While South Wales Police withhold my passport (CONTRARY TO RECORDER OF CARDIFF's EXPRESS ORDERS TO THE CONTRARY), to prevent my preparing for their on-going civil damages trial and Cardiff Prison refuses legal visits, visits from my witnesses, family and helpers while seizing my legal papers and best clothes when they ejected me from the prison for the ambulance.

Only South Wales Police & Cardiff Prison knew I was booked for a 10th Sept 2013 independent prison psychiatric examination with a brain scan from a Dr Seeley, level 12 forensic psychiatrist, who had already supplied the courts, police and me with a written July 2009 report along with Dr Gaynor Jones's favourable report, both on my DOWNLOADS, with both contradicting the 3rd August 2009 MAPPA level 3 report concocted by the Chief Constable, Barbara Wilding and rogue Caswell Clinic police blackmailed psychiatrist who I am not allowed to name.

On 7th August 2009 His Honour Judge Llewellyn Jones QC then had me sectioned 35, under 1983 Mental Health Act, to be incarcerated to Caswell Clinic Prison with out having even been examined by the signatory to the psychiatric report!

HHJ Llewellyn Jones QC went on to gaol me for a month for 'contempt of court', in July 2010, following HHJ Nicholas Cooke having deliberately lied to me when promising me the release to me and clarification of the facts contained in Dr ****** ********/Professor Rodger Woood (Swansea University)/Chief Constable's conspiratorial documents concocted before the 7th June 09 Barry Police Station MAPPA level 3 minutes. Leaked minutes, from another source, record I was 'likely to be shot' (lawfully) if I approached Barbara Wilding as I had done, at her private office, in the inner sanctum of Police HQ, Bridgend just days later.

[On 18th June 2009 I has surrounded by tin hatted police sporting flack jackets, studded with stun grenades whilst brandishing sub machine guns but too many CCTV cameras and members of the general public saved my life].

HHJ Llewellyn- Jones QC then, on 14th November 2011, in order to further cover up the MAPPA/machine gun conspiracy, only orchestrated to halt my police damages claims needing over 300 witnesses, continued to allow the blackmail of the Caswell Clinic psychiatrist and immunity to prosecution.

HHJ Llewellyn- Jones QC sent sealed written orders, as Recorder of Cardiff, to District Judge John Charles, to block my right, on 1st Dec 11 'harassment of Dr' trial, to cross examine, call witnesses or even see the prosecution exhibits! Orders contained therein indicate also how the CPS barrister, David Gareth Evans, was to pretend I was to be served a completed typed Restraining Order, in the cells below, so I would breach it.

4th May 12 jury, for that proposed offence and in my forced absence, asked the bloody obvious question, to see cell and corridor CCTV and court and custody records, if such a 'service' of a court document had ever occurred.

HHJ John Curran QC quickly lied to the jury by saying none was 'available' having clearly been told I was, by then back in the Cardiff prison being attended by a doctor and team of nurses.

HHJ Paul Thomas QC knew bloody well the decommissioned WW1 Lewis machine gun, in Jan 2010 trial, to get me a 10 year mandatory prison sentence, had been painted silver from black by an aircraft engineer, after I had sold the DH2 aircraft to the Lincolnshire museum after she flew at the 2000 Farnborough Air Show.

HHJ Paul Thomas QC and prosecution witnesses from the two museums, bought from and sold to, all knew that I knew that they knew that I knew the police had painted it back to 'all black' to try and fool the jury.

Cardiff Crown Court Hearing 17th Sept 2013

I am out of Wales at last and staying in England as it is currently far too dangerous to return to that place.

Return I will, whether I like it or not but leaving as little a 'carbon foot print' as possible while I try to dispose of any remaining nonsense so regularly metered out by those embittered incestuous bunch of evil bstds that seem to run the place.

I just cannot face any more from such a sick environment dominated by their very own administration based on unabated inherent deceit and driven by avarice knowing they are answerable; it seems, to no one.

