Draft Restraining Order Found!!

The 1^st December 11 draft restraining order, re harassment conviction of an unusual police psychiatrist, hand written by District Judge John Charles, was mysteriously suddenly found yesterday in Cardiff magistrates in a hearing denied the usual press coverage.

Produced by Barrister David Gareth Evans first complaining I had assaulted him during by my private person’s arrest for his continuing abuse of his position as Her Majesty whilst prosecuting in a UK British Court this revelation is a break through to go back to Lord Leveson at the Criminal Court of Appeal.

My 23^rd April 2013 arrest of this lawyer, carried out following indication the South Wales Police would not investigate on my behalf, as to how this HM Crown Prosecutor, David Gareth Evans of 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff, had clearly perverted the course of justice AND the offence is still on going. when he originally watched NHS (Wales) doctor, the complainant in the original harassment summary hearing, have me registered his mental patient simply so he could not be cross examined by me!

I politely warned the visiting district judge, a Mr Layton, believed to be from outside Wales, that until this doctor and those hell bent in conspiring with him, to have me either shot or incarcerated for life, by blocking the GMC from intervening, then he would being seeing a lot of me in his courts as each new charge is fabricated.

It all stinks, doesn’t it? But what is new under the sun where UK law courts are concerned?

This now disclosed draft restraining order has been deliberately withheld from me, not just for my countless failed bail applications but my 1st March 12 Cardiff Crown Court of Appeal against imprisonment, the 4^th May 12 jury trial, for being in breach of it with a further vindictive stretch of imprisonment when I was never served with a restraining order in the first place1

Even my 2013 Criminal Court of Appeal applications, before Lord Leveson et al and my current Judicial Review application, again blocked by the HM Cardiff Cabal, for this very court hearing to be adjourned, is a scandal in itself.

Both HM Court Service and HM Crown Prosecution Service had previously deniedall knowledge’ of such a hand written document which now only leaves the one, unless this was this one that my human rights workers saw being brought back from the cells, on 1^st December 2011, following my refusal to read it yet alone approve of it?

Yesterday's conspiracy, with an empty public gallery, unfolded further by the ‘finding’ of another draft version actually stapled to it!!!!!

This version, with no hand writing on it, other than my own made in the 4^th May 12 Cardiff Crown Court dock, was the ‘draft’ the very minute Evans had produced it from ‘out of a hat’. It followed the judge’s order, the day before, to ‘go find it’. [This followed Evans’ admission that he may need to be Mr Kirk’s defence witness as the ‘hand written draft’ was still up in his Merthyr Tydfil CPS office.

Despite admitting the day before, before both the trial judge Curran QC, my friends in the public gallery and Mackenzie Friend in the dock, he had a typed a version, he had handed this same one, now in the 2013 Cardiff magistrates court, to District Judge John Charles, on 1^st Dec 11 to promptly scrawl all over it with his fountain pen, to ‘beef it up’, before ordering it be taken down to the cells for my so called ‘approval’.

The apparent criminal conduct of barrister Ms Anthony, from Middle Temple, London, was possibly worse, shipped in to give the impression of ‘no bias’ or real risk of bias, when I was refused the right to have the case heard outside South Wales.

Ms Anthony repeatedly mislead the court by telling the also ‘shipped in’ district judge, ‘there was nothing on file’, at Cardiff CPS HQ and that there was no letter or telephone CPS record from either my Bristol based solicitors or Cardiff based barrister for basic or section 8 disclosure.......

.....the bl**dy lying little b*tch or was she simply lied to by Cardiff CPS? Either way, she had a duty to the court first.

This very abuse is rife now in Cardiff courts and no doubt, elsewhere and is the major reason why the once revered UK adversarial system, a solicitor implanted between client and court advocate, is so strongly fought to be maintained?

For after over forty years of experience in London's Royal Courts of Justice, Taunton, Hampshire, Guernsey and Jersey, time and time again, I have witnessed barristers lying, through their back teeth, on oath or appearing to lie, as the little game is to keep the judge sweet and not compromised while their bank balances continue to swell.

[Despite my personal experience I still strongly support the basic principle of a solicitor needing to put up with the, oh so often, awkward client and all his irrelevancies leaving the barrister to remain uncluttered with the job in hand and not with the baggage some clients bring along to the table!].

[ I fear still further break down of our judicial system, shortly, as more and more litigants in person (LiPs) are forced to conduct their own cases so often bringing mayhem to an already mysterious system based on discretion and not, apparently, the rule of law.]

1. the instructing solicitor gathers the evidence and prepares the case for the Crown

2. the solicitor, in this case HM Crown Prosecution Service, Cardiff, hands the file to the barrister often on his or her arrival, usually by train, at court

3. this is where it all gets rather murky. A need to know basis is the art behind good advocacy .

4. In yesterday's trial for example, just as in my recent three month civil action against the police, when ever the prosecuting barrister (or defence barrister) is asked something he or she already knows the truth over some fact or other but body language, hand signals and facial expressions etc. come into play. such communication of information, not recorded on tape or clerk of court written record, between the thee players, the judge, the barrister and team of instructing solicitors sitting quietly behind can so often go unnoticed by the unsuspecting client in the dock!

5. Yesterday was a classic, for example, over reasons why the case should obviously been adjourned. Time and time again it was obvious her replies were because she had been either withheld information, as to my numerous attempts to have relevant documents to be disclosed or she already knew.

BUT did she know that or was she told 'don't ask'?

6. This Swansea visiting barrister may have left the court with unblemished character but both Mackenzie Friend and myself may well think otherwise.

Having suffered more than twenty years of this kind of inherent deceit in Cardiff law courts I promptly summoned my barrister who, by sheer coincidence, was just outside the door 0f Number 2 magistrates court and to come in and told both judge and bent barristers, the truth. [Evans stated he had never seen the prosecution's CCTV footage]

Not only had my barrister written to the Cardiff CPS, for obviously needed disclosure, on my behalf but his letter to me was up on my website, with his permission, he having also made numerous telephone calls to both CPS HQ and CPS lawyer, Tony Dicken, re my one million pound damages claim against the NHS (Wales) forensic psychiatrist.

CPS barrister Richard Tohmlow had already applied to His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC that I be incarcerated in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, for life, as medical reports stated I suffered ‘significant brain damage’, a possible brain tumour when diagnosed with 'paranoid delusional disorder' in that I believed the South Wales police were persecuting me. Well, "perish the thought"!.

Incidentally neither the Cardiff judge nor the CPS ever notified me I was registered MAPPA level 3, one from the top 5% most dangerous still breathing in the UK

With both Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable and the rogue doctor, in clandestine Caswell Clinic multiple meetings, having me registered MAPPA level 3 and jailed for trading in illicit machine guns, just what will the cabal dream up next, I wonder?

My barrister went on to say, to an unusually listening judge for Cardiff, that the civil action was seriously entwined with these criminal proceedings and needing the basic ‘disclosure’ for both of the South Wales Police conspiracy, hatched as far back as May 1993, as the on going three month trial has just proved, to block my seven damages claims, against them, due my being bullied with malicious prosecutions, false imprisonments and refusal to investigate crime on my behalf.

This caused adjournment and lengthy telephone calls by the London barrister to those in Cardiff’s CPS who, of course, should have been in court from the start with all the answers and so face the ‘music’.

Just another example as to why my tape recording of the court proceedings was not allowed, needed as we no longer have a ‘free press’ and because our British legal fraternity are still privileged to be allowed such a perverse adversarial system, too often before our very eyes, riddled with criminal conspiracies, such as what yesterday’s hearing exposed and remaining unpunished.

The visiting judge ordered the production of the unsealed 'brown envelope', as well, with secret orders to the 1st Dec 11 district judge from His honour judge Llewellyn Jones QC, inadvertently slipped out of the Cardiff cabal's hoard of embarrassing docs, amongst HM Court Service clerk of the court records, asked for and denied to my May 12 jury.

The Cardiff Crown Court, shortly, will willingly, no doubt, have it produced to crush my many recent convictions, in the name of so called 'justice' now the author has retired.

Clearly, yet another set of criminal proceedings must be instigated somehow while this current matter is on a deliberately delayed Cardiff Crown Court appeal, like last time, in order to force the Cardiff cabal to give disclosure of simple public documents.

It appears, as I pleaded to the visiting judge to intervene, to be the only way to have my erroneous Caswell Clinic Prison, Bridgend, medical records totally expunged and for the culprits to be sent to prison.

Early on in yesterday's proceedings I recommended to the court some sort of restraint order aught to be handed down, which I would eagerly agree to, in that I had no wish to approach or arrest this crook, again, as I was filing private prosecution papers, anyway, as my complaint to the Bar Council, sent out from the prison had achieved the expected.

If and when I receive any restraining order it will join my appeal already lodged at Cardiff Crown Court asking, again, for an outside police force, to investigate the widespread unchecked corruption throughout so many performing in South Wales law courts.

Just been tipped off the cabal are up to having me sectioned 42 as a 'vexatious litigant' again, with the aid of the bottomless pockets of the British tax payer.

I woke up at 4am, to day and realised the very real risk of a repeat performance, with Norman Scarth and myself videoed in the Royal Courts of Justice court, before Lord Justice Moses, over my appeal to my imprisonment after reminding the then Recorder of Cardiff, upon my acquittal over a WW1 Lewis machine gun, that his shallow promise that 'I will get the Caswell Clinic evidence', to support the police doctor's psychiatric report, that I am so dangerous, due to 'significant brain damage'!

I, therefore, cannot cross examine police officers and should be locked up, IPP for good, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric prison, anything to protect Cardiff courts' nefarious conduct.

Three years on and I find still neither GMC nor IPCC will intervene while both indicating there will not even be 'an investigation' in to Barbara Wilding's having the 'machine gun' painted a different colour, Dr Tegwyn Williams' and Professor Rodger Wood'[s fabricated NHS (Wales) oh so damaging medical records, clearly proven criminal conduct.

