Applications today will be made for the transfer of all my outstanding court cases to be properly heard well out of South Wales, it being exactly what the Crown Prosecution (Wales) have done with me, in the past, when the 'truth' is even too embarrassing for that 'shower' of reject attorneys to stomach. 1. Chief Constable Peter Vaughan to immediately return the Claimant’s passport

2. HM Cardiff prison to immediately release The Claimant’s confiscated legal papers and clothes required for both his civil and criminal outstanding litigation

Nothing New Under the Sun,

where the South Wales Police is Concerned!

Yesterday’s Recorder of Cardiff Crown Court hearing was squeezed in between Her Ladyship’s heavy and far more serious agenda than Chief Constable’s Peter Vaughan’s oh so predictable continuing harassment of one of their too fast ageing victim.

Since his predecessor, Barbara Wilding, signed her Dolmans solicitor’s fabricated affidavit, to hide what triggered or contributed to extreme bullying, the incident of her Chief Inspector Brian Genner’s daughter’s miscarriage all blamed on me, police HQ’s conduct lately has worsened.

The changing of the machine gun’s paintwork , just to try and fool the jury, may be one out standing incident for Peter Vaughan to now address or Cardiff Cabal’s refusal to even return all my lawfully held antique guns, to the value of £10,000, confiscated purely out of shear spite, may be another but while the stay on all ‘Kirk v South Wales Police’ is in place for, so far 99 witnesses having given evidence, this current ratchetting up of their multi facetted conspiracy will show us all, at least, ‘just what really goes on in our UK law courts’.

Yesterday, for example, if you get in to the public gallery it is designed that you hear little and while not being allowed supervised tape recording for your own use, unlike elsewhere your time there is almost futile.

If you are in the Dock then forget it as it is even worse even if handed an audio loop to use. Bullet proof glass meant, in one of my recent cases, that it became so ridiculous I pushed off to my cell to have a cup of tea and read the paper while they ‘got on with the verdict (already laid down by written instructions by the then recorder of Cardiff , HHJ Llewellyn Jones QC. In that case the District Judge, John Charles, ordered I was not allowed to cross examine anyone, not just the rogue psychiatrist and Caswell Clinic staff that sanctioned the fabricated paperwork to have me registered MAPPA level 3 to get shot.

I have to fight for my custody records but, sure enough, my passport was listed in my property but when I was ejected from the prison it was nowhere to be seen!

Why snatch your passport, my friends in the public gallery asked? Your legal papers from your prison cell is obvious and the blocking of access to lap top and CDs but why the passport, so unlawfully?

That is an easy answer

1. His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s 4^th September 2013 Judgment, staying ALL my civil proceedings against the South Wales Police, following their latest ‘knee jerk’ flair up of ‘activity’, to have me gaoled for the seventeenth time, since 2010, without achieving a conviction, means the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) has had to employ a barrister from outside the area. The Bristol based barrister’s task is to secure my next unlawful incarceration in South Wales signifies just how desperate the Cardiff Cabal is becoming.

2. Mark Davenport was a witness, earlier this year, to the South Wales Police having me arrested in Brittany, sectioned and locked up in a French psychiatric hospital. I only escaped further sectioning because a passing nurse, who looked after me two years earlier, recognised me and set the alarm bells ringing. I had been in Pontivy hospital for my hip replacement as my NHS Caswell Clinic diagnosed ‘significant brain damage’ excluded my being able to be operated anywhere in the UK. Further evidence of the ‘entante cordiale’ police ‘cross border’ conspiracy could only be gathered by my personal complaint to the French IPCC, in person.

3. Without my passport in my pocket I could be arrested again, snatched off the street, as ‘ non identifiable’ and sent back to Cardiff prison just as Cardiff police had been done before from the very same two police stations dealing with this current scenario.

4. Her Ladyship asked that I put into writing reasons why I needed all criminal cases to be heard well outside South Wales before considering the possibility of ordering put in writing

5. Her Ladyship asked that I put it in writing why my last year’s incarceration before dropped indictment , following two Caswell Clinic doctors lying to the police that I had been around to their home harassing them, was relevant to this present list of charges.

6. Easy, I thought to myself, it is my legal submission that last year’s conspiracy with the two doctors to jail me, without trial, IS within this court’s jurisdiction BUT more to the point, it is relevant to His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s civil stayed case. I might serve the full content of the hundred or so lever arch files of evidence during the 27^th Sept? proposed management hearing in order to finally get that jury promised me 20 years ago when I first started fighting this cess pit of evil in South Wales.

