Please help as I am currently trawling through London lawyers again for forteen valid torts following yet another South Wales Police 'stitch up' for fear of their pensions. In a way the 'machine gun' case needed to have been lost as none of this then needed to be concocted. Role on the day for Welsh judicial autonomy and its own well deserved police force!

South Wales Police, out of shear spite, reported this 'failure to supply a specimen of breath' to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons because, since 1993, the police had lost around eighty criminal allegations against me out of ninety but in this case,using their influence on the judges to ban my web site for fear this video other proof of bullying would be broadcast world wide, doubled their wickedness by repeatedly ignoring His honour Judge Vosper qc's orders to disclose custody records.

This video was only released once I was convicted and banned with out evidence, of course, being called.

Re: Request CPS Review ‘all’ conditions so a Restraining Order does not set me up to fail?

Thank you for your letter 20 March 2013. My 22 January 2013 letter is to vary “all” conditions. I understand that the CPS previously proposed the following sorts of conditions in 2011 and so it follows we vary the past CPS draft proposals to seek a proportionate response:-

I can agree not to contact Dr Tegwyn Williams. [I have instructed private detectives to locate Drs Williams and Hillier’s home in order that there may not be a repeat of my last summer’s vindictive imprisonment following his false ‘victim’ statements].

I agree not to disseminate any untrue information with regards to Dr Williams.

That the Order end on………Date?

As Dr T Williams is not at Caswell Clinic and has not been there for a very long time it would seem wrong to deny me my rights and liberty of access to my NHS clinic.

It is also normal NHS procedure, after being an inpatient (sectioned or otherwise), that if he is confused, unhappy or seeks reassurance regarding what has occurred and/or is written, that the patient is to return to the same clinic to discuss issues with the same ‘group’ of clinicians.

Under the Data Protection Act the same clinicians are to update the records to make all that they have ever written to be fair, true and accurate. Clinicians not at Caswell in 2009 cannot address data. It must be the team at Caswell. There were over twenty writers in the three months of my team assessment or forced unnecessary and unlawful incarceration.

Dr Williams and his lawyers are accused of abuse of power and workplace bullying where the Caswell team wish to build a relationship with me. If I name a good genuine clinician, who will help me, will Dr Tegwyn Williams and his lawyers then bully that clinician not to help?

I cannot now name any helpful good clinicians for fear of them receiving a repeat bullying.

You mention that Morgan Cole, solicitors, say that there is no facility to conduct tests for brain damage at Caswell Clinic when Dr Tegwyn Williams seems to say there is, in that Caswell Clinic is the host to commission and deal with investigation of specific issues of brain damage effecting behaviour relevant to MAPPA level 3 forensic psychiatry.

Why, then, did Dr Williams ask the Crown Court to section me first to Caswell Clinic and then to Ashworth Prison if not to determine the presence or absence of brain damage?

Why does Dr Williams avoid clarifying whether I have significant irreversible brain damage?

His last summer’s false ‘victim’ statement, police countersigned, means the CPS recognises Dr T Williams is not without blame when dropping all charges. So is the CPS now proposing to vary my Restraining Order to that of a more proportionate one or do I appeal to Europe?

Second letter Why will neither South Wales Police nor Cardiff CPS produce Doctor Tegwyn Williams' victim statement for the IPCC/CCRC and my MP and that of his wife's, also dated July 2012, falsly complaining of being harassed at their home?

I enclose further video evidence of blatant conspiracy to pervert the course of justice this time by Police Sergeant Kilberg lying on oath before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, a few weeks ago, just as he did in 2002, before the Royal College of Veterinary surgeons to have my name removed from the veterinary register.

Enclosed is a 90s Barry police station custody video of Kilberg lying to the custody sergeant that I was in breach of a public order offence despite the custody sergeant specifically asking for that clarification.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellin QC or the police QC, during the three months civil action currently in session in the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, asked for clarification on exactly the same point with the South Wales Police sergeant qualifying the issue by stating the custody sergeant made the mistake when writing down the facts.

The truth of the matter was his partner, PC Gareth Holmes was right there, seen on video and refusing to support the deliberate lie either by recording it in his pocket note book or in his subsequent MG 11 witness statement.

Just when is this expensive NHS/ police South Wales scandal going to come to an end and the true culprits brought to trial or do my friends and myself do it ourselves?

As usual it is all about 'disclosure of evidence' so if the police can withhold names of witnesses, custody records and police personal note books etc then they usually have you 'buttoned up' and 'up a creek without a paddle' in any subsequent criminal or civil proceeedings.