‘Breach of Restraining Order’ Appeal at 14^th March 2013 Cardiff Crown Court

I continue to be in some difficulties in the matter of ‘disclosure’ of evidence, in order to clear my name, concerning the unlawful manner in which I was registered MAPPA level 3, later jailed on spurious ‘machine gun’ offences and then, when it became clear that lot was collapsing, to be then incarcerated in Caswell Clinic prison on a bogus psychiatric report by a Dr Tegwyn Williams who did not even afford me the courtesy of first examining his patient! 09 09 30 INTERIM PSYCHIATRIC REPORT Oct1 2009 REDACTED.pdf

1997 Prevention of Harassment Act clearly indicate a patient’s right to either ‘detect’ or ‘prevent crime’ and my attempts in stopping, once and for all, the twenty years of extreme and unusual bullying by very senior police officers, as my current three month civil trial is so clearly exposing, with their cowardly use of ‘bobbies on the beat’ to do their dirty work.

The Crown Prosecutor clearly stated in Cardiff Crown Court the need for him to give evidence, on oath, to confirm it was he, not the district judge, that arranged the draft ‘restraining order’ to be taken to me in the magistrates’ cells, for my consideration and approval. The fact that only one visit to me ever took place is painfully evident if one simply looks at the oral evidence and conflicting clerk of the court’s and GEOamey Custody Services manager’s section 9 MG 11 witness statements, custody records and CCTV.

I have again attempted to instruct a barrister for Tuesday’s hearing but the Welsh authorities continue to refuse me the right to listen to the court tape, of the period when I was forcefully dragged from the court dock, immediately after the trial judge, yet again, had refused me my right to have my legal papers, already confiscated and lying at the foot of the stairs and that included my defence exhibits for both me and my awaiting defence witnesses.

The Crown Prosecution Service continues to refuse me copies of my depositions, especially those prosecution papers containing Dr Williams further falsified ‘victim’ evidence, of last summer, stating I had ‘harassed’ him and his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, at his home, causing me still more months in jail, whilst un convicted, until all daft charges were reluctantly dropped.

I simply must have the ‘case summary’ prepared for Their Lordships by, e-mail and returned today, as it may be incorrect and order or not for me to hear the portion of Cardiff Crown court tape this week, with the release of depositions, by e-mail, from the CPS, if I or anyone else is going to be ready in time to prove the whole affair was an utter shambles.

Claimant Position Statement

Applications for Consideration

1.       Defendant ordered, to be produced today , the 27 written complaints, as a written list, currently in possession of Defendant and referred to by former Inspector Sydney Griffiths during his cross examination.

2.       Result from those written complaints, identified on the list, to be disclosed.

3.       Claimant awaits the findings of his other complaints, mainly of non disclosure, not being identified by the Claimant, such as court cases with Claimant being the successful victim and police instigated ‘break ins’ to his various veterinary surgeries and places of residence.

4.       Incidents, referred to in paragraph 3., are absent from Barbara Wilding’s 25^th February 2009 sworn affidavit, prepared by Dolmans and signed six weeks late by her, then as Chief Constable, despite the specific court orders by His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC.

5.       Identification required of which Defendant witness relates to which of Claimant’s 52 leaver arch files given to Defendant,, to copy and so expedite proceedings, as there is now total confusion deliberately caused by Dolmans, solicitors, by having masked out the Claimant’s indices on each spine on every file!

6.       52 files were originally prepared and marked by Claimant’s secretary before they were disclosed as Claimant exhibits for South Wales Police to copy and to ‘settle out of court’.

7.       Claimant is seeking a ‘Medical afternoon’ before or after 3pm’, at the court’s convenience, this week, in order to find a GP, with which to register, well out of South Wales.

8.       The Claimant cannot proceed with cross examination until Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) and the Defendant produce both male psychiatrist’s falsely written and his Dr wife’s section 9 statements created, to adversely affect the Claimant, since 2009, in this trial.

9.       Following orders from Barbara Wilding , to cause the forensic psychiatrist(s) to attend Barry police station, at very short notice , to attend and contribute in the 8^th June MAPPA level 3 meeting, not to inform their victim, the Claimant was so registered and should the Claimant approach the Defendant again, to attempt ‘witness statements exchange’ he was ‘likely to be shot’ ‘.[quote from MAPPA contemporaneous notes taken at the time]

10.   The doctor’s 2012 victim MG 11witness statements are partly dictated and counter signed.

11.   That , alone, has caused the Claimant to be detained in numerous police stations, law courts and HM prisons due to one doctors and NHS (Wales) facing my million pound damages claim citing Barbara Wilding and her agents in the conspiracy.

I was originally awarded a jury trial by His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC, nearly 10 years ago, against the bullying South Wales Police over our currently hotly contested 35 mainly motoring incidents being heard, NOW, before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, at Cardiff’s Civil Justice Centre.

But only, His Honour said, if I chose any eight from the list.

I did and Swansea High Court judge promptly overturned it as too ‘document heavy’ for a jury to ‘comprehend’ so I suggested one jury for each incident!

[My gut feeling told me, now proved, as in my Royal College of Veterinary College ‘HM Partnership’ controlled trial and Lynette White murder trial scandal, also fiddled in Swansea and also refused to be heard out of Wales, no local judge was ever going to give me a jury unless the Welsh appointed judge could ‘get away’ with using case law, eg ‘Hill’, the murdered girl by ‘Sutcliffe’ ‘Jack the Ripper’ allowing police, effectively, ‘no duty of care’.

What I considered, for compromise, was say, four or five incidents for a jury, at a time.

But my old inherited gift of ‘premonitions’, from Mum or Dad, told me to forget it, that has kept me alive, so far, on ‘terra firma’, in ‘terra aqua’ and even after 14 ‘donkey stops’, having ‘broken the bonds of Earth’ only to suddenly finding myself running out of height , airspeed and ideas, all at the same time!

While I was about to set off from Biggin Hill, with 51 other aircraft, senior South Wales police officers were scheeming to have my name removed from the veterinary register all planned for shortly after my return from Australia.

It was obvious that if I could not get these cases out of Wales, early on or get a jury, then I was now doomed as it was now far too late, fiddled and pre planned by the Taffia, Cardiff’s Cabal, 20 years on, as still further obscene costs would have been inflicted.

As it has turned out, for the whole World now to witness, only due to cyberspace, by no other media, four times they have further delayed these Actions, against their ‘extreme and unusual malicious behaviour, first successfully appealing against a jury, then the ‘machine gun’ conspiracy, then the ‘Dr Williams’ et al playing the ‘Gulag Card’ and MAPPA card, the subsequent ‘fabricated ‘harassment of someone who is a criminal ‘on the run’ to this 14^th March fiasco, as fiasco it will surely be, the Criminal Court of Appeal hearing of my stitched up ‘Breach of a Restraining Order’ when no order was ever served!

Dear Ms Bracken,

Prosecution Refuse to Supply Depositions to Litigant in Person

Police evidence, for the 2^nd May 12 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ jury trial and this subsequent appeal, was sent to Cardiff prison by the CPS but I was not allowed them in court unlike any other prisoner, on my prison wing, on legal aid.

I repeatedly requested for a duplicate copy for a solicitor or Mackenzie Friend outside the prison in order to help an incarcerated Litigant in Person prepare his defence.

During my 2009 farcical ‘machine gun’ trial and acquittal, again being unable to give evidence, I was given duplicate copy of deposition papers and even legal aid, without examination of my financial status, anything to stop my cross examining the police officers in the MAPPA, Chief Constable and NHS conspiracy. It was blackmail to use a Luigi Stranati, HMCTS Delivery Director’s hand picked Welsh nobbled barrister.

A fat lot of good, no need, as His Honour Paul Thomas QC simply refused me either deposition copies in the court room until the closing stages of a two week trial.

During 4^th May 12 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ trial I was again refused, in court, any legal papers at all [See references on transcript, court log, prison and GEOamey Custody Services records and prison and court cctv except an extortionate obviously redacted and inaccurate Luigi controlled HM transcript, bought on borrowed money].

Both at original 1^st Dec 11 magistrates ‘harassment’ conviction and at its 1^st March 2012 Crown Court Appeal, Luigi, again refused my legal papers in court, eye witnesses or those to confirm I was, any way, immune to prosecution by sub section 3 a) & c) of 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act.

In July 2012 I was again jailed for alleged ‘Breach of Restraining Order’, again only reliant on the false information from the original ‘on the sick’ police psychiatrist.

The CPS continue to refuse to provide copies of those depositions for this appeal that must have been in existence by my September12 release, with all charges dropped.

It is notable he says 'some of the brave men'. In fact, more than 3,000 died on the convoys: Of those who survived, only a couple of hundred or so are still alive to receive the medal.

The Cardiff Crown Court continue to refuse to reply to my applications to both hear and purchase digital CD record of my 4^th May 12 jury trial when I was refused my legal papers in court, witnesses to give relevant evidence and carried on despite my need for medical attention following my attempts to extract some of the CPS deposition paperwork from my rectum.

In the past I have been allowed to hear court tapes but now I am blocked despite clear evidence of erroneous record on delayed and expensive transcripts omitting critical words as ‘inaudible’.

Yesterday I visited an almost fruitless Cardiff Crown Court encounter, following your advice following their refusal to deal with the matter over the telephone.

HMCTS Amanda …… flatly refused my hearing or obtain true copy of evidence subject to appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice .

I even summoned police from the street to witness and record in note book as no one, around here, seems to believe a word I say of what actually is going on in Wales as they barter for judicial autonomy.

I APPLY to the Criminal Court of Appeal to allow me the right to hear and keep, at my expense, what /I heard on official digitally recorded CDs under the control of Luigi Stranati, HMCTS Wales manager.

I managed, by using the police presence, to make the court manager hand over copies of letters instigated by Luigi Stranati ….fairy tales relied on in blocking my access to any of the court buildings in order to frustrate appeals and civil actions for ‘s damages.

The Criminal Court of Appeal are therefore also being denied the proof that despite my asking my defence witnesses be named to HHJ Curren QC, in 4th May jury trial, re breach of Restraining Order, we are both refused proof that what is on the 'official transcript' is NOT what was accurately recorded by someone in the public gallery.no wonder the Norman Scarths and Patrick Cullinanes are also so frustrated to be convicted for taping their own cases strictly for their own use and serve prison sentances....interestingly Norman Scarth’s appeal in London is on 23rd January...PLEASE BE THERE

JUST IN FROM A MACKENZIE FRIEND I think the answer to the issue of refusal to supply the digital copies must be article 10 ECHR in that it is denying legitimate freedom of expression and also receipt of ideas etc.There is nothing in law to say that you shouldn't have copies, so any decision to deny you copies won't be prescribed by law. Also article 6(1) ECHR is involved, as you want the transcripts in connection with your appeal and JR. I think that the only remedy would be a Human Rights Act challenge by JR. However, it would be desirable if you obtained a written decision as to why you are being denied the transcripts.Have you received anything in writing explaining why you are being refused permission to obtain the copies?

