I make application that Your Honour does not hear the evidence, today, of police officer Andrew Roch as you presided over too many judicial decisions in the Cardiff Crown that caused my being first found guilty, in 1997, of numerous motoring offences, at a racist magistrates gathering in Bridgend and causing my appeal at Cardiff Crown Court being dismissed leaving me, for life, with the conviction of ‘failing to produce insurance’.

This motoring conviction was part of the January 2001 South Wales Police complaint to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons that caused my name, on 29^th May 2002, to be removed from the veterinary register, effectively, for life.

Removed from the veterinary register DESPITE the Crown Prosecution Service, the witness ROCH, duty sergeants at both Cowbridge and Ely police station, at the time and subsequently, a string of Cardiff judges all of whom refused to ordering of the identity of the Ely police officers , who spoke to ROCH and CPS, knew or should have made known the names of the CPS and police in the conspiracy, anything to ban me from driving.

Why did so many public servants conduct themselves like this? Because Ely police officers would be implicated and cause enquiry as to how Sgt Roe , with a van load of his mates had, in 1995, smashed their way into my Cardiff veterinary surgery, using a sledge hammer and a crow bar, simply to put back an Inspector Jenner’s daughter into my flat, above, with a purported drug dealer, a Mr Gaphael, all denied, on oath, by Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable, in her Feb 2009 affidavit, as having ever happened, with magistrates hearings that would identify those in 24/7 covert surveillance of me the minute, contrary to my parents wishes, back in 1992, I stupidly crossed the Severn Bridge to a judiciary well know to be based on inherent deceit.

To cover up the conspiracies, evidence of which is now trickling out of this three month hearing, Wilding had me registered MAPPA level 3, sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, using a rogue doctor from Caswell Clinic prison, Bridgend, and then tried to obtain a 10 year prison sentence over some antique WW1 machine gun.

Much you know about, Your Honour, thereby indicating a risk of bias should you refuse to allow me to have in court, as a witnesses, the Ely and Cowbridge police officers and ring leader, retired Ms Wilding.

Inherent Deceit to ‘Cover Up’ Wales’ Biggest Corruption Case

Both Western Mail and Evening Post news papers, whose offices are right opposite the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, have been ordered by ‘HM Partnership’ or ‘Cardiff Cabal’ not to witness or publish any of each day’s alarming revelations in this three month trial of intrigue portraying the wide spread corruption, not just amongst senior officers in the South Wales police but with the active support of administrators from within all the HM Cardiff courts, HM crown Prosecution Service, NHS (Wales), HM prison and HM Court and Tribunal Service.

Today I again face the task of examining, through a witness list, of nearly two hundred police officers on oath in the witness box, most of which but by no means all, having spent some twenty years of bullying me, cheating, lying and deceiving in over one hundred court rooms, here and at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, anything to prevent me from having any income left to fight back.

This week’s few both serving and retired police officers, who disintegrated under cross examination to state facts entirely different as heard at the RCVS and previous criminal courts, face recall as the conspiracy unfolds.

Barbara Wilding, the then Chief constable, back in 2001, had complained at length to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, deliberately deceiving the members of the disciplinary committee and HM Privy Council, that I had been so irresponsible and unprofessional in obtaining so many motoring and criminal offences in such short space of time whilst practicing veterinary medicine in the Vale of Glamorgan.

One of my supporters from England spent many hours, last week, to find this Sun news paper report of my cheque for any lawyer, to defend in a small matter over a ‘machine gun’, concealed ‘per rectum’.

The reasoning behind the SUN’s news paper article was, as a ‘spoiler’, as the police were of the intention to succeed in the machine gun jury trial, should I not finally collapse and confide in one of their chosen lawyers from within their Masonic ‘Taffia’.

Following my acquittal, my having offered no defence evidence at all, The Sun’ promptly ‘shut up’ as newspaper so regularly do, on such embarrassment and were forced to shred the long prepared news article following the promised tip[ off it was to be a mandatory 10 year prison sentence.

It was no publicity stunt on my part, far from it but emphasising, as is coming out now in the daily evidence from the witness box , this Defendant, when ‘stitched up’, ‘locked up’ and black mailed in Cardiff prison also had to turn to extreme measures to obtain his freedom.