7. I was, incidentally, again refused a copy of my custody video as defendant interview, under caution, as it is so crucial, each time, to expose police conspiracy.

8. The exclusion of the video is the first positive indication of the CPS proposing to drop the charges as no judge in Wales will get you the proof of the conspiracy on depositions once the case is buried. It stinks, doesn’t it?

9. Often, just like in many of my previous cases, none of the relevant CCTV footage, under the care of the police/CPS/courts or ‘apparent ‘victim’ making the complaint appears to be disclosed, despite my demanding as soon as the hand cuffs clip on. Just as HHJ John Curran QC said to the 2012 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ jury, in reply to their note, for court and custody records and cell CCTV, ‘unavailable’! Deja Vu

South Wales Police Covert Serveillance Case Dramatically Shortened by High Court Section 42 Proposed Ruling

HARASSMENT?

In a minute I visit my sixth GP practice in another desperate attempt to have someone in the NHS (Wales) to finally correct my Caswell Clinic 2009 psychiatric Records fabricated then purely to have me registered MAPPA level 3 if the 'machine gun' allegation failed.

South Wales Police had and still have a 'hold' over him and his wife and yet no one else in the NHS system, appropriately qualified will be a seen correcting my medical records that are currently stopping me now from setting off to South Africa and the Falkland Islands in my WW2 D-Day Piper Cub, registration G-KURK.

This CPS barrister had every opportunity to rectify the anomaly, not once , not twice but at least seven times in a series of 'harassment' and then 'reach of restraining orders' vindictive prosecutions, anything to block the starting my 20 year running three month damages claim and allow proof exposed of a thoroughly deceitful doctor SUPPORTED BY THE SYSTEM

I have now had a number of articles, including my post, stolen from my Cardiff flat. I keep the flat locked at all times when I am not there and there is a very short list of those with duplicate keys.

Criminal Damage

Would this relate to your officers failing to recover stolen articles from my car, the week before last or allow me to identify the culprit who broke into my car, outside the flat, by my viewing the CCTV?

Fraud

Does this relate to anything over a short conversation I had, only this week with a neighbour, over my having been reported for fraud, apparently and also deception but possibly explaining why police had to attend my flat premises for over an hour and requiring a paddy wagon?

Damages Claims against South Wales Police & NHS (Wales)

Could this also relate to the ongoing civil damages claims, in Cardiff County Court, against yourself or the pending one million pound damages claims, malicious prosecutions, some being relisted later this week? No more 'HM' court time has been 'allocated' or the trial judge just wishes not to hear any more evidence, apparently,for the completion of this Claimant's twenty year running damages claims leaving only the 'closing speeches' on 23rd July 13 to finish the case, subject to any appeal.

It is arguable that these and other cases, in the long stayed queue, have been delayed by those who really decide as to just what goes on in our UK law courts. The Claimant's consequential loss, following his countless imprisonments and being sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act so many times, of carefully stored evidence has been phenomenal.

On the promise of a jury, as far back as1993, the Claimant instructed Bristol lawyers to bring a series of damages claims against the South Wales Police in an attempt to simply to stop the harassment and finally 'get them off his back' when all he wished to do was to go about his chosen vocation, uninterrupted, as a veterinary surgeon in the Vale of Glamorgan.

From June 1993, in Cardiff and between December 1992 to October 1993, in Barry, following a series of arson, motoring and tenancy dispute incidents, requiring the Claimant to seek assistance from his local constabulary, chance communications with the wrong Guernsey police officers led to, some would say, an act of vengeance and damned what it cost.

Some within the Barry and Cardiff police then set about a 'course of conduct' argued by the Claimant as both unusual and extreme acts of bullying heavily reliant on their 'HM' Partnership's cosy relationship from within their own courts hoping their chosen victim would not make the distance.

Twenty years on and the Claimant now finds himself faced with recent court rulings appearing to both shorten proceedings and indicate the need, perhaps, for the maintaining or otherwise of the age old 'hot potato', the level of a 'judge's discretion' in this, such an unusual case.

Could the rulings relate to this 5th August 2003 HM Treasury Solicitor letter, I wonder, smuggled, most likely, out of the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre in the dead of night starting the 'Section 42 'Vexatious Litigant registration procedure to ban my right in ever getting access to a UK court under the rule of UK law?