Outstanding Issues

1. Police Caswell Clinic Dr / MAPPA level 3/ Attempt to Kill / Machine Gun conspiracy cases are now priority for publicity in England over this routine abuse of process achieved by the continuing ‘cover-ups’ by NHS (Wales), GMC (Wales), IPCC (Wales), HM Cardiff Prison & HMCS (Wales) and controlled by a an Assembly paranoid in getting 'self rule'.

2. This week, for example, I was 'shown the door' from a Cardiff solicitor's office, Declan somebody, for a ridiculous reason but meaning I was not going to get 'his services'. He was my 81st specialist lawyer now I or my past secretary has approached to act in any of my criminal or civil cases initiated, by the way, either by the bullying South Wales Police or equally corrupt Crown Prosecution Service (Wales), a major player in their oiling of the tax payer funded ‘gravy train’.

3. I am today preparing a 'position statement' for my stayed civil damages South Wales Police trial and will speak late today as to dates, times and places of recent police multiple arrests and imprisonments etc but my memory is deteriorating fast.

4. Police disclosure issues, outstanding, are also now most urgent before they are also shredded.

There is now a real risk for my current criminal proceedings being dropped following Cardiff police refusing to investigate an English bailiff being seriously assaulted by squatters.

They were conducting a lawful eviction in Ely on the very same premises of my laughed out of court 1995 criminal offence allegations and 1995 drug boy friend of purported miscarriage police officer's daughter.

What this really means is both police and CPS CCTV footage and documents will now be quickly gathered and shredded, just like it has been every year since 1992 when a conspiracy has gone ‘pear shaped’. Anything to cover up the continuing exposure of extreme police harassment that started, actually, in the very same Cardiff building and triggered by a routine Guernsey police phone call over my arrest for stealing my own motor bike! My apparent causing of ex Chief Inspector Brian Jenner's daughter's miscarriage was the main cause of my last 20years of misery but this fact only came to light during this summer from her boy friend’s evidence in the ninety nine witness three month trial not yet ended.

This CCTV, MG 5/6/11s, S9s etc evidence, as with 2012 'Breach of Restraining Order' jury request for obvious disclosure of court and custody records, are all needed for yet another damages claim with all docs now urgently needed for HMJ Llewellyn QC to witness the continuing harassment by police, CPS,HMCS and others in the Cardiff Cabal, to prejudice the 20 year running civil trial by diluting truth.

5. I enclose a July 2010 Luigi Stranati Area Manager letter, obviously back dated, to try and cover up their disgusting day to day conspiracies and in order to have me struck off the veterinary register. I have never seen the July 09 letter before nor known about it. [Prison has seized my copy of Luigi's letter, along with my legal papers that were in my prison cell further proving conspiracy their futile nefarious conduct.

I was only handed it by the court manager during my arrest, with this week for entering Cardiff Crown Court to apply for legal aid as no solicitor, in Cardiff.

The content of the letter stinks and is clearly 'ultra vires' which just about sums up the Cardiff Cabal still plotting to have me registered as a ‘vexatious litigant.

6. I am also frantic to get back to France as my airfield, in Dinan, have now towed my car away, full of papers, for not returning in time as promised.

Both police and HMP Cardiff deny, before witnesses, having either my legal papers or my new passport despite CCTV footage from police foyers and HM prison C Wings recording I was without either when refused my right to return to collect my things from my prison cell (labelled ‘HIGH RISK’) but, instead, bodily carried by prison officers from the landing and thrown out of the front gate onto the grass.

I am now into my 3rd day in Bristol trawling for solicitors to do any of my work at all, civil or criminal. At least 12 law firms, so far, have not even returned a phone call following my convoluted routes all over the city

One played the usual games, to get my defence for the police, without accepting their firms names to go on court record.....is there nothing new under the sun?

Bristol Crown Court refuse to have any of my criminal cases transferred to them from Cardiff so just how did the CPS manage it, on my last nonsense 'common assault' allegation when I was pushed down Cardiff Crown court steps, on walking sticks, by an ex police bully, Derrick Hasan, who broke my leg?

My lingering in Wales, these past years, was in the hope of seeing my daughter but that is clearly not to happen.