In the 2009 laughable, if not so deadly serious ‘machine gun trial’, where the jury told me their minds were made up at the end of the very first day police evidence was challenged, as it was obvious Barbara Wilding ‘set me up’ to be lawfully shot, using Caswell clinic to have me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, to be registered MAPPA level 3 but I was not to be taken into custody for at least weeks three weeks with the understanding she, with her ‘around the clock’ armed protection’, was shortly to receive my visit!

On 14^th or 15^th March I appeal in the Criminal Court of Appeal, re ‘Breach of Restraining Order’, Their Lordships holding the ‘application to appeal’ in Cardiff Crown Court for the after math of an equally farcical Cardiff May 2012 jury trial, again refused relevant witnesses, where I again had to smuggle huge volumes of legal papers in and out of the prison and into the very court dock, via my much stretched colon, as His Honour Judge Curren QC, numerous predecessors before him, GEOamey Custody Services and HMP Cardiff all because of distinct orders from HMCTS Area Manager, Luigi Stranati, ‘HM prerogative’ and those who really are ultimately ‘in charge’ in the UK.

The now desperate Dr Tegwyn Williams, then chief forensic psychiatrist for the South Wales Police, falsifying my medical records to support his masters, was fast running out of options having , as this current trial judge , His Honour Judge Seys Llewllyn QC, had just pointed out to the NHS (Wales) barrister, currently fighting my million pound damages claim, had recently again signed fraudulent documents, contrary to our country’s Fraud Act, signing that I had been around to his home, again, ‘harassing’ his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, this time and not just himself!

This caused the desired effect and just what the police and CPS were again manipulating, anything to hinder my preparation for this civil damages trial with a further term of imprisonment without any intention of obtaining a conviction.

What is fast emerging from this trial’s evidence and reason for the quasi D notice, preventing press coverage is that the police could not have even launched the hundred and fifty criminal allegations, thrown at me in these past twenty years, without the full cooperation of South Wales’ Crown Prosecution Service and a great long string of bent embittered Cardiff judges also proven to be thoroughly deceitful.

Police, for the lady in real trouble now, at the time of Spring 2009, when Dolmans, solicitors, had her to knowingly sign a false document, denying police incidents had even occurred, had recommended, using Dr Williams, to nine Cardiff judges, I be sectioned , preferably for life, by my being incarcerated in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison.

Following my helper, from England, who painstakingly finally found this newspaper cutting , highlighting my routine way of being forced to smuggle legal papers, proposed court exhibits and cash, to pay witness expenses, both in and out of Cardiff courts, reminds me that we ‘litigants in person’ should be allowed to now have officially controlled tape recording of all proceedings to help in the battle for ‘equality in arms’-.

These were Maurice's words as the Magistrates Court took a lunch break today.

His supporters saw his swollen ankles. He had told them not only about the freezing cell, but also the 17 prison officers who had beaten him. First and foremost prison officers 344 and 140.

The conspiracy to kill him is as fully fledged by South Wales Police regarding Maurice, as Haringey Council wants to see the Musa parents dead. For victims need to be silenced when they have evidence - whether it's about police corruption or child stealing.

It is dangerous to be right, when the state is wrong! It is not enough to falsely imprison him for nearly eight months, to take his computer, cheque books, credit cards and mobile phones.

If sectioning and bankrupting doesn't work, killing is the "last resort" for "royalle protected" criminals. Normal criminals at least need to fear prison!...

When leaving the court, one of the supporters asked whether he knew that the charges in Haringey were dropped yesterday. He asked "why didn't anybody tell the court?" But the judge ruled he won't take anything from the public gallery.

The four supporters heard Maurice tell the court that Prison Officer 395 had said "we have you in the block again and we're going to break you, you f... ing b...d.

Should Maurice die in prison, we at least know who the culprits are and who will be covered up, once again...

The limit of 56 days arrest is over this Thursday...

Maurice was then followed by one staff who gave up after a while.

He asked neighbours where the nearest police station was to report new evidence but it was too far for his schedule.

However, he did tape the conversation and overheard her saying to her maid a lot, including "somebody is looking for those f...ing kids"...

Well, the parents are looking and waiting, too!!! For 13 months Haringey Council have snatched them on the trumped up pretext the mother is a sex worker and doses her one year old on opium, neither issue with a shred of evidence!