A little word of advice

Any one thinking of bringing civil actions against any Welsh authority by deliberately starting it in England, as I was advised by Bristol lawyers, to get a fair trial or 20 years later, then lodge an appeal in London, as I deliberately travelled to do, to avoid the stench of the Cardiff Cabal, please note the seal on the Order handed down by the very same judge that blocked all the politically sensitive incidents , last year, in my 20 years of hell.

More Extortionate Court Costs

The high court judge taxed the police £6,23&.50p by deducting it by £237.50p!

A good example of the usual 'HM gravy train' tactics, in UK courts, anything to deter those who cannot find legal representation they can trust.....rather a 'catch 22 situation, isn't it?

The QC, trailing barrister and crew were not needed to speak, of course but could only claim if they all attended.

The telephone conferences, to guaranteeing of blocking key police officers and a meeting in chambers, ex parte no doubt, could have all been done for the barrister to be back on the train even before the case was listed to start.

My twenty year running three month civil damage trial, for police bullying, trundles on again this week portraying my general incompetence and serious loss of 'short term memory'. Now retired Inspector Roe has lied to me, in court, suggesting he did not know me despite my repeated visits to his Ely police station , in 1995 complaining to Anthony Gafael's criminal damage, making MG 11 police statements when ever possible. But Anthony was 'shacked up' with now retired Chief Inspector Jenner's daughter Alison, so I wasn't going to get much action from him or anyone else! Roe 'knew nothing about me and had not gone to Barry police station to interview me under caution.....the custody tape, of course , being buried with all the rest.

THAT TV PROGRAMME ON GUERNSEY'S HOUSING LAWS

I had up to 40 itinerent hotel workers, primarily Englsh, Irish and a lot of Welsh, during the summer months, living in my house, all hard working and only needing a bed for the night.

Accommodation included tents in the garden , each with a television and even the occasional Transit or Thames van!

As for second hand cars and motor bikes I was selling them off my front lawn, like there was 'no tomorrow' and known under the name, which was on a big sign spread across the house as reading:

"Onest Harry"

"All Cars Guarrenteed to the End of the Drive"

I remember, once a week, at midnight , going around the skips, especially up in the 'Open Market' housing districts, of St Matins, featured on the film, and dragging out TVs , freezers and washing machines which often only needed a fuse in the plug to get them to work!

And, of course, there was the huge accumulation of house rubbish, blocked loos and vomit, all needing my personal attention at 6am on most days! I found a new use for wearing a long sleeve rectal glove.

And do you remember the Sunday night parties run on illicit houch? Well, not sure if legal but Ollie and Josephine Reed often arrived with an appropriate bottle tucked under his arm.

Drinking was not allowed on Sundays so pubs were closed and only residents of hotels and the locals, at home, were allowed alcohol to pass their lips. This was the reason for my riotous Sunday night parties, run on two dustbins full of home made beer, brewed to twice the strength and sold at half price!

The island's housing census, hotel inspectors and planning inspectors proved to be a slight irritation but the 'Insular Authorities' had already shown their venom on so many honest Brits, just wishing to come to the Channel Islands to work. So well portrayed during the German occupation was their true conduct, below the thin veneer to impress incoming millionaires, many known, openly, to be drug dealers, insider dealers and what had most angry ...Guernsey was known as an IRA 'safe house'.

Harassment and bullying was what the police did as soon as I set foot on that island to work with an old college mate and exactly what the South Wales Police set about duplicating the moment I crossed the Seven Bridge in 1992

As for their small minded incestous environment, run by no more than some two hundred inbred famillies across the Channel Islands, where nepotism totally dominated 'Noddy Land', this weekly income of mine needed to be maintained as expensive boarding schools needed to be paid for back in the UK

Some £1,500 in cash, in the hand, on a Friday night for rental, some five or six cars sold and a half dozen or so kitchen appliances sold, minimum, every week and there was the rental of motor bikes, I almost forgot, meant, with my veterinary income the authorites were determined to quash, life was'nt so bad at %10 fixed rate income tax, quietly arranged with one of my many English born 'supporters' in the Tax Office senior management!

As for the huge accumulation of rubbish I had dug a 'gurt hole' in the garden, while applying to build a nuclear fall-out shelter and sold the top soil, burnt and burried the rest while advertising in the Island's news paper remaining space for 'time share nuclear fall out shelter' and actually received genuine replies!

Just as with the Welsh police I was regularly prosecuted for trumped up criminal charges and jailed not less than twenty one times despite a 75 % success rate in the so called 'Norman Law' courts with no appreciation on the word. 'disclosure of evidence or the phrase, 'human rights'.