For nearly a year the HM Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) have refused to disclose the depositions prepared for last November's aborted trial by jury containing two Caswell Clinic police psychiatrists victim statements that thst I visited their home and harassed them when I have no idea wher they live or desire to know! I was kept in both Cardiff and Bristol prisons for weeks and weeks while the South Wales Police knew, full well, I have never harassed any doctor in my life and the guilty parties were asked, by senior police, to make up a story to further delay the civil trial while a sequence of break -ins could bee arranged, with my cars and property, to steal my carefully stored exhibits, over the past 20 years or so,

While both psychiatrists are feigning illness, for another year of sick leave due to my 'harassment' they are grossing another £300,000 before private work is considered. Couple that with the money dished out to NHS lawyers, to protect their investment, with no effective accountability and it is ALLYOUR MONEY!

DAY 8 of TRIAL

Wide Spread corruption in the South Wales Police and Welsh courts seems to emerge as we enter the eighth day of a farcical trial, riddled with deceit.

First, the day opens, with my application/argument that if Inspector 1581 Anthony Rice continues to deny, on oath, he burst into a Barry magistrates with five other Barry police officers, riddled with covert surveillance police, instigated by the Guernsey police arranging to have my garage burnt down to destroy 10 years of misery in an environment ‘touched by the devil’, to destroy my High Court litigation, now designed to expose Guernsey, police arrange to burn down my garage , with the Guernsey legal papers and my WW2 Piper Cub.

Then, today, the case heard:

Police officer Greaves saying, I passed on the wrong side of the road, to pass a queue of stationary traffic, due to police at the scene investigating a road traffic accident, he recognised me and put out an ‘all cars’ broadcast to catch me to catch me “the vehicle and driver” already known to him.

Police officer Gareth Holmes states I was in a white escort van, stopped and reported for a broken indicator lens and then repaired by Holmes Bros garage of Evan Street , Barry.

BUT..... police officer McGregor with PC Holmes, totally denies it.... and that no Hort 1 was issued in Southey Street, I refused a breath test and not just refused, gave a ‘[half hearted attempt’ (that appeared deliberate) something he had never experienced before or since!

My ‘schedule’ on website, of motoring incidents, only during the incidents in the current trial , there are many more later for my children to sue the evil little bastards, later, records I was driving a Citroen that night registered in the registered name of famous aviatrix, Ms Jean Batten.....the first to fly an old pre war Moth to New Zealand.

But I digress, a Barry retired scrap dealer, a Mr Murphy, currently relaxing in Tieland, removed my burnt out Citroen, along with many other cars the Barry police had arranged, out of spite, to have smashed up, burnt out or stolen.

So, I ask, today, where are the records of the Barry police station of my prosecution of the offence?

DAY 7 of Trial
After two days of Sergeant Kihlberg’s lies and ‘his account’ of his violent assault on his prisoner, myself, outside my own veterinary surgery with clients, on 8^th September 2000, opposite the Swan in Llantwit Major, it was a breath of fresh air, this afternoon, to cross examine Retired Inspector Tim Hubberd
who simply told the truth annihilating the concocted excuses by contradicting a string of other officers, whilst I was in custody for over five hours and as to why I was being refused a pen or paper to lodge a complaint.
He even confirmed my then wife, Kirstie, had been phoning in, complaining, identified amongst some 30 or so letters generated by me and my then secretary, Mrs Diana Graham, for the security of my full custody records, including numerous videos ever released despite my then MP, John Smith, writing and the PCA (IPCC) being informed.
Numerous verbal and written requests were made for custody videos within the 28 day stator period, the Barry police repeated ignored
The court could not avoid my three or so full lever arch files on this incident, alone, some fifty two of my original records of ten years of consolidated police harassment deliberately served on the enemy some eight or ten years ago, expecting them to settle.
Gareth Holmes kept us fascinated all morning and much of the afternoon, on cross examination , one of several due to recalled as his father and uncle had carried out meticulous servicing of the practice vehicles for well over ten years, their evidence already before Crown court when His Honour Judge Burr had seriously rebuked the then Sergeant Jane Lott for falsifying evidence by altering her copy of the HORT 1 between the magistrates case, deliberately lost in order to have her evidence again in ‘a court of record’
Yesterday, Kilberg had to explain away how my car was taken and hidden by him, for over six weeks and only by the garage owner complaining enough, my complaint of its theft ignored, did I eventually find her, unlocked , on the road side full of very dangerous drugs, barbiturates and IMMOBILON

I am getting rather bored and we arew only in the 2nd week of a clearly 4 month trial.