So he returned with them and a witness and had a variation of replies as to the childrens' whereabouts and had they already been adopted or shipped out of the country.....all very worrying, meaning a visit to the police station, what a joke and Haringey DSS in Station Road .....the planned venue for a large demo coming soon, loud halers, banners and 500+ lying down in the middle of the road road, if not right outside her house.

This document is a 105-page statement prepared by the parents in August 2010 for the courts, with all details regarding contact with Haringey Council.

This letter is a recommendation by the Deputy High Commissioner of Sierra Leone who had visited their home on several occasions and observed their stable family life. He says that he even bonded with their children and was especially fond of two of them.

"It is unfortunate that such people of an amenable character have fallen victims of injustice, harassment and persecution."

This is a letter of complaint about the Children's Solicitor who certainly has not acted in the interests of the children, but has nicely collected taxpayers' money...And here's the usual fobb off answer.

Wednesday 1pm 14th September, London, on the way to the police station to demand disclosure of kids and long overdue drug laboratory results

I am getting pretty cheesed off by the usual number of people complaining that I have become involved in this case. I definitely do not have the time but on getting a phone call from Germany asking for my help as there was serious risk no one would attend the family court of the Musas, I travelled from afar.

To my horror, Sabine was correct and the same applied: for no McKenzie Friend, in the Thursday even more farcical hearing with only Janet, a family friend from Nigeria, again offering vitally needed moral support.

After this morning's tirade from three more, to mind my own busiiness, I will reluctantly publish the relevance of learning about all UK courts and their devious practices to steal UK tax payers' money.

This, below, is part of a letter to a lawyer helping me over a Judicial Review application to try and prevent the South Wales Police having me shot:

Re Kirk v South Wales Police

Court of Appeal Hearings on 28^th September 2011 [First Three Actions] & MAPPA Disclosure

1. Consolidation of cases, including Machine Gun, Dr Tegwyn Williams and 4^th Action are the subject matter of the hearing to indicate unusual, extreme and indefinite bullying by the South Wales Police since 1992.

2. 2009 Machine gun Case and Dr Tegwyn Williams case, particulars already served, need consolidation with a new pleadings drafted by a barrister for joining to Actions 1, 2 and 3.

3. Last month the police interviewed me on ‘possessing a firearm' which they knew, this time, was true. My subsequent four voluntary but frustrating visits to the police station, to obtain clarification, led to my arrest and custody for ‘threats to kill'.

4. My computer, scanner memory sticks and electrical paraphernalia were immediately confiscated, deliberate, of course, to further frustrate my civil actions against them. I was promised their return at the conclusion of the case.

5. Following my 22^nd June 09 arrest, for possession of a machine gun, it took nearly eight months for my seized computer to be returned with other property, such as my other guns, still being unlawfully withheld by the police, purely out of spite.

6. At around 3am, this August, the police documented a long list of reasons to oppose my release and bail for a charge now changed to a Section 4 of the Public Order, also carrying the risk of a custodial sentence.

7. Just minutes before this a female custody sergeant had granted me unconditional police bail I only founding it out when I eventually obtained my unlawfully delayed custody records.

8. In the Cardiff Magistrates, the same day, the purported duty solicitor, a complete stranger to me, informed me that if I pleaded ‘not guilty' to the Section 4 allegation then the CPS would offer ‘no evidence'. Was I expected to run the risk, again, of months in custody with no compensation?

9. In court, the same day, the allegation was changed yet again, as I stood in the dock. I now understand, an even more minor infringement, a Section 5 of Public Order Act was now before the judge but I saw refused any sight of it.

10. The return of my computer and papers, as the police very well knew, was urgent for the records to prepare this new JR and the rapidly approaching 28^th September 2011 hearings in the High Court of nineteen years of the cases in court.

11. With the 24^th June 2009 Barry magistrates having granted me unconditional bail on ‘possessing a machine gun', only to be overturned on 25th June by Cardiff Crown Court, following a long list of spurious and false police allegations that I would not attend, could I risk pleading, again, a not guilty plea?

