officers, no doubt, to be contacted to set up another conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Remember, please, the numerous police incidents in the three current claims for damages contain three road side incidents recording positive specimen of breath taken but all zero within one hour of my arrests.

I am now told MARK DAVENPORT had reported me to police for fraudulently drawing up a falsely represented lease causing the severe banging on my door to occur recently and my camera to recording from my window, a 'paddy wagon' sitting patiently outside following my subsequent arrest.

Despite my repeated visits to Ely, Fairwater and Barry police stations, in an attempt to establish just what is going on and to file a statement of complaint, I am ignored.

22^nd July 2013

I, Michael Murphy of The Old Police Station, Barry, confirm that the content of this, my statement, is true to the best of my belief.

Back in the mid 90s Mr Kirk had flown over my scrap yard, situated next to Barry harbour to identify his car lying there and then reported me to the police for theft.

A neighbour had previously arranged to have Mr Kirk’s car towed off private land to the rear of his veterinary hospital in Tynewydd Road, Barry and onto the adjacent public road.

Mr Button had then telephoned me to say that I was to remove the vehicle from the public highway but was to keep it for a minimum of fourteen days.

If by then it had not been recovered by the rightful owner then I was allowed to dispose of it as I pleased.

Helping Maurice (prisoner no. A 7306 AT) while he is still held in false imprisonment (a criminal offence) means supporting his current mission statement:

"The trial concerning Dr. Tegwyn Williams is on behalf of those that have been sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act unlawfully reliant on arrogant and deceitful doctors immune from HM prosecution due to HM Crown Court rules."

A former prison officer finds the fact that there is no document stating his reasons for remand "quite sinister".

These were Maurice's words as the Magistrates Court took a lunch break today.

His supporters saw his swollen ankles. He had told them not only about the freezing cell, but also the 17 prison officers who had beaten him. First and foremost prison officers 344 and 140.

The conspiracy to kill him is as fully fledged by South Wales Police regarding Maurice, as Haringey Council wants to see the Musa parents dead. For victims need to be silenced when they have evidence - whether it's about police corruption or child stealing.

It is dangerous to be right, when the state is wrong! It is not enough to falsely imprison him for nearly eight months, to take his computer, cheque books, credit cards and mobile phones.

If sectioning and bankrupting doesn't work, killing is the "last resort" for "royalle protected" criminals. Normal criminals at least need to fear prison!...

When leaving the court, one of the supporters asked whether he knew that the charges in Haringey were dropped yesterday. He asked "why didn't anybody tell the court?" But the judge ruled he won't take anything from the public gallery.

The four supporters heard Maurice tell the court that Prison Officer 395 had said "we have you in the block again and we're going to break you, you f... ing b...d.

Should Maurice die in prison, we at least know who the culprits are and who will be covered up, once again...

The limit of 56 days arrest is over this Thursday...

It is said that Wales is the test bed for Police State UK. The Multi-Agency Public Protection Agreement (MAPPA) is one such mechanism that was started in Wales. Being categorised level 3, like Maurice was, means being treated like the top most violent 5% of the population: terrorists or sex offenders.

For South Wales Police it meant holding meetings between South Wales Police, NHS and Caswell Clinic (and possibly others) trying to 'assess the risk' that Maurice represented and finding ways of locking him away for life.

Dr Tegwyn Williams played the key role with his false medical reports. But who will acknowledge, let alone admit or compensate? It seems 'cheaper' to pay lawyers and to keep Maurice in prison...

It obviously helps to have prison experience, if you want to survive those limitations and de-humanisations.

When Norman Scarth realised how severely hampered Maurice was, while he does have a few court proceedings to look after, he pointed out that litigants in person have the legal right to have access to computers, printers, Law Library, etc. In fact, Norman praises two prisons but got great obstructions in others! Eventually, he was even given a laptop in his cell.

So why do South Wales Police not return Maurice's laptop which they stole on August 24th - for "efficient investigation of the offence"?

Why is he prevented from communicating with courts, solicitors, McKenzie Friends, friends and family?

Why is his mail being opened and sent to one of his supporters?

Here are judgements that HMP Governors should follow and respect. They are based on Article 6 of the Human Rights Act. In fact, Articel 6 (b) ensures "the right to time and facilities to prepare a defence." But do prisoner's have human rights?...

Conditions Impossible for Producing Defence Statement within 7 Days - as Ordered by Court

14 kg lost, but HM Prison have been trying to hush up that Maurice is on hunger strike, until they were obliged today to fill in a form.

Maurice writes: "CPS, South Wales Police and HM Court Services refuse to disclose all witness statements created each incident relied on in current prosecution.

Witness statements relating to Caswell Clinic staff, Police previously taking no action or CPS withdrawing prosecution."

Despite all the odds, he managed to get this defence statement before the courts today.