A case in point is next Wednesday's hearing, where the police witheld the overhead Newport Road, Cardiff, video until I was convicted.

I visited, by court order, to serve yet another copy of it on Dolmans, solicitors, acting for the Defendant , the Chief Constable of South Wales Police only to receive the following:

I have been unable to open the ZIP files which you have sent and have asked my IT team to investigate the same. My IT team advise me that you have used the Windows Movie Maker program to seek to transfer the files to us. However, what you have sent us is not of sufficient size to include any movie footage. Whilst we cannot open the files, the file type which you have sent are: .wlmp

I am advised that these are project data files created by movie maker and not the actual footage and that this explains why the files which you have sent to us are so small.

As such, we are unable to view the footage which you had purported to send.

I would be grateful if you would attempt to re-send the files, but this time, to myself at this address.

Attendance at our offices

I refer to your and anticipated attendance at our offices at approximately 4:55 pm on Friday, 22 March 2013. I record that you entered the reception area of our offices despite having previously been advised that your license to attend our premises had been revoked and that you would be trespassing if you entered our premises.

This decision was not taken lightly, but was based upon our previous reasonable requests for your dealing with matters by e-mail and correspondence and the fact that it had been necessary to ask for police officers to attend our offices due to your refusal to vacate the premises on a prior occasion. In addition, you have made several unwarranted indications of your intention to effect a citizen's arrest upon me personally. I have no wish for my staff to become embroiled in any issues relating to your expressed intention. I am also aware that you have distributed leaflets relating to myself which are inappropriate and inflammatory.

I would be grateful if you would abide by the indication which has been provided to you. If you continue to seek to enter our premises, then it will again be necessary for us to involve the police.

Your purported reason for attendance at our offices

You indicated to the person who dealt with you that you are seeking to attend regarding VHS cassettes and a DVD and that you are seeking to draw attention to discrepancies between the same.

The person who dealt with you indicated that he would not be able to assist in this regard, but you indicated that he would be returning to our offices at 4:00 pm on Monday, 25 March 2013.

Your need to comply with a court direction

A direction was made by the court on 13 March 2013 that you were required to produce by 4 pm on Friday 22.3.2013 the videos which you have in your possession by email and that those which you did not have in digital form, were either to be supplied to the court in digital form, or if not practicable, to be lodged with the Court by that date, for the particular attention of Mrs Rosie Pahl.

It is clear from this direction that the intention was that you should lodge any relevant tapes or digital copies with the court, rather than this practice. In particular, we are alert to the fact that you have suggested to the court that this practice cannot be relied upon to produce appropriate copies.

The court has made it clear that the court is to take control of any documents which you produce. You are therefore reminded of your obligation to provide any relevant material to the court as directed by the court.

It is noted that on Sunday 24 March 2013 you directed an e-mail to Melanie Standley of this practice (who is absent from the office this week) providing a link to a “you tube” site. It is noted that you also referred to videos having been stolen from your vehicle.

Yesterday, 28th March, I returned before 4pm and attempt to serve videos, they already have, in a different format but was blocked at the door with no one accepting the videos causing me to haildown a police officer to witness it for the trial judge on wednesday.

With revolving door barred and this police officer, in attendance, giving me friendly advise, I left with the damning evidence of Sgt Kilberg's lies that had my name removed from the veterinary register.

Port Talbot: Investigation after body of man, 19, found

The body of a 19-year-old man has been found in Port Talbot, say South Wales Police.

Officers say they are investigating the circumstances leading up to his death, but it is not being treated as suspicious.

The body of the man was discovered near Afan Wayshortly after 13:30 GMT on Monday.

The man's next of kin and the coroner have been informed. His name not been released by police.

My string of GPs since my acquittal from prison , on 9th Feb 2010 for trading in machine guns, included Cowbridge Health Centre, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, (patient for 18 years), Ravenscroft surgery, Barry, (patient until also nobbled) and my latest Barry GP, ALL very frightend to admit I never had a brain tumour as CASWELL CLINIC were NHS (wales) ordered to indicate to at least nine Cardiff judges, I was ' Mad, Bad and Dangerous to know' to their tax payer financed 'gravy train'.

When, in 1992, I told Mum and Dad I was buying a veterinary practice, in Wales, Mum cried and and Dad looked seriously disheartened.......now I know why.

..........Over the next few days evidence will be published on this blog and else where to indicate, to the unsuspecting general public, the extreme lengths to which HM Cardiff judges, HM Crown Prosecutors, HM court staff , HM prison and South Wales Police are prepared to stoop just to protect their lap dog NHS (Wales) doctors, essential for locking away, without trial, that injured section of the community who have witnessed too much, first hand, of the wide spread corruption in Cardiff’s Crown, County and Magistrates courts.