12. Similarly, 2^nd November 2010 Cardiff Magistrates, also subject to a Judicial Review Application, ignored considerable medical evidence of my being unable to attend for a common assault allegation by an ex South Wales Police officer, now an HMCS official. An arrest warrant was issued and as my life was at risk, documented in MAPPA leaked memos, I applied for asylum in France.

13. This HMCS(Wales) complainant, Derrick Hassan, in July 09, had provided false forensic history to Dr Tegwyn Williams and the Crown Court, about me, to keep me further locked up under a Section 35 of the 1983 Mental Health Act. I was to be further incarcerated in the South Wales Police forensic prison hospital, Bridgend of which Dr Williams was the clinical director.

14. Research since has established the HM Court Service (Wales), from whom I have had years of well documented abuse, delayed putting my GP's most up to date medical report before the November10 judge, until after the hearing.

15. In my latest Cardiff case, following a Section 4 changed to 5, that caused a conviction of a mere £50, I had little choice but to plead ‘guilty' for fear of a potential repeat of another eight months on remand , as in the machine gun case when we all knew it was doomed for failure from the start.

16. To have pleaded guilty meant my computer would be immediately returned for the civil actions. The police lied.

17. On the day after my release from court the officer in charge of my case promised the immediate return of my computer and memory sticks etc but on arrival at Cardiff Bay police station a fight broke out involving eleven police officers (see video) attempting to snatch back my computer bag.

18. It was eventually returned completely empty, including my cheque books, credit card, private and current court papers, with the excuse I was now being prosecuted for harassing Dr Tegwyn Williams . Williams had falsified psychiatric reports, unqualified, to have me transferred to his private clinics before going onto Ashworth High Security Prison, recommended to HHJ Bidder QC, on 2^nd December 2009, potentially for life.

19. Needless to say I lodged a JR for the High Court to seize this equally similar ongoing example of police bullying but, as with previous JRs, I am not holding my breath.

20. With the recent imprisonment of other frustrated litigants, Patrick Cullinane Esq and Norman Scarth RN Rtd , also unable to easy access to official inexpensive court record, I, only last week, was also jailed to Holborn police station, London, for tape recording in the Principle Registry of Family Courts.

21. The Haringey barrister and so called appointed children's solicitor, yet to raise one finger to properly intervene on their behalf, reported to the presiding judge, after the solicitor was arrested, information that they very well knew was false to have me barred as a Mackenzie Friend.

22. HMCS and those also on this unregulated ‘gravy train' knew it would further frustrate my preparation for the Cardiff civil Justice Centre 28^th September 2011 appeals.

23. I am seeing a number of MPs, today, on the current state of our law courts and intend to include this current ‘Haringey Council/drugs/ Michelle Collins' children case before the criminal courts , for long overdue public scrutiny.

24. Unchecked ‘sharp practices', I have witnessed each time I go to these secret family courts, are designed in order to steal vast amounts of tax payer's money and it has to stop.

Regina v Haringey Borough Council re Child Snatching Cover up @ Holborn Family Courts 10 am

On 5^th September the Nigerian parents of six children, ‘snatched' by Haringey Council in June 2010, waited all day in the London Family Court to oppose the Council's application to renew an Interim Care Order (ICO), as the Council and police had disclosed no evidence to support their spurious arguments that the children be separated from their parents and taken into care.

On 30^th August Mrs Justice Hogg had specifically ordered that the case be heard on 5^th September with the sole intention for the parents to bring further evidence and for the Council to produce the documents upon which they relied.

I arrived and spent the first hour trying to establish where the case was being heard as no one knew. Separate from me and unknown to me, the totally distraught parents were doing the very same from 9.30 onwards.

I eventually demanded a judge and a hearing be convened or there was going to be ‘trouble'. Staff clearly indicated something unusual was going on.

At 4pm a District Judge Berry informed the three of us, in a matter of nanoseconds, that the case was already over!

It transpired that the case had taken place in the very same building without any of us being told and obtaining, for the fourth time, a further one month Detention Order (IC0) by the simple use of a telephone call from the Council to District
Judge Hess.

After the court abuse, off we go to Hornsey police station, near Haringey Council, where the police had first jailed the parents, but are now refusing to disclose their custody records or copy interview tapes needed for the 8^thSeptember hearing in the Holborn family courts at 10am.