Litigant in Person Refused CDs or Hearing Trial’s Digital Record .The Criminal Court of Appeal have suggested I ask yet again to hear the digital record of just what was said in 4^th May 2012 Crown Court following my messages from the cells, for witnesses, being stifled.

I wish the previous applications, over the past 20 years, also to be reconsidered for the civil damages claim hearing commencing 18^th February 2013.

If I were a lawyer or on legal aid I am assured the recording is freely available and a doctor has just confirmed she was supplied with court CDs of a hearing in England so why so different in Wales?

It stinks, doesn’t it?

No wonder more and more, not on legal aid, tape record hearings for them selves.

In order to get that to which I am entitled do I really have to disclose publicly my mother was a Jenkins and grand mother was a Morgan, being a direct line from a notorious locally born pirate?

Back in 1992 I was originally granted a jury trial by my then English solicitorand in around 2003 His Honour Judge Chambers QC granted one!

But the 'powers that that be', the Cardiff Cabal that run all the courts, had other ideas.....the Welsh papers being at reious risk of breaking rank with the obvious outcome. Cyberspace, remember,was still in its infancy.

No, I as given a jury purely to waste nearly three years of of my time and money with it being over turned in the Welsh High Court in a matter of nana seconds. Another court settled in a bottomless pit of tax payers' money and a cosy relationship between the 'all powerful' Welsh judges and a pack of unscrupulous lawyers, yapping at their heals soaking up the cash.

They have managed to draw this one out, so far, for twenty years. Der.oes it matter? The more they delay the more cash they get either from me or from the tax payer. [The usual arrangement is to steal from both as their is no effective taxation of lawyer bills in the UK and never forget the 'Memorandum of Understanding' between lawyer and theie local men in blue.

The point is that neither the police Caswell Clinic psychiatrist nor psychologist Professor Wood are medically qualified to interpret a CT brain scan as that is the role of the neuro-radiologist who has training and qualifications so to do.

All the neuro radiologists that examined the scans contradict the psychiatrist’s findings but still he went ahead and applied that I be sectioned IPP to Ashworth, ‘imprisonment for public protection’ with the full support of MAPPA

However, there is the built in provision in the Act that you cannot be prosecuted 'for a course of conduct' when attempting 'to prevent or detect (further ) crime'.....the very purpose of distributed WANTED posters. A further procaution was taken to get no less than severn police officers to examine the posters for adverse comment whilst they were being distributed. The CPS, on 1st December, produced various drafts of a 'Restraining Order' producing the following but still not disclosing the one now needed, of course, for the Criminal Court of Appeal, very shortly, the part hand written draft brought waved under my nose, in my cell, by that GEOamey guard, the lying little Lee Barker who's statement completely contradicted that of the only other tamed witness in a corridoe of six eager on lookers!

THE 1997 HARASSMENT ACT is a typically knee jerk written piece of legislation, of the Blair era, now being abused just to lock up those exposing the crimes going on daily in our welsh law courts.

Anticipating the continuing conduct of the Welsh courts, to protect their very own NHS's conduct in a similar manner to the way they had so far protected their police force, irrespective of the facts, I quietly lobbed into their cess pit of deceipt, rather like a Mills bomb into the mill pool for trout, a petty debt £840 claim for bus fares and time wasted, travelling backwards and forwards countless times to Caswell Clinic, when originally promised my medical records used on 2nd December 09 to have me sent to Ashworth. That claim, as predicted, to prevent the doctor having the risk of committing perjury, was settled out of court to the cost to the tax payer well in excess of £20,000.

There then followed the substantive claims before the final one due on 30th January 2013 at the hearingr to consolidate with the eight or so police claims:

At my 20^th December 2012 magistrate’s application, to be able to see my South Wales doctor, this 13^th December Morgan Cole document was, without me knowing, already with both District Judge Bodfan Jenkins and CPS Mr Dicken, the latter summoned to represent Her Majesty.

All four parties, the NHS, the protected rogue doctor, scheming judge and bewildered CPS ALL blocked the progress of the case by pre arranging yet another adjournment, a game they have played now for over a year…...anything to cover up the truth.

Like wise, Bodfan Jenkins, an old hand at perverting the course of justice, held back the clerk of the court’s notes of the May 12 ‘shooting walking stick’ hearing following my repeated attempts to have my totally legal property returned by the police following their 2009 ‘machine gun’ house raid fiasco.

The case was adjourned, far too embarrassing for a public arena. My medical care will have wait until their conclusion at 22^nd January hearing!!!…….. come, witness and inhale their stench

The ‘walking stick shot gun case lingers on a ‘case stated’ application forcing the same judge to release the court’s notes indicating it had statements from both police and my then wife , none of which I knew about during the 2010 ‘machine gun’ jury trial, indicating a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice

So what? The South Wales Police are past masters at distorting the truth.

Letter to GMC:

I emphasize that in writing my psychiatric reports Dr ******** was unduly influenced by the South Wales Police to report that I was suffering mental health problems resulting from ‘significant’ brain damage and that in coming to such a conclusion Dr ******** deliberately ignored reports from properly qualified radiologists stating that my brain scan was normal for a man of my age.

Instead the doctor sought out the advice of a clinical psychologist researcher who was not qualified to interpret such scans (and who was not made aware of the radiologists reports) and then moved beyond even this advice to tell numerous courts on the basis of no evidence whatsoever that I had suspected brain cancer.

There is an outstanding civil damages claim surrounding police operation, ‘Operation Chalice’ and a ‘machine gun’ I once owned attached to my aircraft. The armed police raid, backed by helicopter, on the marital home on 22^nd June 2009, marked the date of our marital separation. Witnesses present are reluctant to disclose any information always needed. That includes witness identification, copy of all statements taken and substance of all conversations and how and when the house search was carried out etc My daughter was again at risk, under police code name ‘Operation Orchid’, to ‘snatch her by Social Services. It is MAPPA and a rogue forensic psychiatrist that caused, if you wish to believe a word of it, added reasons given and accepted in court, as to why I was not to be released for nearly eight months and in return sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

The case relates to a purported ‘shooting walking stick shot gun’ obtained by the police, nearly a year later, from the marital home, during my January 2010 ‘machine gun’ trial at Cardiff but with no witness statements taken. None of this information came to my notice until three years later and only by my court applications to make the police disclose relevant evidence.

. 2nd Nov 2010 conviction of common assault fabricated to use to oppose bail over a two year period only for it to be then withdrawn police never ever having intended to fight my appeal as the two year use of successfully opposing my bail had served its purpose..

False imprisonment re 2^nd allegation of Breach of a Restraining Order from approx 21st Sept 2012 imprisonment for nearly 3 months on evidence later withdrawn as the police knew full well my action to fax a pre action protocol draft witness summons to Caswell Clinic was lawful.

Eight weeks to go to the start of Cardiff County Court's civil damages claim three month trial, against the South Wales Policemy for their 20 years of unusual and extreme bullying, only guarrateed success and cover up by the protection from a corrupt and incestuous judiciary that puts Channel Island's Guernsey almost in the shade!.

A list, later today, of a few of the one hundred or so witnesses, mainly police, none of whom 'gives a damn".

Some will enjoy, ofcourse, my having been denied a jury.

A jury was my original lawyer's promise, employed twenty years ago, before realising he was a 'plant', for any of these first three, of nine Actions later listed, being half successful.

"As long as all proceedings remained in Bristol County Court", another expression I remember hearing from many of my South Wales clients at the time.

Around 1996/97 the 1st Action was, not too mysteriously, transferred to a Wales court once the Principality's authorities realised the police bullying had no intention of stopping, to the contrary.

It continued for 10 years until they had succeded in having me struck off the veterinary register.

Then it all suddenly stopped, for a few years, until each time the substantive trial was listed for a hearing. Then the 'taffia' conspired still more, instigating my long terms of imprisonment, wholst unconvicted and lately, using bizarre Cardiff Crown Court fabrications and a strange Cardiff magistrates court hearing to the horror of those, open mouthed, in the public gallery.

I am routinely ignored, when applying for court exhibits, access to any court public counter or replies to written applications, all being part of their 'treacle treatment':

1. ignore, if the dissident persists,

2.ridicule, like 'water off a duck's back',

3 'play the gulag card', using the rogue system from within Caswell Clinic psychiatric prison

and if that also fails then 'set him up' to be,

4. eliminated [1st June 2009 Independant Advisory Group (IAG) and 8th June 2009 Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) level 3 registration.

None of my appeals, incidentally, on the small matter of my being refused a jury, were ever allowed to be heard in an English court, 0f course,oh, what a surprise.

Further to my phone calls each day I wish to confirm I still have no contact with my
solicitor, instructed some 18 months or so ago, to consolidate my seven or nine
actions against the local police re harassment, malicious prosecutions etc.

He acts in an urgent matrimonial matter and several other cases some relevant to
the twenty years of police bullying.

I am reluctant to contact the Law Society as I far from trust them knowing there is,
as with the press, no longer any effective self regulation of its members.

have been recently jailed for a few months, re the rogue police NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and all charges dropped, ALL part of the pattern these last ten
years of delaying or severely prejudicing my three month damages claim against
the police commencing early next year.

As for the 'machine gun ' trial the police refuse to return my, circa £10,000
worth of antiques and legally kept shot guns with the local court charging me,
recently, £4000 for using the 1897 Police Property Act!

While Welsh courts deliberately delay my million pound
damages claim against the NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and Swansea University's
psychologist the Caswell Clinic doctor is on permanent sick to avoid GMC,
IPCC and outside force investigation.

I need a solicitor in order to urgently speak to your barrister instructed time
is very tight or I have to file with the court some home-made concoction of a ‘consolidation
application' hearing, having originally been promised a jury, now blocked,
years ago.