Before I beat them in their own 'Royal Court' to get an essential worker's housing licence I bought a 60 ft French tunny boat, in Brittany, ran her up St Samson's harbour beach, exactly to the minute on the highest Spring tide, openend the 'sea cocks' for three feet of sea water to flood into the fish hold, bought 200 yards of electric cable and ran it throgh the water to the 'fishman's frre elctricity source and squatted for two years.

As for being prosecuted for housing essential wokers who were not guernsey born I dressed appropriately for that to watch the trial collapse in ridule and ignimoy, every thing they deserved for what they did in the War or didn't do.

DeVic Carey , the prosecutor featuring in the film had a grandfather who was Bailiff during the 2nd World War.

Sir Winston Churchill wanted the traitor to be hanged but lost the General Election and so Atlee had him knighted, instead.

Entering, suitably dressed for a Guernsey Magistrates hearing, that later collapsed in farce.

I was charged over their iniquitous under hand methods of administering their housing laws. I was the only one prosecuted who had failed to fill in the Island's census form...I think I was away that day!

During my regular incarcerations in their1811 prison the police made full use of the opportunity and often raided my surgery, in the early ours of the morning , Nazi style, with a sledge hammer and crow bar, (Deja Vu?) to break into each bed room if the terified occupant would not unlock the door.

I recall one such English lady, a Marianne Fanshawe, who refused to open the door. So the police swung the sledge and smashed the panel door in sufficient for her to be able to crawl out on her hands and knees and stand to recieve a summons.

This morning, in Cardiff Civil Justice Centre we started what is to become protracted legal arguement over current and future planned publication, on this website, of the day of the apparent cavalier behaviour of DOLMANS, solicitors, Cardiff.

In order to bleed and suck out of the tax payer's pockets simply huge sums of quite un accountable cash it is dependant on a now questionably outdated adversarial legal system, itself driven by greed, whilst also using the excuse 'it is for the greater good'!

Police, next week, are to be cross examined over my being stopped and arrested by police officers in cowbridge main street, Bickerstaff and Holehouse, no doubt denying even knowing who I was or knowing anything about the almost weekly adverse experiences I and my familly had suffered under their constant bullying almost from the very first day, in1993, following my buying a veterinary general practice in Barry.

Today, during this three month trial, started 20 years ago for punitive damages against the South Wales Police for bullying, with total press blanketed censorship, Adrian Oliver, senior partner of Dolmans, solicitors, one of the prime movers in 2002 in having me struck off as a veterinary surgeon, effectively for life, complained!!

He has destroyed my marriage for advising the local police it was safe to have me jailed for nearly eight months, registered MAPPA level 3, trading in machine guns and also orchestrated my being sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, using a similarly attuned villian, a Dr Tegwyn Mel Williams of Caswell clinic psychiatric prison, Bridgend, complained!!

In The Cardiff County Court Maurice Kirk v South Wales Police

Retired Police Officer Robert Osborne’s 2^nd Day of Cross Examination

The South Wales Police, at the time, had an overall policy to ‘Get Kirk’ which was routinely spurred on from the Guernsey police, during the nineties, they also having been exposed to excessive adverse publicity. With this history and following numerous ignominious encounters, over the years, with Kirk and his various aircraft the local police set about a harassment campaign consisting of bullying or deliberate in activity using any conceivable means possible.

Unlike the majority of targeted victims Kirk was particularly vulnerable to abuse by any authority because he not only had the usual driver’s licence, he also had professional ones for his chosen vocation, being a veterinary surgeon, requiring both a fire arms certificate and a shot gun licence. Added to this he had the need of a pilot’s licences all of which, as with his veterinary qualifications, all could so easily be revoked following any spurious complaint from a senior police officer.

The police campaign was hatched within months of Kirk’s arrival to South Wales to inflict criminal acts on both Kirk and his property, coupled with the concerted policy to include ‘inactivity’, should he complain, revealing:

Provoke him by delaying his going about his veterinary business and to arrest, on the road side whenever possible, by using: a faked ‘refused breath test or faked ‘positive breath test’ or he is in possession of a stolen car or his vehicle is un roadworthy or he is a banned driver.

ANYTHING

to get him into custody to further provoke for him to ‘retaliate’, ‘lash out’, ‘clench a fist’, anything in order that he can be further detained and charged with something that could finally ‘stick’.