20 Year Running Civil Damages Claim for Countless South Wales Police Malicious Prosecutions Continues on 9th July in Cardiff County Court

The last case, an interim appeal against 'strike out' , on 23rd April, was in Cardiff's High court before Mr Justice Morgan when I was, again, refused my right to have it heard in England by lawyers.

HM Prison again refused me my legal papers in court, as in recent criminal hearings, His Lordship, refusing me an adjournment, dismissed my appeal , out of hand, thereby blocking the politicaly sensitive court cases being examined. In the 90s Cardiff courts used them to have me struck off when all were riddled with the usual refusal to disclose public records or for court officials to have them altered or back dated.

The tactics, therefore, used by HM Court Service (Wales) in the May 12 'Restraining Order' conviction, when the clerk of the original 1st December magistrates court lied alongside the custody officer, saying that they had served the court order, on me personally, is nothing knew for these vermin that dominate Cardiff courts.

So I slipped a bail application in at Bristol Crown Court, from Cardiff prison and this was the astounding result:

It has taken three years to get this further evidence of the conspiracy by Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable, using her private solictors, Dolmans, all at tax payer's expence, to have me MAPPA jailed having missed the opportunity to getting me lawfully shot.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC ordered this police statement's release at least twice in the past years but Dolmans just laughed.

His honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC will again be reminded , on Monday, when the Cardiff prison, in order to wriggle out of a £50,000 Court Judgement, for my false imprisonment in 2008, simply had the HM Court Service (Wales) tell theie appeal court they had no record of serving the Particulars of Claim but had banked the court fee!

If an englishman chooses to climb down into the gutter with Cardiff court criminals then what do you expect, justice?

That is the routine filth we have to regularly experience in Cardiff courts, but then my father warned us , all six of us, while at Taunton School, of their inherrent culture based on deceit and intrigue.... remember the rhyme, "taffy was a welshman, taffy was a thief".....

Never saw it in my veterinary clients, though or my friends made over these past two decades.

What is it, then, that drives this thoroughly corrupt Cardiff cabal, using venom of such magnitude, to allow us to expose, on cyberspace, these perverse professionals, in both executive and judiciary when they ought to know better?

There must be a JR hearing this week , sometime, re 1st December 11 'harassment of a doctor' but having tendered eight witnesses to police, re conduct of District Judge Charles, Judges Hughes and Curran all refusing me prosecution disclosure, my own legal papers from my prison cell, any witnesses, even legal papers from my English lawyer, the right to cross examine or re examine, why do I bother? Crown cockoo land and a thorough disgrace to the name of Great Britain.

I even took witnesses to the police station, car loads, three times and each time Cardiff police refused to take statements knowing it to be all true......disgusting but in keeping with their past record and worse is planned.

Some other High Court automaton, no doubt, will be wheeled out later, this week, to go through the motionsall *** scared of going against the HM prerogative.

Is Bristol Crown Court going to Conspire with Cardiff's Cabal?

Cardiff Crown Court staff, ‘express an unease' to their being cross examined by the Appellant, the Crown Prosecution Service told a Bristol court today. One being an ex South Wales Police officer, a Derrick Hassan, now a court official who once supplied false forensic history to a doctor during a previous custody period reliant only on a section 36 of the 1983 Mental Health Act.

This was the continuing saga on how the HM Court Service (Wales), over these past twenty years, are determined to block my appeals, in either civil or criminal proceedings, from ever being aired in an English court room.

In this particular case, before Bristol Crown, was, you may think, the simple delivery of appeal documents at Cardiff Crown Court over a ‘Contempt of Court' conviction, now two years ago, my having already served its prison sentence. Procedure dictated that it was to be forwarded by Cardiff Crown Court to the Criminal Court of Appeal, in the Royal Courts of Justice, London. It was a dispute over Cardiff's Recorder, His Honour Judge Nicholas Cooke QC and his pointless Court Order in that it would ‘obtain' the medical evidence I so needed in order to stop severe pain by getting a long overdue total hip replacement operation.

Well, today, the appeal against ‘common assault conviction' was adjourned, in order I find a ‘defence lawyer'. If that failed it was for HM Partnership, including the worried Cardiff Crown Court staff, to apply for a Section 36 and so chose one of their own to be ‘cross examined' by!