Another urgent matter is a Christopher Paul Alexander, alias Ebbs, a person also operating
in light aviation, who has complained, in writing, to the South Wales Police as
they threatened him to alter evidence before the Royal College of Veterinary
Surgeons that led to my being struck off the veterinary register. The IPCC
is a joke.

I have over forty years of proof re ‘white collar crime' and so called self
regulating professional bodies.

I have been recently jailed again for a few months on trumped up charges, of a
breach of a restraining order never served, re the rogue police NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and all charges dropped with the police again refusing disclosure
of evidence always in their possession from the start and confirming my
innocence.

ALL part of the pattern by the Cardiff MAPPA Cabal,
these last ten years, of delaying or severely prejudicing my three month
damages claim against the chief of police booked for the fourth time and commencing
early next year.

As for the 'machine gun' trial the police refuse to return my, circa £10,000 worth
of antiques and legally kept shot guns with the local court Bodfan Jenkins
charging me, recently, £4000 for daring to use the 1897 Police Property Act for their theft!

While Welsh courts deliberately delay my million pound

private insurance pay, while running his NHS linked private clinics, to avoid GMC,
IPCC and an outside police force investigation.

When the Chief Constable of South Wales Police failed to having me shot, under MAPPA level 3 protection,nine, no less. bent and perverted Cardiff Crown Court judges also conspired to protect their chief forensic psychatrist to try and avoid the machine gun trial, the *** up due in a few weeks.

So the evil little bast**ds hatched stage 2 and played their 'gulag card' trying to jail me , for life in Ashworth, IPP whilst unconvicted.

I need any solicitor, well out of South Wales,
in order to urgently speak to the barrister instructed.

The Defendant's defence, for jury trial, was little different to the one discussed with the numerous police officers, prior to the August 2011 arrest re harassment of a rogue NHS doctor and used on the 1st December 20011 before District Judge John Charles (except he would not allow it, of course, to be raised)....listen to tape recordings of the three day farce. copies to be played , hopefully, on Bristol 93.2 FM Dialect Radio.

(3) Subsection (1) or (1A) does not apply to a course of conduct if the person who pursued it shows-

(a) that it was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime,

(b) that it was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or

(c) that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable

From the cells the Defendant applied for medical attention and eight witnesses, for starters and stating more, subject to availability and or evidence given by the first three witnesses . THE SUN newspaper published the 2010 'machine gun' trial incident when this same Defendant had to smuggle into the court dock, per rectum, a £3,500 cheque to give to his sister sitting in the well of the court for legal representation.

The Defendant was in solitary confinement, throughout the trial, classed as MAPPA ‘dangerous’ on prison record (cell 3 CCTV 24/7), denied pen , paper or his legal papers throughout the trial, once leaving the prison or his medical attention , his daily medicine, access to his own witnesses , family or trial’s Mackenzie Friend, Mr Merion Bowen.

Page 2D The judge erred in that he knew or should have known the Defendant had already applied to the court for the doctor ‘complainant’ to be a defence witness, under Harassment Act 1997 following the failed disclosure of police evidence despite the Defendant requesting the jury see it under Harassment Act 1997 sub section….. ‘a course of conduct’ to ‘detect and prevent crime’.

1) As a witness of fact ie he was neither qualified to have supplied numerous psychiatric reports, stating the Defendant had irreversible but ‘significant brain damage’ and ‘Paranoid Delusional Disorder’, to seven clandestine MAPPA meetings and to at least nine Cardiff Crown Courts, Tottenham police, Oxford police, both London and Cardiff lower courts and HM Prison Cardiff when knowing, through out, there were several both psychiatric prison and Caswell clinic medical reports and Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, ALL to the contrary

2) As a 'character' witness ie he had in his possession three months of intensive medical and social reports, from no less than sixteen doctors and forensic psychologists, following the Defendant’s forced incarceration in Caswell Clinic psychiatric prison under this doctor’s 7^th August 2009 court recommendation, using section 35 of the 1983 Mental Health Act, he having not even examined his patient. In September ,AFTER, the extensive brain scans:

3) Dr Gainor Jones level 12 forensic psychiatrist, who ordered the 28^th August 2009 brain scans and received reports from expert opinions, was refused as a witness on this and previous occasions.

Page 3A 4) Mr*****&&&**** had, repeated by the Defendant, detailed evidence, in advance, in anticipation of the court’s refusal to allow him to give evidence on both aspects precied in 1]. He was never called (3B).

Page 3D 5) Barrister and Her Majesty’s Representative, Mr David Gareth Evans, instead of reminding the court he had already been identified as a Defence witness ( his admission to the presiding judge, on the second day, he had been a party to 1^st December 2011 draft part District Judge John Charles hand written and typed CPS draft ‘restraining order’ being taken down to the Defendant, in the Cardiff magistrates’ cells, to ‘consider’ or ‘amend’.

The prosecution barrister was made aware, again from the cells, the Defendant therefore needed him to give this evidence plus the fact by the time the final draft of the ‘restraining order’ was typed up no further visit to the cells was made as the Lee Barker, custody manager, had ‘gone home’ and document was being retained, under Defendant’s licence, to be served on him by HM Prison, Cardiff, following the unusual 14^th November 2011 Welsh High Court's Mr Justice Llewellyn Jones QC's interference, the full facts still withheld from the Defendant , to this day, despite seven applications for Section 8 disclosure.

Page 3G onwards…..a prosecution total denial (a pack of lies) of either GEOamey Custodial Services or any court record of a ‘service’ of a ‘draft’ or final court order on a Defendant, in custody, in his conditions of being denied legal papers, a pen and paper to write on and legally unrepresented!

Para 4C The learned judge erred in misdirecting the jury as to ‘evidence’ of two sets of CCTV footage in the control of both the private custody firm and the prosecution main witness, clerk of the court, Mr Michael Williams ( see cross examination transcripts).

Para E Legal papers ‘stuffed up my ***’ included previous Court Orders ordering the appearance of the Dr ‘complainant’, various policemen and eye witnesses to give evidence as long as the 'Defendant did not conduct the cross examination' a reason, possibly, why the Defendant, over twenty years of Welsh court 'experience', had obtained no less than a 90% success rate in the one hundred and sixty or so criminal allegations brought against him by the South Wales Police. The remaining 10-12% were used in the welsh police 2001 complaint to have me struck off to curtail my funding to expose this extensive 'white collar crime'.

To obtain the original 1^st December 11 'harassment conviction' and production of a restraining order, District Judge John Charles, as in previous but unrelated trials, had always ordered a stranger of a solicitor to act for the Defendant dispite his jesticulations to the contrary!.

Magically given 'right of audience', over night, as in the 1st March 2012 appeal in Crown Court, no instructions were ever given, in fact to the contrary. This was when cross examining South Wales Police officers whilst on oathneeded to be 'protected'.

At the 2nd May 12 jury trial for 'breach of a restraining order' the judges argued, amongst them selves, now trying to protect theirt own pensions.

Bristol Crown Court recently avoided this 'abuse of process' by simply not opposing the Defendant's appeal, when Cardiff's Cabal had transfered the Defendant's two year old 'common assault' conviction delaying the appeal to keep the defendant months and months imprisoned on remand.

An ex police officer now court official had pushed him down the Crown Court stairs, whilst he was on crutches following a hip replacement, breaking his leg). Transfered for fear of Cardiff papers, for once, publishing the predicted acquittal with the allegatiion to counter the grevious bodily harm civil action nshortly before the High Court.

Another passing example of ‘white collar crime’ is daily HM perpetrators, all immune to prosecution by the usual HM ‘Royal Prerogative’, a much out dated practice, in this century of 1998 HumancRights Act but these evil little bast**ds using it widespread across the UK as fellow victims are only too well aware.

Etc, etc…….I’m bored with this disgusting subject to write any more, just now.

Immune to prosecution or threat to a judge's pension, when he , like in the machine gun trial,judge this judge should have stopped the proceeding on the 2nd day upon finding it was the draft restraining order, barrister Evans admitted to, that came to the cells. NOT the FINAL Court Stamped ORDER.

The related Judicial Review Applications, also pending in the Royal Courts of
Justice, also need an honest lawyer who does not practice the other local
custom, worshiping the devil.

[7th Draft posted on web site missing links (magistrate and Royal Courts of Justice tape & video recordings and other ‘WANTED’ posters etc to be added over next few days] STOP PRESS They worked perfectly well in Brittany, France this summer when, editing was being sorted but U Tube appears blocked/censored in UK....(Someone's fascinating U -Tube footage, of my last Criminal Court of Appeal hearing, over these falsified MAPPA medical records, works in Eire, apparently, a little bird tells me).

And where is the Element of Harassment in This?

The State rely on one or more of the following four phases to eliminate the risk of any exposure as to 'what really goes on in our Britsh law courts':

1. simply ignore, in the hope the dissident will simply tire and go away or

2. ridicule and financially ruin, by manipulation of the media and if that fails,

3. play the 'Gulag card', by having the victim sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act and even if that can not be achieved repeat what

4. Stalin, Hitler did and South Wales Police tried so hard to do, have him shot.

The above 'Wanted' poster was handed in, by me, to the Cardiff police station during my detailed complaint of the South Wales Police's 'shoot to kill policy' following His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers' 2008 Court Order requiring Dolmans', solicitors, client, the Chief Constable, to disclose sensitive evidence.

It surrounded some fifty or so incidents of police bullying and 24/7 MAPPA level 3, at level 3 supervision, whilst I was simply attempting to practice veterinary surgery in South Wales.

This 'Wanted' poster is of particular interest as District Judge John Charles, in Cardiff Magistrates, had ruled that it did NOT constitute harassment, when distributed amongst the general public, as part of a 'course of conduct' under the 1997 Act.

I had already been sectioned for Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison and diagnosed as having 'significant brain damage, suffering from a 'paranoid delusional disorder' in the fixated belief I was being persecuted by the South Wales Police.

Well, perish the thought!

Despite my being deemed so ill, a court appointed solicitor having had to 'act ' on my behalf, the district judge openly allowed the prosecution to tamper with the alreadily obvious dubious evidence.