These frustrated parents are being blackmailed to leave the UK without their kids; that bit is obvious, but why does the police demand they report three times a week at Hornsey police station? For what?

On 6^th September I suggested we go to the Nigerian Commission to establish what progress, if any, had happened since the parents had first contacted them in June 2010.

I arrived and waited inside, refusing to discuss the confidential matter until the parents arrived.

When the parents eventually arrived, I explained to a senior member of staff that these very worried parents had not seen or heard from one of the daughters for over a year and four months, at least, for the rest of the children.

There is information coming in, not as yet substantiated by me, that children from the Haringey Council and other Councils are being found in South Africa and elsewhere abroad, while their adoption service was also being brought into question where cash handouts were concerned.

There appears to be a serious situation elsewhere also, South Wales being very well documented, all due to the police not intervening, while judges take the word of council staff without any proper proof! Are judges also being given information, to issue an ICO on the phone, which is being withheld from respective parents? That is exactly the case with the Nigerians, is plainly obvious, with no chance of rebuttal.

The Haringey Council have no supporting evidence that would stand the test of a criminal court or they would disclose it to the parents and Nigerian Commission.

I was assured by the Nigerian Commission representative that it was fully aware of the seriousness of the separation of young children from their parents and ‘all that could be done was being done'. We obtained no documentation, however, to support their apparent answer that the Council was ignoring the Commission's concerns.

I did not leave without throwing in a ‘wild card': I was at school, I told them, with the first black head boy of a public school, Taunton School, Somerset in 1962/63. He went on to become a judge in Nigeria, it was rumoured and his father was also a judge. Peter Thomas's age now would be around 66 to 67 and I now need his help to get the kids out of here and back home.

He would remember me, as a number eight, his rarely getting past me on the front rugger pitch as I invariably took him by the ankles just ten yards from the try line!

I indicated, also, my own daughter was oh so nearly snatched, recently, by the South Wales Police, in operation Orchid and that it was only by quick thinking of her mother that their plan was foiled. I knew only too well of the horrors of forced separation from one's children, it being my ‘driving force' now to help this family and others embattled in a judicial system riddled with plain avarice and apparent anomalies contrary to the Rule of Law and basic human rights.

It appears UK family courts operate on a completely different level, when considering a standard of proof for evidence, as to what should be required to separate frantic children from their loving parents. This case clearly stinks with cover up after cover up, all of which should be turned over, now, to an outside police force to investigate the Haringey Council, NOT the
police investigating the injured family.

In exasperation, with intention to return, we finally left the Commission, hoping at least to have had some evidence of action. We must find the whereabouts of all these children and send them home to Nigeria.

On 7^th September we three decided to visit the Haringey Council to examine the children's medical records upon which the Council relied for the ‘snatch' being lawful.

The parents were not just refused they were denied any information as to whether the children were even still alive!

There is big money, tax payers' money being shared out in all this which is why the child industry will not allow the united family return to Nigeria.

Tomorrow, in the Holborn Family Court, these parents will be refused disclosure, for the fourth time, of the documents upon which the Council rely, because the judge already knows there is no such evidence.

Is not lawful rebellion long, long overdue?

Proclamation Confirming Common Law Courts in Australia and England or Lawful Rebellion in the Streets?

'HM Partnership' is at the root of this evil, polluting our country and not dissimilar to 'Radical Monopoly', the concept elaborated by Ivan ILLICH.

He invented the concept of radical monopoly: when a technical medium is or appears to be more effective, it creates a monopoly which denies access to other media. The mandatory consumption of a medium which uses a lot of energy (for example motorised transportation) narrows the fruition of use value (innate transit ability).

[By "radical monopoly" I mean the dominance of one type of product rather than the dominance of one brand. I speak about radical monopoly when one industrial production process exercises an exclusive control over the satisfaction of a pressing need, and excludes nonindustrial activities from competition]

Thoughts of a Cynic on Armistice Day or "How Can this really be True?"

This account of events attempts to illustrate how "HM Partnership", the combination of the Welsh Crown Prosecution Service, HM Court Service, HM Privy Council, HM Prison and HM Treasury Solicitor, has colluded to get Maurice Kirk's name removed from the register of veterinary surgeons. Subsequent appeals were refused, even though they did not follow the procedure prescribed. An Abuse of Process Application is therefore currently before HM Privy Council shortly to be heard at the Supreme Court building in Parliament Square, London. In this video talks Maurice outside the building after having lodged the application.