Following the trial judge’s instructions the remaining ‘cross examination questions’ need to served on the court in writing, AT 2002 RCVS Disciplinary Enquiry:

Who, on 5^th April 2000, took this victim to Roath police cells?
Who failed to secure an open windowed parked veterinary surgeon’s car, outside and full of dangerous drugs when parked just a few feet from a public high way?
Why were Roath custody tapes tampered with to hide the officers’ faces who dragged the victim around the cell floor?
Why were both police custody and overhead road videos not disclosed until a year after the victim had applied for them by letter, in magistrates, in Crown Courts and in several Judicial Review applications in London despite original numerous Crown Court orders so to produce?
Could Chief Superintendent Collin Jones, in over all charge of this incident, have answered as to why the videos had been tampered with in such a significant manner relevant to your current oral evidence?
Why, do you think, this victim’s main witness, the chief inspector, in all twenty odd subsequently generated court hearings across the country, was always refused by all courts if not a typical Masonic manoeuvre ?
Why, later that day and still in custody but now at Rumney police station, after the victim had given zero/ zero readings on the alcohol definitive breath test machine did he then receive still further threats to provoke retaliation, by further detention, until next day if need be, he dared to refuse to be examined by a doctor for the remote likely hood he was under the influence of drugs?
Why was victim’s threat to sue, if not immediately released, as on 2002 RCVS transcript, see D3/54 p243 & D3/55 p244 C, not just one more example of ‘evidence of similar fact’?
Who, if not Osborne, caused further detention for a doctor examination re illicit drugs?
Why was the drugs procedure, a further and unnecessary abuse, carried out in the way it was done?
Why if not to further attempt to try and provoke the victim to ‘retaliate’?
What is the true reason for Osborne never asking the victim to ‘produce his driving documents’/
Was it because court was fixed within 6 days, see D3/57 p246A, or already police had details from 24/7 surveillance?

a) Why was this supervised video tampered with by police either ‘post editing’, once the June 2000 court order for its release had been given or when the original camera operator wobbled or redacted footage at the critical time of the incident?

b) Why, if not to attempt to cover up the full the extent of the unlawful assault?

c) Why was there a need for such an unprovoked assault on the victim, quietly sitting at the wheel of his car, just for having failed to give a breath test if not to provoke their prisoner?

d) Why was this detained person, just recovering from an assault by his captor, considered then to be in an appropriate ‘state of mind’, ‘men rea’, to be capable of comprehending a request, from that same captor, Osborne, requiring the carrying out of road side breath test?

e) Why was the victim driver then left alone in the police van with no hand cuffs on or inside a ‘cage’, with van doors left wide open?

f) Why were you all expecting your victim to ‘run away’ if you had not been receiving directions from senior management?

In Cardiff County Court this Month

Lantwit Major's police sergeant 'Killer' Kilberg, one of many in the 1990s police force, who had my name removed from the veterinary register is caught out lying to the currently presiding judgere along with a few others already heard and shortly to also give evidence.

Enclosed is a 90s Barry police station custody video of Kilberg lying to the custody sergeant that I was in breach of a public order offence despite the custody sergeant specifically asking for that clarification.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellin QC or the police QC, during the three months civil action currently in session in the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, asked for clarification on exactly the same point with the South Wales Police sergeant qualifying the issue by stating the custody sergeant made the mistake when writing down the facts.

As if South Wales Police have not already done enough to our family now the lawyers for local estate agents, some who may have gone to school with my ex wife, are now with a court case of their own! Then we have, also with an interest in our family home and enough to have a hugely inflated charge on the property, is a John Devlin of Horsey and Lightly, solicitors, London. He was, it appears, primed to take advantage of my incarceration, during 2009, facing a mandatory10 year prison sentance for trading in 'machine guns', to inflate his legal fees ten fold.

John knew nothing of MAPPA legislation, when I spoke on the prison telephone, in around October 2009, nor did I expect him to know but that did not stop him causing me huge thousands in legal bills. Meanwhile down at Barbara Wilding's Bridgend police head quaters a Caswell clinic psychiatrist was being promised immunity to prosecution if he had me sectioned to a psychiatric prison without even examining his proposed patient!

Yes , of course he would, the doctor told the MAPPA level 3 clandestine meeting unlawfully devoid of alll other 'agents'.

Dear Sir,

South Wales Police & Recent ‘Harassment’ Supreme Court Ruling

Re your 26th February 13 letter I really must protest.

Last year the IPCC refused to personally investigate the way the South Wales Police re painted a WW1 Lewis machine gun purely to try and fool the jury. The police failed, yet again but I was acquitted when facing a mandatory 10 year prison sentence in a psychiatric prison.