Our Queen's Representative, HM Crown Prosecutor barrister David Gareth Evans, at the closing stages of this typically run Cardiff court, the defendant being refused neither right to cross examine nor have access to his legal papers and witnesses, even attempted to switch this particular poster for the previously deliberately presented one, Wanted Dead or Alive' to cause maximum effect.

A copy of which was also slipped in, at the very last moment, as 'posted' to the Caswell Clinic by me when, only after access to the court exhibit and franked envelope, in the March 2012 Crown Court appeal was it obvious that the clinic, itself , had 'posted' it.

If it can be proved the complainant, a seasoned forensic level 12 psychiatrist, was either telephoned or had posted to him 'some ' act of harassment' by the accused only then can this accused be jailed for the 'offence', as on the charge sheet.

The police had overlooked this legal requirement, until after the trial had started!

This meant district judge Charles had to re arrange the usual Recorder of Cardiff's pre arranged Court High Court Orders from His Honour Judge Christopher Llewellin Jones QC, for uncontrolled dissidents, exactly as his predecessors, Mr Justice Nicholas Cooke QC had done for him in the 2009 'machine gun' trial to obtain the subsequent 'contempt of court' further imprisonment thus avoiding the embarassing release of my NHS medical records so relied on by MAPPA, CAA and RCVS.

This time, though, it was by expediting proceedings to convict but by 'retrospective incarceration' that now meant the failure of any 'restaining order' being served as I had neither attended the remaining hours of a court fiasco nor was I returned to prison where HM Probation Service would have, in any other UK prison, taken over.

HM Probation Service and its Offender Management Unit, of course, could not be involved because they had already been specifically locked out of the original IAG and MAPPA meetings in 2009 when NHS Caswell Clinic monthly meetings had taken place in attempts in having me silenced, IPP, following the police's June 2009 failed attempts in having me shot.

Only when I was transferred to my long awaited English prison, in HMP Bristol, in this late September, did I receive my first ever visit by Probation's OMU, re the implications and statutory requirements surrounding police allegations and contrived convictions under, albeit much badlly drafted and misused 1997 Harassment Act.

All UK courts and prisons, while handling MAPPA or 'Restraining Order' victims, are obliged by law to have informed their prisoner of his or her legal responsibilities unless, of course, there is some other demonic 'ultra vires' agenda.

Summary of my Defence Statements Refused at 1st December 2011 Cardiff Magistrates, 1st March 2012 Appeal & 2nd May Jury Trial

CPS (Wales) falsified the facts, before open court on 1st December 2011, by alleging I had sent a Wanted poster to a victim by post.

The 2nd March 12 Crown Court Appeal, [transcripts on previous blogs], despite my disclosing the purported offending letter, a prosecution exhibit no less, had been sent by the Post Office, not a member of the public, bearing its own franking, with HHJ again Hughes refusing my exposing its exact audit trail within the NHS(Wales) stitch up or allow me witnesses.

The court also heard how the CPS had, by slight of hand, switched the 'wanted posters, part way through the original 1st Dec 11 fiasco before tha, thoroughly corrupt District Judge John Charles.

Charles , one breath before, was heard to mumble to CPS barrister Evans,, but picked up by me behind the bullet proof glass, the 3rd incident had been only slotted in that very morning in order for a custodial sentance could be handed down. also the judge blocked the CPS barrister for substiting another variation Wanted poster as interpreted as anc of 'harassment' the lawyer having deliberately misled the court in which was actually haNDED IN BY ME, AT THE CENTRAL POLICE STATION, when filing statements of complaint on the falsified machine gun repainting and senior police orders to allow temporary 'shoot to kill policy'.

The tape/ videos of Cardiff court proceedings await High Court appraisal or after my third arrest and incarceration for alleged breach of a restraining order never served.

Protection from Harassment Act 1997

(This is an edited version of the Act prepared for www.HarassmentLaw.co.uk. It excludes the provisions applying to Scotland and incorporates s7(3A) added to the Act by s44 Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 and other amendments made by s125 Serious and Organised Crime Act 2005. An Act to make provision for protecting persons from harassment and similar conduct.

s1 Prohibition of harassment.

(1) A person must not pursue a course of conduct-

(a) which amounts to harassment of another, and

(b) which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the other.

(1A) A person must not pursue a course of conduct -
(a) which involves harassment of two or more persons, and
(b) which he knows or ought to know involves harassment of those persons, and
(c) by which he intends to persuade any person (whether or not one of those mentioned above)-
(i) not to do something that he is entitled or required to do, or
(ii) to do something that he is not under any obligation to do

(2) For the purposes of this section, the person whose course of conduct is in question ought to know that it amounts to or involves harassment of another if a reasonable person in possession of the same information would think the course of conduct amounted to or involved harassment of the other.

(3) Subsection (1) or (1A) does not apply to a course of conduct if the person who pursued it shows-

(a) that it was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime,

(b) that it was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or

i) But he jury was handed a piece of paper, marked 'restraining order', with a date stamp 9th December 2011. His Honour Judge Christopher Llewelln Jones QC's, 14th November 2011 orders, while sitting as The Recorder of Cardiff, even before the case had hardly started, had given District Judge John Charles instructions 'when sentance takes place' blocking my right to cross examine any of the police witnesses!

ii) The restraining order was never served as the GEOamy Custody Services/Cardiff Magistrate conspiracy , partly set out below, clearly portrays.

iii) No one ever served on me or showed me the alleged 'offending' blog posting article and I suspect the jury did not see it either.

If it did once exist then why was it not listed as an exhibit or was it because it may have been created in my home in Brittany, a foriegn jurisdiction, making what ever it was possibly ultra vires?

As the then 2009 date, for the three month civil trial, loomed before us, needing over one hundred police officers and Cardiff court staff to defend it, much Cardiff Cabal scheming intensified.

But His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC , in 2008, following my fifteen years of near futile disclosure applications and refusals by Cardiff's criminal courts , ordered disclosure having already ordered a jury trial!!

But 'HM Partnership' soon over turned all his court orders.

This latest but dramatic implosion and chaos from within both our current judicial and penal systems is based, of course, on the ridiculous but out dated ever changing anomaly for the tax payer to pay for.

The lucrative cartel for passengers on the HM 'gravy train', fuelled by 'Her Majesty's Prerogative' for HM judge's 'discretion', 'Memorandum of Understanding' and other out dated anomilies, give rise to the participant's immunity to criminal and in some cases, civil proceedings against them if linked to a 'Royal Charter'.

For we mere mortals, simply looking for 'justce' in a UK court, again reminds me of that circa 1990 'off the record' bit of advice I should of taken! 'Justice is only a man made concept', Mr Justice Blom -Cooper QC had affectionaterly suggested whilst exiting, at speed, Guernsey's notorious Royal Court building, beating a fast path for the airport and back to relative RCJ sanity.

In order to succeed in sueing the police I needed, for example, their 'incident' or 'occurrence'' numbers each time I was stopped, names and collar numbers of police involved and witnesses at the scene only known to the police. These would undermine either their criminal prosecution or, as now defendants, my civil case. In your dreams, Maurice!

If the police, Cardiff CPS or or court judges could prevaricate long enough , before dropping all charges, long enough to maximise financial damage and making it too late to trace culprit identity and or independant witnesses, any form of civil redress was near pointless.

My current 90% success rate in having some 160 allegations withdrawn, quashed or won on appeals would of been significantly higher had I been before a totally honest HM Crown Prosecution Service, CPS and line up of judges, each time.

On the balance of probabilities any conviction will succeed, if tried enough times, for the judge is, at the end of the day, only human and must make a decisionso often in the arena with failed police disclosure swaying the odds.

The problem is always much worse when the judge fails to understand the reason for the failed disclosure as the 'defendant' in a Cardiff court is doomed if he is forced to explain the reason for the need of police disclosure as it informs the enemy of its existance and chance to have it destoyed.

It is always a sort of 'game' by Cardiff's cabal to withhold, for as long as possible, evidence that would collapse the prosecutions case. It is nigh impossible to get any disclosure the moment it is decided the CPS is not going to run with the case.

Time and time again , over twenty years, it has turned out that prosecution cases were stopped months before I was told or stretched to maximise the financial costs on bothe sides.

The real killer for a defendant, like this week for example, over the latest MAPPA/Dolmans cover up under the guise of a 'Breach of a Restraining Order' never even served on me, when playing with indictable offences, once you get refused bail and the case is dropped you are buggered.

In just a few days, 11th October, the mangement or trial by jury judge had ordered PACE Act disclosure when you may have prevented the police paper shredder from doing over time.

You are very, very lucky to get any of it after that date, if the case is dropped.

I needed immediate bail granted, in the Bristol Crown court , last month, or to stay in jail up until 11th October, to obtain the police controlled evidence for civil damages claim in the hope some recovery of the huge losses can be achieved.

This had quickly followed hurriedly convened but clandestine 1st and 8th June MAPPA meetings held in Police HQ and Barry police station with the remainder, for the year, al being convened but as with the first, not of a plenary nature as laid down by statute.

It was my court service of paperwork on the three Defendants, the Chief Constable, HM Attorney General and Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), following the falsified February 09 Barbara Wilding sworn witness statement was drafted by Dolmans and withheld, contrary to His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC's precise orders.

To take on any HM department and dare challenge Her Majesty's prerogative and any of those attached like lice or hidden within the pleats, all immune to prosecution was, in effect, sounding my death warrant.

As dear Gerald and Yvonne Gillow, of notorious Guernsey fame and European Court successes, before it was also corrupted, used an apt expression, 'invincible prejudice' when summing up our so corrupt and fundimentally flawed UK justice system.

However, my subsequent legal action, no lawyer would assist, for the 15th June 09 Judicial Review Application, sparked the sudden frenzy in South Wales and Whitehall over mythical machine guns, my MAPPA registration and malevolent Masonic manoeuvres to drive a shrink to deliberately falsify my medical notes.

With HM Whitehall named, having been steeped in years of work from the Cardiff County Court, also trying to stop my actions against the police, have me almost registered as a 'vexatious litigant' with the RCVS, at best, getting a two year Civil Restraint Order, anything to stop 'disclosure of their respective HM damming evidence, to have me struck off for the Cardiff Authorities.

It never ceases to amaze me as to the extreme lengths to which the Welsh judiciary are prepared to stoop, whilst wallowing in their cess pit of depravity flavoured with intrigue, corruption and bitterness always trying, it seems, to alienate all foreigners just to protect one of their own in their tribe.