So I thought it would be helpful if we all worked off or 'sung from the same hymn sheet'

The police legal team told me , yesterday , they did not appear to have the motoring schedule of most of the motoring incidents, when I was stopped 35 times. I now enclose

The police barrister remarked, to the court, on my clear 'proximity' to Barry police, heard to date, about "what5 a small world Barry is", me the police vet , the witness the son of the garagew owner who has already given inforamation that had nasty piece of work former sergeant Jane Lott rebuked by HHJ Burr, those many years ago.

Despite their apparent 'selective amnesia', these police officers, so far, other than the content of their own section 9 MG 11 witness statements, what is purported to be in their personal note books, written, purportedly, as contemporaneous note....'remember nothing'

Each police officer to date and we have some 50 or so to go yet, appear have difficulty in remembering how my being stopped over 60 times in numerous fictitious registered named cars, often with foriegn number plates, a Guernsey driving liecence in my pocket.....they still deny the 1992 instructions from most senior police officers to conduct 24/7 surveillance on me and to stop me when ever they can and provoke to try and get traffic or common assault convictions

Evil police sergeant Kihlberg and and the liar Inspector Rice, unless there are two of them with the same name, will be asked for recall, for further cross examination, once I get the Inspector Sydney Griffiths documents about briefing Barabara Wilding's knowingly falsifying her own sworn affidavit, of Feb 2009, causing her to issue a 'shoot to kill' policy on me.

She also ordered/blackmailed Dr Tegwyn Williams to have me sectioned to Ashworth. IPP and fabricate the machine gun trial by getting police HQ to p-aint the WW1 relic a different colour, to try and fool the jury, anything to stop this trial exposing just how corrupt both Cardiff courts and South Wales Police force has been , these past 20 years

The trial judge has ruled Barbara Wilding cannot be witness supoenoed to account for her self as DEFENDANT

TODAY IN CARDIFF COURT

Police officer A states I refused a breath test, arrested and taken to Barry police station where the reading was Zero and then was released from custody. I was being interviewed, before arrest apparently, in some back street in Barry whilst dealing with an animal emergency ( in the days before these evil Bast**Ds had me struck off)

Police officer B, says, NO, he issued a rectification ticket for a broken back light or indicator and the usual HORT1 traffic ticket issued!

Remember, this is in the back drop of no police knowing who I am except for the incident they were caught in (see last week’s evidence).

Remember, this in the environment of me attending magistrates or Crown court , nearly every week for 8 years + , made to produce driving docs 34 times......the !0% of case lost the Barry police quickly reported to the RCVS and with Masonic influence had me struck off the veterinary register for nothing what so ever to do with being a vet!

Police officer B says, NO, he was with A but B was no recollection of any breath test or arrest!

Neither has yet faced cross examination....that starts tomorrow at 10.30 at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre

Today, police sergeant Kihlberg of Llantwit Major, (wash your mouth out, Maurice), was accused of breaking into my car unnecessarily , arresting me and hides the car on a road near Cowbridge , for over 6 weeks , unlocked and full of very dangerous veterinary medicines (IMMOBILON)....he not explaining where the car keys keys are, despite arresting me with at least four other police officers!

I refused a breath test, he said but ZERO reading, only 30 minutes later, after he had driven me, without hand cuffs all the way to Fairwater police station in Cardiff!

There, a zero reading he had difficulty remembering about or why he would not return me to my car! Ah, yes, after a few obtuse methods , he said , I was a risk of causing ‘litigation if he gave me a lift back to my car and yet he had difficulty remembering so many other incidents (including burglary) where he arrested and jailed me.....always much later to be dropped by CPS, he said.

I report it stolen, because Kilberg refuses to tell me where it is,....he knew none of it nor how, when eventually found it, I was quickly arrested by Bristol police for stealing it!”

