Having been refused the right to apply for legal aid, eye witnesses, disclosure of custody records, the three prison officers who saw me arrest Mr Rogan in Cardiff prison, for withholding my passport on police orders, copy from any one of the seven CCTV cameras also recording the very hilarious event, my ‘conduct’ in the court below was just routine. . . I Cardiff criminal courts you are invariably denied your legal papers in the court room and if a prisoner you are not even allowed to take them off the prison wing. . . That day, in Cardiff’s Crown Court, before HHJ Crowther QC, I could neither see nor hear much of what was going as my hearing aid had been pinched from my cell, my glasses secreted in in my legal papers, at the foot of the court stairs, hoping to get at the file and compounded by the discomfort from temporary haemorrhoids caused by so much legal data having to be regularly stuffed up my rectum. . . I was was quickly stopped, more than once, by Their Lordships from enquiring as to what evidence of so called prisoner ‘conduct’ did the CPS refer and by whom did this HM barrister obtain such allegations if not from the South Wales Police? A touch of the re run, I thought, of Downing Street’s HM Privy Council/ RCVS Deja vu? This will be the next HM ‘cosey relationship’ within our South Wales Police/HM Judges/HM Crown Prosecution Service/HM Court and Tribunal Service needing to be quashed AND maybe, without even the need to cross the Severn Bridge! 16 02 04 RCJ note jugment 16 02 08 note taking CO042492014-Final Order His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, in my protracted actions against the South Wales Police for over 20 years of malicious prosecutions, has granted time for the production of further evidence of: An over arching course of conduct of police misfeasance in a public office My right in exposing Barbara Wilding’s ‘shoot to kill’ intention, following her clandestine 8th June 2009 Barry police station’s meeting, to have me registered MAPPA level 3 category 3, has been thwarted by His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC this week. The MAPPA meeting had consisted only of senior police management and her chief forensic psychiatrist, Dr Tegwyn Williams, with his psychiatric nurse, Ms Elizabeth Paul both of Caswell Clinic’s medium secure psychiatric unit housed in Glanrhydd Hospital, Bridgend, South Wales. The then Chief Constable had blackmailed Dr Tegwyn Williams to concoct NHS (Wales) medical reports to have her adversary in court, claiming damages, to be locked away, hopefully indefinitely, in Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital without any need for the ‘machine gun’ trial. Mr Thomlow is now a Welsh judge, incidentally, which must signify the obvious while Dr Tegwyn Williams was sacked from the NHS for what he has done and now down in Christchurch, New Zealand, I last heard. . . .I have personal experiences of NZ police, in my jaunt around that great place, in Liberty Girl, that lost more per capita than any other HM King George Country in WW2, …..Yes, I was stopped by NZ police for various mischievous allegations, BUT always with a smile! Today, at Cardiff Magistrates, with appropriate witnesses to give evidence to confirm later, I was allowed, but only by the presiding judge's ‘discretion' as he put it, to allow me to rely on tape recordings of previous summary hearings in my application to have urgent medical attention.

These obviously accurate tape recordings of proceedings proved premeditated criminal conduct by prosecution witnesses, the Crown Prosecution Service and the then presiding magistrate, District John Charles, in breach of ECHR Article 6.

Apart from my 21^st January 13 letter to the CPS, responding to its 15^th Jan letter, suggesting I bring proof to the court, I had served on an earlier, addressed to the Criminal Court of Appeal, summarising the years of ignored applications for basic disclosure, back to the 2010 ‘machine gun' jury trial, by the South Wales Police, simply for public documents to which I was entitled.

This, of course, is a major breakthrough in the argument for Litigants in Person taping one's own court cases, whether it is because one is a little deaf, as in the Norman Scarth Appeal, currently before the Criminal Court of Appeal on 23^rd January 13 at the Royal Courts of Justice or in my own current appeal conviction there, relating to the bizarre 4^th May 12 ‘Breach of a Restraining Order' conviction with expensive official transcripts devoid of critical conversations in the court room that day.

My ‘Restraining Order' was purported to have been handed down in that 1^st Dec 2011 magistrates hearing but within my library of Wales' way of administering ‘justice', so similar to my past experiences in Guernsey, all indicated a rampant abuse of process.

Today's case revealed the fact that, while the court downloaded my 21^st January 13 letter from my website, only because the CPS seemed to have difficulty finding their own copy, my original argument in the 1^st Dec 11 court, that I was not allowed my own legal representation, my papers defence or witnesses in court, it was the police psychiatrist, not me, doing the harassing when one cannot be accused of harassment when applying the same ‘rule of law' the CPS appeared to be relying upon.

Sub section 3 a) & c) of the 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act allows me to:

‘Pursue a course of conduct' to detect or prevent crime'.

Apart from false medical reports and written without appropriate qualifications, whilst in possession of contrary evidence, the MAPPA doctor continues to break the law.

Recently, by MG 11 police witness statement, which had me jailed for several months, he stated that I had been accosted by the police whilst I was committing further harassment at his home. I had also made several attempts to break into Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, to gain access to my medical records. He told the court I suffered ‘paranoid delusional disorder', believing the South Wales Police were bullying me, had ‘significant brain damage' and a possible brain tumour.

Eight weeks to go to the start of Cardiff County Court's civil damages claim three month trial, against the South Wales Policemy for their 20 years of unusual and extreme bullying, only guarrateed success and cover up by the protection from a corrupt and incestuous judiciary that puts Channel Island's Guernsey almost in the shade!.

A list, later today, of a few of the one hundred or so witnesses, mainly police, none of whom 'gives a damn".

Some will enjoy, ofcourse, my having been denied a jury.

A jury was my original lawyer's promise, employed twenty years ago, before realising he was a 'plant', for any of these first three, of nine Actions later listed, being half successful.

"As long as all proceedings remained in Bristol County Court", another expression I remember hearing from many of my South Wales clients at the time.

Around 1996/97 the 1st Action was, not too mysteriously, transferred to a Wales court once the Principality's authorities realised the police bullying had no intention of stopping, to the contrary.

It continued for 10 years until they had succeded in having me struck off the veterinary register.

Then it all suddenly stopped, for a few years, until each time the substantive trial was listed for a hearing. Then the 'taffia' conspired still more, instigating my long terms of imprisonment, wholst unconvicted and lately, using bizarre Cardiff Crown Court fabrications and a strange Cardiff magistrates court hearing to the horror of those, open mouthed, in the public gallery.

I am routinely ignored, when applying for court exhibits, access to any court public counter or replies to written applications, all being part of their 'treacle treatment':

1. ignore, if the dissident persists,

2.ridicule, like 'water off a duck's back',

3 'play the gulag card', using the rogue system from within Caswell Clinic psychiatric prison

and if that also fails then 'set him up' to be,

4. eliminated [1st June 2009 Independant Advisory Group (IAG) and 8th June 2009 Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) level 3 registration.

None of my appeals, incidentally, on the small matter of my being refused a jury, were ever allowed to be heard in an English court, 0f course,oh, what a surprise.