Now your letter of 26^th Feb 13 states the same police in Cardiff ‘cannot find me’re my complaints to your so called independent organisation!!! I regularly visit and report written complaints to police and I, no doubt, am still on MAPPA level 3 24/7 covert surveillance to prejudice my current civil actions---‘money no object’

My Second point ‘needing clarification’?

My complaint is not easy to hand but I hope it is the continuing complaint re Dr Tegwyn Williams chief forensic psychiatrist for the South Wales Police who asked HHJ Bidder QC, in 2009, that I be incarcerated in Ashworth High Security prison, for life, due to ‘his only’ MAPPA diagnosed, that I have possible brain cancer but I have 'significant irreversible brain damage' and far too dangerous to be let loose amongst the community.

The second point I hope was the fact that this same police doctor signed a July 12 victim witness statement, countersigned by the police, obtaining my imprisonment until October 12 when released, all charges dropped, the CPS realising it would fail. Dr Williams had written I had been around to his house and had ‘harassed him and his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, also saying police were called to the scene!!

I am currently under a dubious restraining order, now questionable due a recent high Court ruling, which would of had me very quickly convicted had a word of what the police and Dr TW Williams had written been true. I went round to the police again, yesterday and made them admit nothing whatever has been done to my request for investigation into yet another falsehood originating from an NHS Wales 'sick' doctor.

I am currently trying to find a team of lawyers in England to continue my complaints with five other different publically funded departments but when the IPCC simply continue to hand a substantive complaint, each time, back to the dirty culprits, to investigate themselves, then why do we all bother?

Just seven pages of it, drafted by Horsey Lightly, solicitors, around the corner, now deemed 'an Abuse of Process' by Their Lordships, are holding me to bankruptcy proceedings if I do not pay their extortionate near £40,000 legal bill!

21st DAY of 3 Month Trial is back on 3rd April 2013 at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre

The day may start with the police attempting to block still further disclosure of essential evidence of 20 years of extreme bullying and inactivity when I was in trouble. Applications for Consideration

1.       Defendant ordered, to be produced today , the 27 written complaints, as a written list, currently in possession of Defendant and referred to by former Inspector Sydney Griffiths during his cross examination.

2.       Result from those written complaints, identified on the list, to be disclosed.

3.       Claimant awaits the findings of his other complaints, mainly of non disclosure, not being identified by the Claimant, such as court cases with Claimant being the successful victim and police instigated ‘break ins’ to his various veterinary surgeries and places of residence.

4.       Incidents, referred to in paragraph 3., are absent from Barbara Wilding’s 25^th February 2009 sworn affidavit, prepared by Dolmans and signed six weeks late by her, then as Chief Constable, despite the specific court orders by His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC.

5.       Identification required of which Defendant witness relates to which of Claimant’s 52 leaver arch files given to Defendant,, to copy and so expedite proceedings, as there is now total confusion deliberately caused by Dolmans, solicitors, by having masked out the Claimant’s indices on each spine on every file!

6.       52 files were originally prepared and marked by Claimant’s secretary before they were disclosed as Claimant exhibits for South Wales Police to copy and to ‘settle out of court’.

7.       Claimant is seeking a ‘Medical afternoon’ before or after 3pm’, at the court’s convenience, this week, in order to find a GP, with which to register, well out of South Wales.

8.       The Claimant cannot proceed with cross examination until Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) and the Defendant produce both male psychiatrist’s falsely written and his Dr wife’s section 9 statements created, to adversely affect the Claimant, since 2009, in this trial.

9.       Following orders from Barbara Wilding , to cause the forensic psychiatrist(s) to attend Barry police station, at very short notice , to attend and contribute in the 8^th June MAPPA level 3 meeting, not to inform their victim, the Claimant was so registered and should the Claimant approach the Defendant again, to attempt ‘witness statements exchange’ he was ‘likely to be shot’ ‘.[quote from MAPPA contemporaneous notes taken at the time]

10.   The doctor’s 2012 victim MG 11witness statements are partly dictated and counter signed.

11.   That , alone, has caused the Claimant to be detained in numerous police stations, law courts and HM prisons due to one doctors and NHS (Wales) facing my million pound damages claim citing Barbara Wilding and her agents in the conspiracy.

I was originally awarded a jury trial by His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC, nearly 10 years ago, against the bullying South Wales Police over our currently hotly contested 35 mainly motoring incidents being heard, NOW, before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, at Cardiff’s Civil Justice Centre.