Incestuous isn't it when you think that this very same Cardiff court officer, who had originally refused to accept my Criminal Court of Appeal papers, by pushing me down the stairs, causing the re breaking of my leg, may also now be protected, again, from my long awaited cross examination should this English court also succumb to contagion or infection.

This is a further indictment of the true state of our legal system, in Wales, with the English judge noting the alleged ‘common assault', on appeal, was committed as far back as July 2009. The conviction was obtained by trickery, in my absence, in November 2010 and was only finally completed in December 2011, by District Judge John Charles having milked its consequences to extreme, with a ‘no penalty'.

So, how do they keep doing it?

Easy, by ‘carte blanche' application of Section 36 of the Youth and Justice Criminal Evidence Act 1999, in order to protect their ‘Cardiff Cabal' and their ‘gravy train', anything to stop the basic right of a defendant cross examining the prosecution witnesses to obtain the truth.

By August 2010 District Judge John Charles openly started this, their latest scam of denying all witnesses.

It had been implemented, quietly, for many years on LiPs in Wales and spectacularly, of late, applied part way through the January 2010 ‘WW1 machine gun' trial, with the jury's mind made up by the end of the first day. Judge Nicholas Cooke QC, that June, during the ‘Contempt of Court' debacle, had also denied me eye witnesses, access to my own medical records, anything to black mail me to employ one of their own.

By Charles instructing a lawyer from Newport to cross examine, using nana seconds of court time, he obtained the criminal conviction they all wanted. Well, not quite as it sounds, maybe, as I was not even there but Ihad been excused by court order, later backed by still more specialist medical reports, from both France and England.

The Newport lawyer did attend but cross examined no one, as was the case with the District Judge.

Wow, they thought, what a great new way to stitch up Maurice from now on!

We must do this more often. Four cases ‘out of the blue', on the same theme, promptly followed.

By September 2011 Charles had applied this 2^nd November 2010 summary conviction to lock me up for three months, pending still further conspiracies by South Wales Police, anything to prejudice my long outstanding civil damages claims.

Incidentally, this District Judge stated I had failed to attend that previous year's hearing there by compounding yet another conviction, one of failure to attend' he preferring to ignore his original reasoning for a Section 36.

A conveniently placed ‘Harassment' conviction, on the old theme, was again under his control, carrying the statutory sentence of 18 weeks, by statute, again equal to my remand time to the day of conviction. Oh how convenient. So who was surprised in that after the barrister, David Gareth Evans, had slipped in, at the very last moment, the needed extra ‘posted letter' incident to comply with statute to obtain a prison term in the first place!

My throwing this 7^th allegation, served on the day of trial, on the floor of the court had its desired effect. It was noted in the official court record and even The Glamorgan Gem newspaper, for the already drafted appeal.

And abuse of Section 35 in this next case? Yes, you guessed it; Charles refused me any cross examination again but this time by employing a lawyer from Swansea not forgetting, this time, the man was only answerable to the court and NOT to the Defendant.

He was therefore ordered to at least ‘go through the motions' of ‘cross examining'.

He asked both irrelevant questions and avoided the obvious ones. He, in fact, challenged no prosecution evidence what so ever, clearly caught on tape, the transcript of which is being published later. This lawyer was last seen running, with his quick £1,200 attendance fee tucked in his belt, for his Swansea train knowing, full well, much more was due now he had proved his allegiance.

Ah, no, I forget. He did come back, didn't he? Back to repeat the performance at the March 2012 Crown Court hearing, for my appeal before His Honour Judge PD Hughes QC. Again I was denied legal papers, witnesses etc.

2011 Christmas Eve was marked by my being jailed yet again, on the old theme, this time until mid May 2012, for an alleged ‘Breach of a Restraining Order' never served on me until pushed under a police cell door after my arrest. A nine month prison sentence had been arranged, this time, well in advance, with the usual release from custody to be on the predicted last day of trial.

Continuing this Section 36 abuse, however, was to be varied and worked on with much aplomb, as this next case had a lay jury with which to contend. A most unpredictable ‘creature' in this day and age of fast changing habits and social standards.

Basing the prosecution's usual strategy, on the general public's apparent fear of those employed in any court building, the judge and prosecution barrister arranged, therefore, the production only of court officials and policemen to give relevant evidence to obtain a conviction.

This jury and others, no doubt, risk the huge assumption that court clerks and custody officers, as employees from within a court building are to be trusted. Having stupidly replaced properly trained prison officers to do the job we now have too many ‘bully boys' with little training, little regard for the seriousness of their work that that seriously influence proceedings. It may well have been the reason for the jury's majority verdict.

That was a foregone conclusion, to me, once I was allowed no legal papers in court or facilities to interview my witnesses.