Nine Cardiff Crown Court judges, for example, back in 2009 over the‘machine gun’ debacle, while I was incarcerated in NHS Caswell Clinic and Cardiff prison for nearly a year, all kept me locked up by pretending or otherwise to accept a rogue ‘psychiatric’ report, prepared by the South Wales Police or their lawyer, Adrian Oliver of Dolmans, for MAPPA level 3 supervision and to have me sectioned to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric prison, IPP, for life.

My near twenty year running civil damages claims start with the first three of seven in January 2013 for about three months. Some hundred or so police will be cross examined over having me bullied, struck off the veterinary register and falsly imprisoned, time and time again when reliant on an uttterly corrupt Cardiff judiciary

ALL WELCOME .....tea and biscuits in the intervals, daily nonsences guaranteed to mimic the ridiculous farce of some forty or fifty previously fixed Cardiff court cases I have had to endure and pay for.

“Significant brain damage” and a 'possible brain tumour' the secret court heard, as the unrepresented victim lay rotting in the cells below Cardiff Crown Court.

"Mr Kirk suffers from a condition called, 'paranoid delusional disorder' due to a fixated belief that he is being persecuted by the South wales Police.

Wales’ very own police run MAPPA (Multi Agency Public Protection Agency) on 8^th June 2009 had agreed to set me up to be shot, 10 09 27 Medical MAPPA 4p.pdf recorded in the minutes, with no agents present other than Caswell Clinic staff and senior police officers.

Public Protection Maintenance Unit (PPMU) of HM Probation Service visited me this week, in my much cluttered solitary cell Bristol Prison, solitary as the Remand Warrant issued whilst in Cardiff stated, ‘mental health issues’ and on the door it read, ‘High Risk’. [will they ever give up, I ask myself? Never while their pensions are assured]

A statutory requirement, he told me, was for Probation to inform the accused or convicted of the possible consequences for any act of ‘harassment or ‘breach of a restraining order’ under Section 4 of the much abused use of 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act.

No Cardiff Probation encounter has ever occured in Cardiff because the cabal knew the 1st Dec 09 case was flawed.

If I was not told of the existence of a restraining order it was obvious I would publish the latest farce experienced in Cardiff magistrates.

Cardiff prison had, in writing, repeatedly informed me of never having any knowledge of the 2009 MAPPA meetings carried out in Caswell Clinic or why, if true , on the 17th December 2009, I was mysteriously expunged from the MAPPA records! He promised to look into this and come back to me but I am not holding my breath.

My 21^st September no warning transfer from that Cardiff hell hole to an English prison was a dream come true and would, I knew, bust right open the Cardiff Cabal’s day to day conspiracies to lie, cheat and pervert the course of justice. I had to be transferred as the nefarious minded had feared their so far iron fist control over their local press was starting to slip due to their slow demise with the advent of cyberspace. The 'common assault' conviction had only been achieved by the conduct of a string of doctors implicating GPs, prison doctors and, of course numerous attached to Caswell Clinic an Professor Wood's Swansea University.

Six More Welsh Criminal allegations quashed in nearly Two Weeks 21st August Barry Arrest

This brings up my success rate back up again, since 1992 of almost daily police bullying, to 90% out of around some 160 trumped up charges and allegations.

One, I remember, being when they kept me locked up in Cardiff prison for days as ‘unidentified’! I had been arrested on the doorstep of my veterinary surgery, cheque book and bank and County Council letters in my pockets, surrounded by protesting clients and their pets.

Thirty four times The South Wales Police made me present my perfectly valid motor insurance documents, until they had me struck off in 2002. Not once have they seen my driving documents since once their agenda had been fulfilled it having been the police alone that had complained to the RCVS.

On the thirty fifth occasion in them asking, I remember, whilst I was on an urgent veterinary call, I told them to simply ‘go to hell’ or something more appropriate for the type of company I was forced to be in.

This was only to be successfully repeated before a Cardiff court, a few weeks later, when one of the most able of the Clerk’s of the court, a Mr Dobson, I had the good fortune to have intervene when he stopped the Magistrates convicting me by quoting out of section 10 or 11, I had used before, of the much then studied Magistrates Act, as amended, between either calving a cow or perhaps, attempting to put together the pieces of some unfortunate squashed cat or dog scraped off some road at three in the morning!

The remaining convictions, many motoring, were used to have me struck off as a veterinary surgeon for life. Those 90% eventually withdrawn or beaten down in open court, at huge personal loss to me and family always carried their Welsh vindictive trait, a refusal to award any compensation.

I am really too tired now to fight on much more and to tangle with a sub species, almost daily, with this South Wales’ HM backed conspiracy of countless malicious prosecutions and extreme acts of bullying, whilst guarenteed their pensions. Where went that Englishman simply wishing to quietly practice his dedicated art of veterinary surgery?

‘Common Assault’ Conviction on HM Cardiff Crown Court Clerk Dropped

Firstly, recent events whilst I was in prison, is their embarrassment of my 2^nd Nov 2010 ‘common assault’ conviction, my absence from the hearing due to illness, needs careful analysis.

I was refused the right to cross examine, dependant on their twisted interpretation of some section from The Youth and Justice Criminal Evidence Act and the opinion of that rogue police psychiatrist, again.

Their thirteen month delay to ‘sentence’ me on it, on 1^stDecember 2011, was watched by many and tape recorded by some, including teams of both police and NHS private lawyers, all defending their respective one million pound damages claims I have recently lodged since the 2010 ‘machine gun conspiracy’ when the police got caught having painted the WW1 Lewis gun a different colour in a futile attempt to fool the jury.......note black paint under South Wales Police silver.

Back to this month's 'common assault' Bristol Crown Court acquittal.....deliberately delayed for two years just to successfully oppose my bail and release from prison to prepare for the January 2013 three month trial of over police and HM Cardiff officials.........

The magistrate's court 1st Dec 11 court tape recording records:

”This incident was a relatively minor incident” therefore “no further penalty”, the tape records District Judge John Charles saying. What was the penalty?

In fact an ex South Wales Police officer, Derrick Hassan, had already falsified my forensic history for the rogue doctor’s 7^th August 2009 psychiatric report to have me sectioned to Caswell when no clinical examination by him had even taken place! He was the one who had pushed me down a flight of stairs in July 2010 following The Recorder of Cardiff, Nicholas Cooke QC, had refused to order the evidence as to why, after the collapsed machine gun trial, I was and still am treated as one of the top 5% most dangerous in the country (MAPPA 3/3) unbeknown to any other of their agencies other than Caswell Clinic and South Wales Police.

I had been on my crutches and daily morphine on that day in the Crown Court and the fall had broken my leg. District Judge John Charles was caught inadvertently explaining as to why the prosecution was fabricated, despite a Frank Werren having been tendered as an independent witness to the violent attack from the start.

Court proceedings were delayed purely to use the conviction to successfully oppose my bail applications during these past two years. Neither CPS nor the Cardiff courts will identify the original conviction caught on tape [LINK]

There remains the unquashed 28^th November 2011 convictions, used to oppose bail applications, other than 4^th May 2012 nine month conviction for beach of 1^st December 11 Restraining Order, the appeal now struck out by Mr Justice Mac duff in the Royal Courts of Justice and the £50 fine following the bizarre conviction when Cardiff Magistrate’s District Judge Bodfan Jenkins refused accepting my ‘not guilty ‘plea!

This London conviction, in Haringey’s magistrates, had been over the Musa’s bent lawyers in Kilburn refusing to hand over their and my paid for legal papers to be used to retrieve their then six children snatched for adoption.

We have not seen Chiwar for nearly a month now as all visits are being stopped by the prison {or government} authorities and we know Chiwar has made official prison visit applications for us as he's told various supporters often in phone calls when hes rung us from the prison. The same with Gloria's visits - it has proved impossible to see her even when weve gone on official visits {Sunday Aug. 12 for example at Holloway prison}. The adoption processes are presumably ongoing re: the Musas 5 children whilst the Musas are in prison - apart from the youngest 2 babies who have already been passed for adoption even though the Musas did not have any say in it as it was all done behind their backs with the Musas having no legal representation also as they couldnt get any at the time! Other deportation plans are afoot which are equally as worrying. Scarcely a week goes by without more evidence emerging to indicate that our “child protection” system is so dysfunctional that it should be looked on as a major national scandal. On one hand, we see the number of by Savings Sidekick" href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/9606161/The-worst-scandal-I-have-seen-in-my-50-year-career.html#" target="_blank">applications by social workers to take children into care soaring to nearly 1,000 a month, having more than doubled in the four years since the tragedy of Baby P. On the other, we hear of horrific episodes, like those recently reported from Rochdale and Rotherham, where social workers and police turned a blind eye to the systematic mass-rape of underage girls, many themselves in state care.

For three years I have been investigating scores of cases of children seized from their parents for what appear to be quite absurd reasons. This outrage has not yet come to the centre of national attention only because our child protection system hides its workings behind a veil of secrecy. I have been amazed to discover how our family courts routinely turn all the cherished principles of British justice upside down. The most bizarre allegations, based on hearsay, can be levelled against parents who are then denied the right to challenge them.

Although I have reported on several such cases more than once, they drag on through the courts so long that I haven’t been able to explain how they ended. I summarise three of them here to indicate why this is the most disturbing story I have covered in all my years as a journalist.

The fateful fall

The Musa/ South Wales Police and my mutiple arrests in and around London and South Wales, in pretty quick succession, all related to the original pre 2009 'machine gun' case, my 1983 Mental Health Act 35 sectioning and my equally unlawful registration, as a MAPPA level 3 victim, to have me set up to be shot.

Multiple Arrests

1. Harringey Council's hoard of lawyers first had me arrested in the London family Court while I was assisting, as a Mackenzie Friend, the Musa couple left high and dry by the the deceitful Spencer Powell, solictors, of Kilburn, London. I was tape recording, this Ms Houghton told the police as handcuffs went on. Anything to stop the parents even seeing their own children.