His list of complaints about HMP Cardiff will soon be as long as the list of "incidents" that South Wales Police made happen to bully and harass him:

it's freezing, but they don't give him a blanket
he does not get his faxes from Norman Scarth and his solicitor
he is being refused stamps and needs them badly - but they are being taken out when we send him stamps
it is going to take a MONTH to get to his cash and thus can't buy stamps

From ruining his professional life to holding him in prison and psychiatric clinic the steps experienced by other victims of "white collar crimes" can be foreseen: sectioning and bankruptcy...

But "white collar crime" is a minor understatement for the "harassment" and criminalisation by the various authorities that I have been watching. These are definitely five star rating in terms of wickedness, cruelty and violence:

You couldn't make it up:

More or less by chance, Maurice went to Lincolnshire and got new witness statements about the fact that South Wales Police re-painted that famous replica of a machine gun - to fool the jury at the time. But he did win that trial!

However, just like Haringey Council in the case of snatching the Musa Children: cover-up with more crimes is more important than admitting mistakes:

Cardiff Crown Court refused his bail application
His medical records that were used in MAPPA meetings and Crown Court hearings are still being refused
His computer, confidential legal papers, cheque books and credit cards were taken out of his car overnight, while he was being held by the Police.
In HMP Cardiff, he has been refused a medical examination (endoscopy) and PROPER LEGAL PROCESS for his damages claim against South Wales Police that he started 20 years ago!

Enough is enough. One thing is for sure: he can die with a good conscience, knowing he's tried his best - contrary to all those "white collar criminals". But I now feel that "white collar crime" is a serious understatement for what I see happening.

At long last Thursday, Oct. 13th, Maurice (watched by his "gang of four") heard that there were four allegations before the Court, but in the end only one was dealt with:

having allegedly harassed Dr Tegwyn Williams by displaying his photo on WANTED POSTERS

The question is: whose 'paranoid delusional order' is worse: Dr Williams' or supposedly Maurice's?

After all, Dr Williams and everybody he dealt with in the NHS, including the Welsh Assembly and the Health Minister at the time, Edwina Hart:

colluded to label him with "paranoid delusional disorder", "significant brain damage" and "potentially brain tumour"
used such reports to keep him incarcerated in Caswell Clinic for the maximum of three months (in 2009)
tried to use these reports to section him for life to Broadmoor
refused to hand over these medical records required to get his hip replaced (which eventually took place in France).

This refusal of handing out medical records was the basis for campaigning with the petition WANTED: Fair Trials and Compensation, which can still be signed!

This delay of the operation caused not only a LOT of damage due to the need for morphine, but also the necessity to attend to court cases, consequent "not surrendering to court" and other allegations.

Of course, one has to wonder why Maurice had to be in prison since 21 September - without either being told that he is expected in court being given papers about the reasons for his imprisonment! But, the authorities always know best, don't they!?

The Court was reminded today that we fear for his health and safety. Hence please consider offering your support to Maurice:

Norman Scarth and other supporters write:

The 1998 Harassment Act

(1) A person must not pursue a course of conduct—
(a) which amounts to harassment of another, and
(b) which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the other.

(2) For the purposes of this section, the person whose course of conduct is in question ought to know that it amounts to harassment of another if a reasonable person in possession of the same information would think the course of conduct amounted to harassment of the other.

(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to a course of conduct if the person who pursued it shows— (a) that it was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime, (b) that it was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or (c) that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable.

Like most of us, Maurice is fully entitled to use that defence, in that we are all involved in preventing, detecting & exposing crime by people with power!

Even without that defence, to be remanded IN CUSTODY for such an 'offence' is outrageous!

This very bad law was SUPPOSEDLY brought in to protect (mainly women) from 'stalking', after several women were murdered by ex-boyfriends & the like, even though they had begged the police to protect them. It was actually designed, & is USED, for very different purposes, as now.

On the petition on his behalf, Norman comments:

At least the old *** (the software automatically replaced the abbreviation of German National Socialists) had a degree of honesty. Even the Kray twins had SOME principles. The Quislings who have turned Britain into an Orwellian Police State hide behind a NAUSEATING pretence of 'Democracy', 'Human Rights' & 'the Rule of Law'. We have none of them. Some people even claim we have Magna Carta & Habeas Corpus. We don't have them either, except in theory.

As Law and Order have been replaced by Crime and Disorder, white collar criminals are now criminalising victims, such as parents whose children are being kidnapped.

Until Nov 10th, we hope to be able to grow the "gang of four" into a more solid "network of McKenzie Angels". Just as people needed to be educated about the value of peaceful demonstrations, so we now need 'angels' as witnesses in courts where the real lives of real people are being affected. What happens in the committee rooms in Westminster is a very different kind of 'theatre'...