1. 2001 RCVS lawyers visit South Wales Police and examine Maurice Kirk's confidential police records, contrary to Home Office Regulations 87/45.

2. 2002 South Wales Police complaint to RCVS leads to MJK's name removed from the veterinary register.

3. 2003 HM Treasury Solicitor instructs HM Cardiff County Court manager to send all of MJK's 130 odd files to a team of HM lawyers in Whitehall to consider him a ‘Vexatious Litigant' - without previous court consent being obtained.

4. 2004 MJK loses HM Privy Council Appeal and later, in June, during appeal against costs, Their Lordships rule the ‘cumulative effect' of convictions rendered him unfit to practice veterinary surgery.

5. 2005 RCVS rule each motoring offence ‘rendered MJK unfit to practice veterinary surgery'. [What does motoring have to do with helping animals?]

6. 2005 RCVS obtains two year Extended Civil Restraint Order (ECRO) from London's Administrative Court restricting MJK's right to apply for disclosure of prosecution evidence gathered and sue for damages. [Why does the College need to collude with the Royal Courts of Justice?]

7. 2006 RCVS rules MJK further annual applications, to be re-instated, as ‘hoped' by the HM Privy Council court judges, are to be decided without a convened court - contrary to 2004 Statutory Instrument, Paras 20.3 and 20.6. See http://bit.ly/9uhKUB

8. 2007 HM Court Services ‘lose' MJK files between Cardiff and HM Treasury Solicitor.

9. 2007 More leaked HM internal memos from Whitehall served on Cardiff County Court.

10. 2007 Court of Appeal refuses MJK a jury trial against South Wales Police for damages.

11. 2008 MJK 4^th October letter for identification of police incidents and outcome, leads to Abuse of Process Application ordering Chief Constable to disclose incident material (Royal Courts of Justice repeatedly refuse to do same for RCVS failed disclosure).

12. 2008 Information Commissioner, contrary to FOI and Data Protection Acts, refuses to disclose RCVS's excuse not to disclose the ‘enquiry material' gathered, even when from MJK's own clients.

13. 2009 January MJK attempts to deliver a letter of complaint to His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, to personally intervene concerning the current conduct of the police and judiciary in his Principality.

14. 2009 Feb MJK is investigated by FTAC (Fixed Threat Assessment Centre) of Metropolitan Police and ruled ‘no risk' by their senior psychiatrist.

15. 25^th Feb Chief Constable signs her much delayed sworn affidavit, contrary to the Fraud Act, denying knowledge of several magistrate court cases and other incidents, including police breaking into MJK's veterinary surgery (see schedule of incidents).

16. 27^th Feb MJK makes statement of complaint to the police re Chief Constable.

17. March MJK lays information for private prosecution, by indictment, against Chief Constable, before Barry Magistrates. Action adjourned to July and then adjourned again.

18. April MJK's £50,000 false imprisonment Claim is filed, against HM Prison and South Wales Police, for refusing to accept, each day in prison, outstanding CPS costs in lieu of prison term.

19. May New deadline is passed for 'mutual exchange of witness statements' needed to be done in seventeen year running civil claims re police harassment and false imprisonments.

20. 8^th June Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangement (MAPPA) convenes with staff from South Wales Police Psychiatric prison, Caswell Clinic. (HM Prison excluded from proceedings, HM Governor later informs MJK). MJK registered level 3 (terrorist level). Leaked MAPPA records disclose Chief Constable deliberately delays MJK's arrest ‘for being in possession of machine gun and live ammunition' until 22^nd June 2009. [Why?]

21. 16^th June Chief Constable, RCVS and HM Attorney General were co defendants, police in attendance, at a Judicial Review Application for failed evidence disclosure and the false 25^th February affidavit.

22. 18^th June MJK obtains entry inside Police HQ with witness statements to ‘exchange' before dead line, only to be surrounded by heavily armed police wearing tin hats and carrying smoke grenades.

23. [8^th June leaked MAPPA record discloses that, should MJK approach the Defendant in his civil action, he was likely to be shot].