2. Cardiff's Cabal had, on 28th November 2011, refused my attendance from Cardiff prison to cross examine the Musa's solictors, Spencer Powell, in Highbury Corner Magistrates, as the whole story would come out as to how these Kilburn lawyers had lied to the police, my having been arrested in their offices and had refused to release both my legal papers and those of the the Musas.....to keep drawing the already frauduantly obtained Legal Aid from the tax payer's completely out of controlled gravy train.

All my paid for legal papers were denied me, when I had inadvertently empolyed these lawyers whilst sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, in theTottenham police station, under South Wales Police instructions.

3. I was charged with criminal damage following my unlawful kidnap and my attempts to break out.

4. I was also accused of attempting to fly the children back to Nigeria in my two seat WW2 D-Day cub.

The Harringey magistrates have refused to re open, on my release, then denying my receiving my appeal papers and explaining why my around sixtieth Judicial Review Application, since I have languished in South Wales nearly always based on Article 6, was blocked by Cardiff’s Administrative Court.

Official court documents, of course, record as usual, as for most of Cardiff ‘talking shops’, an entirely different story.

Meanwhile the Cardiff HM concocted 2010 'common assault' malicious prosecution finally ran its predictable course, following the CPS moving it out of Wales to avoid potential media coverage following the Lynette White murder South Wales Police/Welsh Judiciary cover up.

Bristol’s HM Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) gave the Welsh papers one look and saw immediately it was a ‘can of worms’ and repeated, in Crown Court, the extra complication, as it was to be heard in an English court of law and that the ‘complainant’, a Mr Derrick Hassan, referred to earlier and other HM Crown Court staff witnesses, were now ‘reluctant to give evidence’ .

Unlike in a Welsh court these prosecution witnesses, all HM employed Cardiff Crown Court officals, knew their immunity to prosecution was gone as both Judges, now involved, Their Honours, Lambert and Ticehurst, would allow me to ‘cross examine’ their 'evidence in chief'.

5. Oxford Magistrates 'Threat to Kill' Christopher Paul Ebbs (Alexander) Allegation Dropped

Secondly, Oxford CPS and Thames Valley Police dropped, on 26^thSeptember, their ‘threat to kill’ allegations against me, over Mr Christopher Paul ALEXANDER, alias EBBS, a purported licenced aircraft engineer and much falsification of evidence induced by Cardiff’s Cabal before Judge Ticehurst nearly 15 years ago.

Whilst I was standing outside Oxford Crown Court , waiting on behalf of a number of other interested GA pilots for the trial to start, South Wales Police were contacted who clearly instigated my arrest and charges.

As with Bristol, once Oxford police had found time to make better enquiries they realised my arrest had been further fabricated over the South Wales Police’s success in having me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, again, using the same false psychiatric Caswell evidence of three years earlier.

The Musa Nigerian family's snatched children, by Haringey Council, culminated in a less fortunate situation with a vindictive seven year prison sentence for both parents.

Today it is revealed that Mr Ebbs’ earlier evidence, before the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ 2002 Disciplinary Committee, to have been so ‘coloured’, as to my being 'struck off', he explains, was induced by a South Wales Police, CAA and CPS ‘visitation’, from across the Severn Bridge and London just to put pressure on him to change his original eye witness account aleady recorded.

Whereas Thames Valley police dropped this August's case, like the proverbial hot potato, HM Cardiff prison refused me even a video link to apply for costs.

of the Cardiff Crown Court fiasco, portrayed in the Clerk of theCourt, Mr Michael Williams’ evidence, related incidentally also, it is rumoured, to the notorious doctor safely employed by NHS (Wales). Mr Williams had to convince the jury, which he did, that at lunch time, I had served on me an authentic but final version of the ‘Restraining Order’ seen by him whilst he was hiding in one of the court cells.

At no other time were any other papers shown to me by anyone from court, the jury heard.

I had been denied all cctv footage from inside my ‘special’ cell, above the toilet corridor or at custody suite exit.

Similarly, I was denied all court or custody record of any evidence of any court visitors to the custody suite, service or otherwise of any documents or names of the five other guards, vital witnesses, who saw it all and know, today, the truth as to who when and where came to and from and what occurred , who destroyed the GEOamy records once the CPS and magistrate put their heads together etc

It is highly likely the Restraining Order service was attempted in the fight with the five officers when I was jettisoned from the building, after 5pm, with force leading to my need for a wheel chair only to be hand cuffed, in the Magistrates building, by gate arrest police, for failing to attend the Musa related Haringey Council hearing , two days earlier, as the prison refused my attendance by HM Partnership hell bent to continue protecting the Haringey council lawyers treachery driven by avarice

All hushed just like the next assault by GEOamy, on 4th April 2012, when I was mysteriously taken to magistrates cells from the prison and refused reason as to why? Never saw any court room , no paper work, as usual, attacked again whilst demanding an explanation, demanded immediately, in writing, the cctv, this time and have heard nothing since. Tackled the prison systems, governor, IMB etc .....all a big joke.

The custody officers were only too well aware my last claim against being beaten up in the magistrate cells won me £10,000 which is why all CCTV was quicklky destroyed by both court staff and GEOamey.

I offer £2000

to anyone to come forward and identify them and secure copies of custody and court logs for 1st December 11 & 4th April 12, for the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) and Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).

My refusal to leave the cell that day, to my freedom, for four hours, until after 5pm, when five burly guards finally physically threw me out, throwing my crutches on my head as I lay on the ground, outside the custody unit, was because I was demanding,and being denied a written explanation as to why I was being released?

My almost last cross examination question to the Clerk of the court was crucial. I was on my crutches, while hobbling from the toilet area when ‘effective service’ took place? “Yes”,he said but crutches are never allowed in the custody suite for obvious reasons and anyway, the MG6 police witness statements of his and of the equally lying Barker, the GEOamey custody manager, stated I had the ‘service’inside my cell, with Barker and another first having to unlock it!

What Barker had attempted to show me, only once and at lunch time, before returning it to the court clerk and CPS barrister, David Gareth Evans, as I sat on the cell bench furthest from the door, was what appeared, at the time, to be a part hand written draft ‘restraining order’ prepared before commencement of this 10^th November 11 trial.

On that fateful 1^st December 2011 hearing many of my friends, including Mr B from the public gallery, watched the CPS and clerk hand to the district judge, in my absence, one of several restraining order drafts floating about and watched the judge reject it, out of hand, until he wrote on it with his fountain pen, quite draconian demands to justify The Recorder of Cardiff’s already drafted 14^th November Court Orders, marked on court file, ‘only to be opened’ ‘when Mr Kirk is sentenced!

Yes, this is an early version of restraining order typed by CPS, retreeived during 2nd May 12 jury trial from Merthyr Tydfil CPS office, discussed in open court and handed to Mr Bowen and myself in the dock. A later version was the one seen in 1st Dec11 magistrates court being written over by the district judge, later broughty to my cell for approval.

Yes , you guessed it, now CPS and Cardiff Magistrates, in writing, deny any knowledge or existence of there having ever been any ‘draft restraining orders’

while in secret, no doubt, blaming each other for so stupidly disclosing to me what limited public court records that prove the HM conspiracy.

Is that what really goes on in our other UK Courts and why ‘Litigants in Person’ (LiPs) are so vilified? Remember, a defendant emplying a lawyer is always at serious risk of his defence information being no longer confidential and so fatally compromised.

My Mackenzie Friend that day was alongside me in the court dock. This Mr B, upon hearing this startling evidence on oath, had been so minded, as my back was turned, as to quietly ask the barrister for the drafts. My usual meticulous ‘pre flight planning’ had not catered for this as it would be arising much later. As it turned out, being refused any defence witnesses, as in the original magistrates' summary hearing, Meirion’s intervention proved opportune and exposed, once again, the day to day deceit practiced in Cardiff courts due to, yet again, the outdated but abused‘Royal prerogative’ guaranteeing them HM immunity to either civil or criminal prosecution.

Her Majesty’s representative, Mr Evans, then admitted he may have to withdraw to be my defence witness but Judge Curran was having none of it.

Neither Evans was to tender a plea of ‘offering no evidence’ nor was this Cardiff judge going to stop yet another trial, like what had to be done in the equally scandalous‘dangerous driving' jury trial when the jury had to finally pass a note to the judge to stop it. They asked that the senior police officer, in the well of the court, to stop signalling his mates, while under my cross examination.

Similarly nine members of the 2009 'machine gun' jury trial told me in a local resturant, after the acquittal, their minds were made up after the first day of evidence that it was a police conspiracy.

Where in the world, other than in a Cardiff court, could you get away with obtaining a conviction, before an independant jury of twelve, when the police used the museum owner who first sold me the aircraft with the gun attached and then the museum owner who bought it from me, both to be prosecution witnesses, rather than sharing a space in the dock?

But Mr Evans, in this Restraining Order jibberish had just handed us both, in the dock, one of his drafts! a purported copy of a draft restraining order for a rogue doctor . Cardiff Magistrates and CPS lyingly, as is their habit, denied there ever existed a 'draft restraining order' or record of it......? an example to the uninitiated of what I, for 20 years, have been up againsthere in South Wales.

BUT the jury was not allowed to see the draft just produced in court or the CPS's various other draft restraining orders, some hand written over nor even its final version! The one they saw was date stamped, '9th Dec'.

So why didn't the case get stopped?

Consider the back-lash on NHS (Wales) officials, for starters and Welsh Cabal.

Has the reader wondered why a 2nd allegation, six weeks after another, 13th August 2012 'breach of a restraining order ', was also dreamed up if only to have me locked up for nearly two months, to hamper my preparation?

It followed my frustrated near 40 visits and same number of phone calls to the three Cardiff law courts, police stations and CPS offices, slowly piecing together, for Criminal Court of Appeal in London , as to just what happened, this time, in one of their latest conspiracies?

As far back as 2009 they had been alerted by me and others, from my horrific conditions from within a Caswell cell, of the doctor's syphoning off patients from the NHS system to his private clinics he ran in conjunction with his invaluable business partner in the higher archy of the Port Talbot NHS (Wales) HQ.

The predicted ‘nuclear fall-out’ over the Chief Constable’s privately running of clandestine South Wales Police MAPPA meetings, using Dolmans to obtain classified Public Interest Immunity sensitive material, only to have me on 24/7 surveillance to use both tactics to identify my prosecution material, in my private prosecutions against Dolmans' Adrian Oliver, the Chief Constable and rogue doctor, is about to happen.