But only, His Honour said, if I chose any eight from the list.

I did and Swansea High Court judge promptly overturned it as too ‘document heavy’ for a jury to ‘comprehend’ so I suggested one jury for each incident!

[My gut feeling told me, now proved, as in my Royal College of Veterinary College ‘HM Partnership’ controlled trial and Lynette White murder trial scandal, also fiddled in Swansea and also refused to be heard out of Wales, no local judge was ever going to give me a jury unless the Welsh appointed judge could ‘get away’ with using case law, eg ‘Hill’, the murdered girl by ‘Sutcliffe’ ‘Jack the Ripper’ allowing police, effectively, ‘no duty of care’.

What I considered, for compromise, was say, four or five incidents for a jury, at a time.

But my old inherited gift of ‘premonitions’, from Mum or Dad, told me to forget it, that has kept me alive, so far, on ‘terra firma’, in ‘terra aqua’ and even after 14 ‘donkey stops’, having ‘broken the bonds of Earth’ only to suddenly finding myself running out of height , airspeed and ideas, all at the same time!

March 2001.

While I was about to set off from Biggin Hill, with 51 other aircraft, senior South Wales police officers were scheeming to have my name removed from the veterinary register all planned for shortly after my return from Australia.

It was obvious that if I could not get these cases out of Wales, early on or get a jury, then I was now doomed as it was now far too late, fiddled and pre planned by the Taffia, Cardiff’s Cabal, 20 years on, as still further obscene costs would have been inflicted.

As it has turned out, for the whole World now to witness, only due to cyberspace, by no other media, four times they have further delayed these Actions, against their ‘extreme and unusual malicious behaviour, first successfully appealing against a jury, then the ‘machine gun’ conspiracy, then the ‘Dr Williams’ et al playing the ‘Gulag Card’ and MAPPA card, the subsequent ‘fabricated ‘harassment of someone who is a criminal ‘on the run’ to this 14^th March fiasco, as fiasco it will surely be, the Criminal Court of Appeal hearing of my stitched up ‘Breach of a Restraining Order’ when no order was ever served!

I make application that Your Honour does not hear the evidence, today, of police officer Andrew Roch as you presided over too many judicial decisions in the Cardiff Crown that caused my being first found guilty, in 1997, of numerous motoring offences, at a racist magistrates gathering in Bridgend and causing my appeal at Cardiff Crown Court being dismissed leaving me, for life, with the conviction of ‘failing to produce insurance’.

This motoring conviction was part of the January 2001 South Wales Police complaint to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons that caused my name, on 29^th May 2002, to be removed from the veterinary register, effectively, for life.

Removed from the veterinary register DESPITE the Crown Prosecution Service, the witness ROCH, duty sergeants at both Cowbridge and Ely police station, at the time and subsequently, a string of Cardiff judges all of whom refused to ordering of the identity of the Ely police officers , who spoke to ROCH and CPS, knew or should have made known the names of the CPS and police in the conspiracy, anything to ban me from driving.

Why did so many public servants conduct themselves like this? Because Ely police officers would be implicated and cause enquiry as to how Sgt Roe , with a van load of his mates had, in 1995, smashed their way into my Cardiff veterinary surgery, using a sledge hammer and a crow bar, simply to put back an Inspector Jenner’s daughter into my flat, above, with a purported drug dealer, a Mr Gaphael, all denied, on oath, by Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable, in her Feb 2009 affidavit, as having ever happened, with magistrates hearings that would identify those in 24/7 covert surveillance of me the minute, contrary to my parents wishes, back in 1992, I stupidly crossed the Severn Bridge to a judiciary well know to be based on inherent deceit.

To cover up the conspiracies, evidence of which is now trickling out of this three month hearing, Wilding had me registered MAPPA level 3, sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, using a rogue doctor from Caswell Clinic prison, Bridgend, and then tried to obtain a 10 year prison sentence over some antique WW1 machine gun.

Much you know about, Your Honour, thereby indicating a risk of bias should you refuse to allow me to have in court, as a witnesses, the Ely and Cowbridge police officers and ring leader, retired Ms Wilding.

Inherent Deceit to ‘Cover Up’ Wales’ Biggest Corruption Case

Both Western Mail and Evening Post news papers, whose offices are right opposite the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, have been ordered by ‘HM Partnership’ or ‘Cardiff Cabal’ not to witness or publish any of each day’s alarming revelations in this three month trial of intrigue portraying the wide spread corruption, not just amongst senior officers in the South Wales police but with the active support of administrators from within all the HM Cardiff courts, HM crown Prosecution Service, NHS (Wales), HM prison and HM Court and Tribunal Service.