My websites may well give world wide exposure on just how Cardiff's so called ‘great and the good' continue to conspire to pervert the course of justice but while the police or judges continue to closing them down others will follow. Soon, I warn you, we will be far too many to jail at any one time.

Much needed reforms, anticipated in our judicial system, need to be considered alongside the following:

I was again to be blocked from cross examining their key prosecution witness, by application of Section 36 YJCEA 1999 but allowed, at last, to cross examine others. So what is this evil lot up to this time?

The surprising CPS barrister's opening speech, late removal of a key witness and frank admission he, as Her Majesty's Crown Court representative, should not be conducting the case, he being called as a defence witness, was but part of this pitiful story.

The Section 36 ‘court appointed lawyer', to ‘cross examine', had failed to attend despite a string of albeit clandestine but publicly recorded Crown and Cardiff Magistrate Court hearings and Orders on the matter.

One was amongst the defence evidence gently secreted just anterior to my anterior anal sphincter, ready for disclosure, hopefully from a great height.

HM Cardiff prison, GEOamey Custody Services and His Honour Judge John Curran QC, had refused either my legal papers or medication being in the court.

To a casual observer in the public gallery, for what was the usually concocted Cardiff cabal conspiracy, this now having the potential of something similar to a Whitehall Theatre farce.

For the jury to be refused, despite asking by ‘jury notes', to see what record both court and custody services are kept, of a service of a court document, I have all seen before. So what other exhibits would the jury ‘not be allowed to examine' if I bothered to give evidence, called witnesses and obtained the cctv?

Court cases are usually won or lost, in Cardiff, based on who has the most deceitful lawyer on their side. Successful withholding of evidence, failed ‘disclosure', is the name of the game. The veracity and mental state of presiding judge, prosecutor and or South Wales Police invariably influences the final outcome.

To even contemplate prosecuting Cardiff's court, prison or police services, for civil damages, a jury trial, for example, has to first ‘collapse', be ‘withdrawn part heard' by the CPS' or ‘be stopped' by the presiding judge. Above all, the Defendant must never, except in rare occasion, call defence evidence if he thinks he, his family or even his long suffering friends in the public gallery, will ever get reimbursed, following acquittal, of even their bus fares.

CPS barrister David Gareth Evans to then go on and admit that, yes, I had been handed a piece of paper in my cell, on 1^st December 2011, by their star lying witness, Geoamey Custody Services manager, Leigh Barker and yes, containing District Judge John Charles' very own ink from his fountain pen scribbled through three lines of CPS type, should of also of stopped this trial ‘dead in its tracks'.

Refused to leave prison until given something in writing - and was then out.

Went to Court and asked for copy of what convicted for.

The CPS barrister then went on to admit, Oh yes, that piece of scribbled on paper was initially sent down for Mr Kirk's ‘approval', to draught an order and that it had been ‘left behind' in his Merthyr Tydfil office. This was all sparked off in court by my McKenzie Friend, Mr Merion Bowen, forcing the CPS to even disclose still further yet undisclosed documents! These other drafts were uncovered in the face of the court and still the judge did not stop the trial knowing ,full well, I had written for them many weeks before.

If that was not enough, to stop proceedings, this issue was compounded, yet again, by the judge now actually pretending to order the disclosure of ‘District Judge John Charles' hand written note to me, a small matter I had been asking for, for months, along with the overhead cctv, capturing the lot, with both custody and court contemporaneous record that MUST GO BEFORE THE JURY.

Even the visiting solicitor to the prison, before the jury trial took place, took contemporaneous note of all this gross irregularity and e-mailed me his typed record. His quiet ‘negotiations' with CPS have, so far, failed to materialise the sensible way forward for all involved.

Further ‘Grounds of Appeal' papers, to the London, must go via Cardiff court within the next few days.

But I have to personally deliver them to Cardiff Crown Court, possibly to Derrick Hassan again!

Justice for Litigants in Person - defined by Judges and Lawyers - not by Victims

This transcript of a hearing by HHJ Hughes on 27 January 2012 spells it out clearly:

Litigants in Person (LiPs) are 'undesirables' in courts.
They are expected to have a lawyer talk on their behalf, especially if it's about cross-examining witnesses.
If they don't find a lawyer of their own choosing, the court finds one.
That lawyer is then 'accountable' to the court, not the litigant.

Any LiP who is expecting courts to comply with The Rule of Law is dreaming, not to say that he lives in cuckooland...

Maurice will suffer justice next this Thursday, 1st March, in Cardiff Crown Court.