Nearly 7 weeks later I get tipped off and garage owner who recovered it said they were never told who owned it! Some ten police officers , so far in this farce, out of some 100 needing to be called.....ALL ‘remember nothing’ each time I ask as to other incidents, if ANYTHING ,BUT ANYTHING, unless it, I ask, is not already scripted in their very own signed Dolmans pre prepared statement!

Kihlberg stated he sat with the huge police legal team for 25 minutes today, being briefed ( on what not to say) he is wrong I was outside the door timing it

Remember , readers of blog, where corrupt , very corrupt , where South Wales is concerned, ‘there is nothing new under the sun’.

Kihlberg could not confirm the owner or registration of my vehicle, that night, despite insisting he did as PNC check (incident see schedule on blog of 1^st December 1999)....but after a little loosening of his evil tongue he admitted the police knew none of my cars were ever in my name, correction, rarely, unless they may be on foreign number plates

The police barrister commented, as the witness, tomorrow, awaits my cross examination.

Following the witness saying, to the open court at the time of 10.30 pm incident , I was his veterinary surgeon, as his father was my client, who already features in the former Sergeant Jane Lott evidence last week, (wash your mouth out Maurice), his father’s evidence already used in the original criminal Appeal that led to my acquittal , of some 10 Crown court successes , in the 90s when I won 90% of the hundred or so allegations South Wales Police routinely were throwing at me

So, does it surprise you all the police, last week on EIC said they knew nothing of me other than the incident they had been briefed by the team of police lawyers only to admit to.

This evilness, per day , is typical I am told of other courts, not in England , perish the thought!

DC 1623 Martyn James (police witness my ‘actual bodily harm’ by drunk)

This Barry police officer, in September 1995, told the court he was at my house, following my complaints of criminal damage (eventually exceeding eight) when a tenant, Mr Paul Stringer, right in front of the police officer, violently pushed me down the stairs causing me to be injured to such an extent that I had to be stretchered to hospital by ambulance.

James said he then arrested Mr Stringer interviewed him under caution and tape recorded with no other police officer present and decided to not have him charged.

The custody officer let him have bail because he was ‘not fit’ to be detained as he was drunk.

James ‘could not remember’ or ‘identify’, with the custody records in front of him, just who the custody sergeant had been that day but the interview took just 15 minutes.

I was told over the phone he had been charged for ABH and later, in court, the CPS did not proceed with the case as there was ‘insufficient evidence’.

When James was asked just when did he became ‘aware’ of my name and proximity to the South Wales Police, the only 24/7 veterinary general practitioner in Barry, he said he had never heard of me until this incident nor of me in any incidents after.

“So, in December 1995, when Stringer returned to the police station, on police bail, (following the ‘usual’ police investigations) why did you not charge him”?

“You were difficult to contact and were appearing to refuse to give a statement of complaint. I had to have one or I could not charge him.” [With that argument, had I been killed, Mr Stringer would not of been charged for that either].

Why, officer, did you not just take a statement from Kirstie Webb, my future wife, who also saw me pushed down the stairs?

“I did not see her until after you were pushed down the flight of stairs to the landing” “Yes, may be, but why did you not take her statement, the one from Ms Miller, also present or need one at all as you saw and recorded in your note book the indictable offence of ‘actual bodily harm’ take place right in front of you?

His job, for some years, had been ‘surveillance’ at Bridgend police HQ but he knew nothing of my ever being MAPPA level 3 status or whether I was currently under surveillance for the three month trial or, more to the point, was I under covert surveillance in the 90s at the time of these 35 listed incidents in Actions 1, 2 & 3? from a sample of 100 or so, including arson on my property, multiple vehicle thefts, criminal damage and surgery burglaries even though that was where police surveillance focused?

James’ near two hour briefing with QC, trailing barrister and Dolmans’ senior partner, amongst their team of clerks running about, on the morning of the trial, appeared to have been well briefed in a manner to which I am accustomed, to remember nothing other than that was drafted by solicitors.

Detective Inspector Andrew J Rice to be Arrested for Perjury along with a Few More!