24. 19^th June Dolmans, solicitors for Chief Constable, receive visit by MJK for ‘mutual exchange of witness statements'. Dolmans again refuse.

25. 20^th June Dolmans make formal complaint to their client of MJK's ‘threats of criminal damage' (delivery of witness statements through their office front window).

26. 21^st June First attempted armed raid with helicopter and around 25 police officers on MJK's home.

27. 22^nd June Second attempt and arrest for ‘threats of criminal damage' and ‘possession of machine gun'. Despite HHJ Seys Llewellyn QC ordering the statement's disclosure, by Dolmans and also MJK's application for it, during criminal trial, police refuse to disclose that Dolmans statement or incident identification and outcome, some two hundred, going back to the fire of 1993 (see web site video).

28. Arrest curtails the time MJK would have remained at risk of being shot as police knew decommissioned machine gun was sold one year before.

29. July With MJK safely tucked up in HM Caswell Clinic, under Section 35 of 1983 Mental Health Act, without psychiatric examination to support, HM Privy Council denies receipt of MJK's application, HM Prison Service denies receipt of MJK's £50,000 claim served on prison, HM Court Services deny proper record was kept but keeps the court fee, HM Prison denies knowledge of MJK was admitted MAPPA level 3 prisoner, HM Treasury Solicitor continues the ‘Vexatious Litigant enquiry' while defending the £50, 000 claim, all reliant on both HM Governor and HM Court Manager's hearsay, both refusing to disclose the ‘audit trail' so ordered by the pending trial judge, HHJ Seys Llewellyn QC.

30. 2^nd December Cardiff Crown and Cardiff Crown Prosecution Service hold, in camera, excluding the public or court record, discussions with Dr Tegwyn Williams, Clinical Director of Caswell Clinic, with the view of sending MJK, not present nor legally represented, to Broadmoor high security psychiatric prison, ‘Imprisonment for Public Protection' (IPP), in order to serve a prison sentence of an indeterminate period without trial.

31. On Armistice Day in Brittany, MJK is still being denied the medical evidence that was before that clandestine hearing needed in order that he may no longer be suffering such an overdue operation for a total hip replacement and possible surgery on his recently damaged right ankle.

The NHS, just one responsible for withholding his ‘medical records', continue to remain silent.

South Wales Police do not spare any costs and don't hesitate to go to extremes to persecute Maurice, get him convicted, registered as terrorist level 3 MAPPA, incarcerated or sectioned and imprisoned for life.

HM Court Service, supposed to be independent of any party, is not operating according to their rules and procedures.

HM Treasury Solicitor is ‘interfering' on behalf of both the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and Cardiff Courts.

HM Prison has colluded by pretending not to know about MAPPA certification or the due process of law in a civil action.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons has colluded with South Wales Police to get his name removed from the veterinary register reliant on the immunity to prosecution bestowed on it by the 1967 RCVS Royal Charter.

A quote, tonight, from some 'old man' of special WW2 naval history, I forget the name, thrown out of my 1st October 09 Crown Court hearing, he was, whilst I was applying, yet again, for bail with His Honour Judge Nicholarse Cooke QC presiding. What a classic example of 'HM Partnership' in that Cardiff cess pit, Norman witnessed that morning, as they waded through their own excrement to further 'screw the tax payer' and ridicule what two world wars had been fought for. That specific judge and his HM Crown prosecutor both knew, of course, I had long been classified a South Wales Police MAPPA level 3 terrorist, trading in machine guns, weeks before my arrest, but no one thought it expedient to inform either me or my family. That is why being hundreds of miles from there, right now, is just a lot more fun.

Not just South Wales Police Chief, Barbara Wilding, is taking early retirement but now John Smith MP!

I come back from France to arrest Barbara and Adrian, the latter could not be found in Dolmans, Cardiff, nor could the former, on my visit to Barry Police Station being told Inspector Rice will not see me for a witness statement! Sgt Rice, as he was in '97, burst into Barry Magistrates with a van load of excited coppers upon my insistence. Sirens could be heard all the way from Gladstone Rd Police Station to the court house, as I shook Crown Prososecutor, Stoffa, by the scruff of the neck, as my Jack Russell would kill a rat.