The blocking of these particularly politically sensitive 90s police incidents, by His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, from his 2013 trial, just to protect the RCVS and other departments under HM immunity to prosecution, does not detract from the fact that I will never stop until my name is put back on the veterinary register and I have seen serious reform or preferably, a complete annihilation of the Welsh judiciary while it deems to be British.

Further evidence has now arisen, other than unauthorised MAPPA ‘agents’ present, except for the rogue doctor or his wife, possibly, have been convened in NHS Caswell Clinic, since 17th December 2009, to having me finally eliminated.

No other level 12 forensic psychiatrist was prepared to sign the second signature, along side the Caswell clinic doctor, required and asked for by His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC, on 2^nd December 2009, for the 1983 Mental Health Act sectioning for my life imprisonment without trial was to be achieved.

Remember, readers and members of the next jury on this very same matter, Evans et al had the full backing of Dolmans, solicitors, Cardiff, in the conduct of this latest case, who not just acted since 1993 for the then Chief Constable and then Barbara Wilding, during the 2009 machine gun conspiracy but had also falsified evidence over her equally signed and falsely sworn February 2009 affidavit ordered originally by his Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC, now retired, unfortunately. That conspiracy led to Dolmans having me arrested on 22nd June 2009 to have me arrested on 22^nd June 2009.

Dolmans had not just caused my arrest but had also advised both MAPPA and their client to launch the police helicopter, that sunny Sunday morning and armed police unit with the hope of another chance to kill me. It was not until a second raid, the next day, of similar expense and stupidy, was I finally arrested.

The idiots in charge of the SWAT team had missed their moment, just four days earlier, when I was found on secure premises, surrounded by riot police brandishing machine guns in tin hats and stun grenades dangling from their belts, as I quietly stood patiently outside the chief Constable’s office in Bridgend police HQ, to simply exchange witness summonses for the, once again, adjourned three month trial originally set for hearing back in the 90s!

The currently unregulated but lucrative legal trade, due to the Memorandum of Understanding between police and The Law Society, causes victims to know, only too well, that the need to protract even the most simple of legal proceedings, like most divorce cases or this one, must be strung out for years, if possible, as in Jarndyce and Jarndyce, in Charles Dickens’ Bleak House, if the lawyers on both sides are, again, to make a ‘killing’.

My January 2013 civil damages claim hearing has caused the Cardiff Cabal to block any other progress in the manyfollow up claims against the police and doctor. Now you must realise why?

Well over one hundred South Wales police officers and HM Cardiff court staff, in January, are to face my cross examination which appears to be something I may be looking forward to.

I note that the judge didn't respond to your various questions and issues and was anxious to get you out of the court asp.

They were also ordered to serve the prosecution papers on you and prepare an indictment, so it appears that they never did this and didn't want a plea and directions hearing to take place.

It is all so obvious that a child can see what is going on here”.

Dolmans, it now turns out, schemed this Summer to have me arrested yet again!

They informed the CPS of the proceedings in the civil damages claim, in August, relating to the Cardiff courts not allowing my entry to the respective public counters, to process my civil and criminal cases, ever since they lost5 the 'Vexatious Litigant application to the High Court, four years ago!

Their junior barrister even supplied her notes to the prosecution prior to the decision to my 21st September arrest.

I was charged in the police cells for failing to pay the £50 witness summons fee prior sending to the Clinical Director of Caswell Clinic a witness summons un sealed form to hand over the evidence, to the court, I have a possible brain tumour but I have 'significant brain damage' sufficient to be MAPPA level 3 registered and not fit to conduct any civil court proceedings against the South Wales Police or defend myself without a court appointed lawyer.

Crown Court, CPS and Dolmans, following yet another collapsed prosecution now refuse to disclose that evidence or this 4th December 2011 web site blog used in the 2nd May jury trial, having closed it down as in the past when I appear to be getting to close to the truth.

I remain with without a huge list of court /CPS and police documents previously used to maliciously prosecute.

My lonely position is not just against a vindictive and inherently deceitful police force, in South Wales it also includes many but not all, in the HM Cardiff courts

Just received a somewhat comical Judge Bodfan Jenkins Court Order to pay £4000 costs and dismissing my attemptes to retreive about £10,000 worth of private property confiscated, in June 2009, by the South Wales Police they being particularly narked because of my 'sting'.
I had seen the police helicopter hovering over head, the day before and huge SWAT team skulking in their cars and the woods around, only to suddenly abort my arrest or illlimination.
When the police tried again , the next day, advised by Dolmans, solicitors, who had instigated my arrest, in the first place, by making the complaint for their client, The Chief Constable, Barbara Wilding, I left dummy machine gun ammunition on my desk with the Court of Appeal file, both now missing, re 15th June 2009 (see above) JR Royal Courts of Justice refusal re RCVS, Attorney General and South Wales Poilice as defendants.
The police refused to produce their video footage of the search of the house, obviously, at the 'machine gun ' trial nor the one immediately afterwards , when I made a detailed rwritten complaint of the forensic psychiatrist/police conspiracy.
Dismissed in my absence, my being locked away, unaware, to avoid their still further embarassment of a shooting stick shot gun found in our home. apparently, with  the police , under my disclosure application being forced to tell me about it three years later!!!! As mentioned earlier the Welsh judiciary appear only interested in charging me £4000 for simply asking for my property back.

Appeal from ‘Breach of Restraining Order' 9 Month Prison Sentence

Dear Sir,

This case of breaching of a restraining order was quite unknown to me, at the time, as no such document was ever tendered for agreement or given to me to sign.

The standard procedure in Cardiff, at least, is that in order to obtain release from the custody of the court the prisoner has to sign the ‘licence' relating to such conditions. As I was neither in court nor in the prison no such licence was procured and despite my numerous visits to the court building since, to establish the truth, there is serious indication the official restraining order may well not have been printed and or placed on the court record until the following day.

As I expected I found on the court copy of the official restraining order, during this week's twenty year running damages claim hearing for malicious prosecutions, duly signed over by the County Court clerk, following the orders of His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC to disclose it, a hand written note by someone unknown, dated 2^nd December 2011, the day after my alleged offence.

I have been refused proper disclosure of evidence before, during the jury trial and even now.

The Crown Prosecution admit no record was made of service in either the magistrates court log or that log held by the private custody firm, GEOamey. CCTV proof, filmed by different cameras under the control of different owners, either court or GEOamey, were ‘un available' for the jury.

I write because the CPS (Wales) and South Wales Police have now both been furnished with MG11 witness statements to support what actually went on in court when a draft was being hand written.

Both the police and CPS (Wales) are now refusing to take my complaint or take statements from eight more eye witnesses who were, both in and outside the court, on the day of the alleged offence. Five custody officers were present at the time of the alleged offence but I was denied their attendance to give evidence.

The excuse given is that sufficient evidence is before them but none of the witnesses that have visited Cardiff Central Police Station, so many times, are allowed copy of any of the information given and purported to have been given the CPS (Wales).

CPS (Wales) state that until I am granted ‘leave to appeal' they will not inform you of this important new evidence.

"What if I had not appealed as I have served the sentence?" resulted in silence on the phone.

"If I withdraw my appeal will the police then investigate further?" again, resulted in silence.

CPS staff then stated here in Cardiff we do nothing until the appeal papers are returned to them via their London office. Yet one more telephone call, my twentieth, this time to your office, confirmed my appeal was filed , case worker allocated and papers sent on to the CPS on the 1^st June 2012.

I apply to your court to order the release of Meirion Bowen's witness statement, details attached, he giving me written permission, as it is needed for a number of outstanding directly related matters with the Administrative Courts ( CO/3970/2012 and 6357/2012 and CO/ 4298/12011) and GMC, the earliest due to be heard on 24^th July 12 before Mr Justice Beatson in Cardiff as well as this Thursday's magistrates hearing, before district Judge Bodfan Jenkins, for the return of my shot guns and other weapons unlawfully confiscated whilst attempting to snatch my daughter during an armed police response with helicopter in ‘Operation Orchid'.

On the prison computer (PNC) it seems to state that Maurice is unconvicted, with an unknown sentence. But it has been changed to suit the needs of whoever orchestrates this campaign to ruin him as many others' lives have been and are being ruined: false bankruptcies, false imprisonments, false incarcerations, false sectioning.

Royal Charters make sure that "white collar criminals" get away with their crimes.

Already, Maurice is being extremely limited in his ways of dealing with court cases:

his solicitor's mail doesn't get delivered
mail sent by him gets bundled and sent to one of our addresses
his list of allowed phone numbers is down to eight
his time for phone calls is limited
his money for phone calls is budgeted and he can't use his own cash
CPS, HM Court Service and South Wales Police's solicitors don't respond or the mail gets withheld.

As European Citizens, we should benefit from Article 6: Right to a Fair Trial:

Everyone charged with a criminal offence has the following minimum rights:

(a) to be informed promptly, in a language which he understands and in detail, of the nature and cause of the accusation against him;

(b) to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defence;

(c) to defend himself in person or through legal assistance of his own choosing or, if he has not sufficient means to pay for legal assistance, to be given it free when the interests of justice so require;

(d) to examine or have examined witnesses against him and to obtain the attendance and examination of witnesses on his behalf under the same conditions as witnesses against him;

(e) to have the free assistance of an interpreter if he cannot understand or speak the language used in court.

I'm told that South Wales is the 'test bed' for the rest of the island. So we're facing Police State treatment a la South Wales in the rest of the UK in future, is that it?

Psychiatrists are supposed to 'judge' Maurice next - the Gulag card, as he likes to call it. Will they decide that he's "unfit to plead" on this Thursday and for other hearings? Will they try to section him AGAIN to Broadmoor, for life?

As we know that the Judiciary and the Police view and scrutinise this blog, I would like to use a phrase that I am sure they will all be familiar with: "Take a quiet moment's reflection" and consider this: is it not going too far to protect the bretheren "at whatever consequence to others"?

If you do have a conscience, then examine it. If you have just one ounce of decency left, come forward and help this man. It can be done in such a way that you will never be named or identified in any way whatsoever.

For once, do the right thing. Because if people don't act, this cancer, like all cancers left untreated, will kill without any remorse.