The court heard Rice deny knowing Christopher Paul Ebbs (Alexander), standing in the back of the court, despite witness statements of South Wales Police crossing the bridge to England to induce Mr Ebbs ( alas Alexander) to alter his evidence for my forthcoming criminal court hearing.

Rice also denied any knowledge of an incident , of co9vert surveillance police causing him to bursting into my Barry magistrate’s hearing, with six other officers, while I held the Crown Court prosecutor, HM officer STOFFA, by the scruff of the neck for ‘perverting the course of justice’

Covert police were involved so Barbara Wilding , the then Chief Constable, instigator of ‘shoot to kill policy’, ALSO denied the court case ever happened, in her judge demanded Feb 2009 sworn false affidavit, fabricated by Dolmans ,solicitors, Cardiff, out once again just to milk the tax payer or me.

Inspector Andrew Rice was the custody officer at Barry police station on the evening of the Cowbridge Show where I had been the Honary Veterinary Surgeon for most of the day.

Rice, alone, the court heard, decided not to release me but to keep me locked up , over night for fear I may return to the Show and to face a 'Breach of the Peace' common law allegation, in magistrates, that led to my being struck off as a veterinary surgeon.

He knew full well I was leaving the the show when I was arrested in order to do evening surgery and had no desire what so ever of going back if no one else could recover my vehicle from the car park.

[This Vale Show incident, the 'Barry roundabout' incident (Jane Walker statement above), lying Police Inspector Kilberg incident, to be heard this Monday, 25th Feb and my being beaten up in Roath police station following but caught on overhead police camera are three 'stuck out' incidents, in these proceedings, by His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC clearly because they are the most riddled with examples of both police and South Wales police wide spread corruption].

It turns out that he was instructed by senior officers , following my 27writtwncomplaintssince1993, to investigate each issue..

Dolmans prepared a statementfor him to sign which, of course, only had six or so issues from the 27 complaints, nearly every one being politicaly sensitive.

Yes, you guessed it, his senior officers fed him false and or misleading injformation so his reply for Barbara Wilding's Feb 09 sworn affidavit could deny knowledge of court cases having ever happened or thast ht police had broken into my surgery in Cardiif to put back a police inspector's daughter, both having been my clients!

Your Honour,

In the light of these extreme and unusual instructions, from the current Chief Constable, giving this week’s police, giving evidence, protection from perjury committed, so far, by almost every police officer on oath, I make the following applications:

1. A ruling as whether Barbara Wilding’s Dolmans drafted 25^th/26^th February 2009 sworn affidavit:

i) is deemed to be false or not

ii) whether the incidents in the Claimant’s pleadings, specifically denied by the Defendant and omitted from the affidavit, are a fiction and

iii) if they are not fiction then full disclosure can be ordered in the light of apparent perjury committed by Inspector Andrew Rice and others, including to include many within the defence team acting on behalf of the South Wales Police?

2. The Crown Prosecution Service disclose to the Claimant the full court bundle of his, as the then defendant, depositions in 10^th November 11 ‘harassment’ summary hearings, 14^th November Crown Court hearing, 1^st March 12 ‘harassment’ Cardiff Crown Court Appeal and 2^nd May 12 ‘breach of a restraining order’ jury trial all needed immediately in this trial and 14^th March 13 Criminal Court of Appeal hearing. The CPS has, for months, refused to communicate on the mater.

3. The Claimant is to be supplied with the list of his 27 written complaints, known to the court and any others from 20 years of police harassment and bullying, specifically for now during the time period of the first three actions for damages only, made known to exist, only by cross examination of former Inspector Sydney Griffiths, made known, for the first time, to the defending QC, the court clearly heard.

Variation of Restraining Order to obtain Medical Attention

Dear Sir,

A recent circuit judge, over my one million pound NHS (Wales)/ Caswell Clinic damages claim, had to remind the NHS barrister that the Caswell Clinic psychiatrist had asked the 2009 Cardiff Crown Court that I be sectioned and jailed under the 1983 Mental Health Act with neither the relevant forensic history nor even examining his potential patient!