Today I again face the task of examining, through a witness list, of nearly two hundred police officers on oath in the witness box, most of which but by no means all, having spent some twenty years of bullying me, cheating, lying and deceiving in over one hundred court rooms, here and at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, anything to prevent me from having any income left to fight back.

This week’s few both serving and retired police officers, who disintegrated under cross examination to state facts entirely different as heard at the RCVS and previous criminal courts, face recall as the conspiracy unfolds.

Barbara Wilding, the then Chief constable, back in 2001, had complained at length to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, deliberately deceiving the members of the disciplinary committee and HM Privy Council, that I had been so irresponsible and unprofessional in obtaining so many motoring and criminal offences in such short space of time whilst practicing veterinary medicine in the Vale of Glamorgan.

One of my supporters from England spent many hours, last week, to find this Sun news paper report of my cheque for any lawyer, to defend in a small matter over a ‘machine gun’, concealed ‘per rectum’.

The reasoning behind the SUN’s news paper article was, as a ‘spoiler’, as the police were of the intention to succeed in the machine gun jury trial, should I not finally collapse and confide in one of their chosen lawyers from within their Masonic ‘Taffia’.

Following my acquittal, my having offered no defence evidence at all, The Sun’ promptly ‘shut up’ as newspaper so regularly do, on such embarrassment and were forced to shred the long prepared news article following the promised tip[ off it was to be a mandatory 10 year prison sentence.

It was no publicity stunt on my part, far from it but emphasising, as is coming out now in the daily evidence from the witness box , this Defendant, when ‘stitched up’, ‘locked up’ and black mailed in Cardiff prison also had to turn to extreme measures to obtain his freedom.

In the 2009 laughable, if not so deadly serious ‘machine gun trial’, where the jury told me their minds were made up at the end of the very first day police evidence was challenged, as it was obvious Barbara Wilding ‘set me up’ to be lawfully shot, using Caswell clinic to have me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, to be registered MAPPA level 3 but I was not to be taken into custody for at least weeks three weeks with the understanding she, with her ‘around the clock’ armed protection’, was shortly to receive my visit!

On 14^th or 15^th March I appeal in the Criminal Court of Appeal, re ‘Breach of Restraining Order’, Their Lordships holding the ‘application to appeal’ in Cardiff Crown Court for the after math of an equally farcical Cardiff May 2012 jury trial, again refused relevant witnesses, where I again had to smuggle huge volumes of legal papers in and out of the prison and into the very court dock, via my much stretched colon, as His Honour Judge Curren QC, numerous predecessors before him, GEOamey Custody Services and HMP Cardiff all because of distinct orders from HMCTS Area Manager, Luigi Stranati, ‘HM prerogative’ and those who really are ultimately ‘in charge’ in the UK.

The now desperate Dr Tegwyn Williams, then chief forensic psychiatrist for the South Wales Police, falsifying my medical records to support his masters, was fast running out of options having , as this current trial judge , His Honour Judge Seys Llewllyn QC, had just pointed out to the NHS (Wales) barrister, currently fighting my million pound damages claim, had recently again signed fraudulent documents, contrary to our country’s Fraud Act, signing that I had been around to his home, again, ‘harassing’ his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, this time and not just himself!

This caused the desired effect and just what the police and CPS were again manipulating, anything to hinder my preparation for this civil damages trial with a further term of imprisonment without any intention of obtaining a conviction.

What is fast emerging from this trial’s evidence and reason for the quasi D notice, preventing press coverage is that the police could not have even launched the hundred and fifty criminal allegations, thrown at me in these past twenty years, without the full cooperation of South Wales’ Crown Prosecution Service and a great long string of bent embittered Cardiff judges also proven to be thoroughly deceitful.

Police, for the lady in real trouble now, at the time of Spring 2009, when Dolmans, solicitors, had her to knowingly sign a false document, denying police incidents had even occurred, had recommended, using Dr Williams, to nine Cardiff judges, I be sectioned , preferably for life, by my being incarcerated in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison.

Following my helper, from England, who painstakingly finally found this newspaper cutting , highlighting my routine way of being forced to smuggle legal papers, proposed court exhibits and cash, to pay witness expenses, both in and out of Cardiff courts, reminds me that we ‘litigants in person’ should be allowed to now have officially controlled tape recording of all proceedings to help in the battle for ‘equality in arms’-.