As you know the South Wales Police then had him re-apply to the very same court, in December 2009, frantic to stop the publicity of my ‘WW1 machine gun’ trial happening, that I be further incarcerated but IPP this time, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, probably for life.

The fact that the Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, doctor was under pressure on a delicate domestic matter, called black mail by Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable and my Defendant in next week’s three month damages trial, is by no way a coincidence.

The doctor will feature heavily on 18^thFebruary and is to be called as a key prosecution witness.

Whereas your CPS colleague witnessed ‘variation’ in the 1^st December 2011 ’Restraining Order’, suitably recorded, in my last magistrates’ applications, allowing me now to publish the doctor’s name, I was disappointed to be then accosted by two plain clothed police officers suggesting I had breached that order when visiting an Ely, Cardiff, psychiatric unit, ‘Ty Catrin’, simply to attend a prior engagement by invitation from a female Caswell Clinic doctor.

Dr Gaynor Jones is but one from Caswell Clinic and to include past HM prosecutors I have applied for to be my witnesses for my pending appeals currently before Criminal Court of Appeal in London.

I had hoped to speak to you, to avoid writing to the European Court today but no one ever seems to be ‘available’. I therefore wrote and copied it to you, by earlier e-mail, on the serious matter of my still being refused medical attention in South Wales, my having to travel always to France each time.

Kicking my application into the ‘long grass’, to some date in April, means I may be deemed medically unfit as is the view of the South Wales Police when instigating my recent imprisonment in France.

The fact remains that the police doctor was knowingly dishonest and police will not investigate because they are the police officers, next week, defending their own immunity to prosecution for 20 years of bullying. That fiasco, as fiasco it will be, will be followed by finally unblocked seven Actions, including falsified MAPPA registration, fabricated medical records ‘accepted’ as correct by no less than Cardiff judges! Do I now accept I have ‘significant brain damage’ and a possible brain tumour, just what your HM CPS barrister, Richard Thomlow, told His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC and HM barrister David Gareth Evans ‘acted on’ in order to prosecute me for ‘harassment’?

My unlawfully blocked one million pound damages claim, surrounding your client’s malicious prosecution and long imprisonment, re police painting my Farnborough display aircraft’s ‘machine gun’ a different colour, anything to try and fool the jury, has been deliberately buried by Cardiff courts for two years. There are too many other pending Actions to list here.

Successive clearly spineless Cardiff judges have refused any of my cases, civil, family or criminal, being transferred to an English court following your disastrous move, last year, in transferring my ‘common assault’ case to Bristol, when ex South Wales Police officer, Derrick Hasan had violently pushed me off my crutches and down the Cardiff Crown Court steps to break my leg.

I was always immune to prosecution, from the start, in the suggestion I circulated ‘Wanted’ posters, by section 3 a) & c) of the 1997 Act and is now supported by my library of tape recordings from original magistrates and Crown Court hearings, exposing what is routine ‘abuse of process’, needing cyberspace coverage worldwide, ‘in the interest of the public’, as I believe you call it.

I, like Norman Scarth Esq., am also too old to turn a blind eye at the routine manner your Cardiff courts’ continue to pervert the course of justice meaning that both Norman and myself have little chance in considering your future proceedings with the respect all law courts should command.

It is a matter for you, of course, what you should do, bearing in mind no less than eleven Cardiff judges wished to ‘believe’ the Caswell Clinic, when it said I had ‘significant brain damage’ and too dangerous to be released, thus allowing the Chief Constable to having me registered MAPPA level 3, one of the 5% most dangerous within our UK’s population.

With regards to my 8 Feb 2013 letter of applications to the European Court of Human Rights please could the Crown Prosecution Service review:

1. what is a ‘proportionate response’ to the above facts

2. whether you agree that I will continue to avoid contact with Dr Tegwyn Williams while the CPS consider whether to set up a process to receive still more evidence on this doctor’s most recent criminal wrongdoing and

3. dating from 2009 to the present day. I was sectioned, last month, under the French Mental Health Act as in Tottenham police station over the Nigerian Musa family scandal, each time only on this doctors fabricated evidence

4. his false 2011/12 MG11police witness signed statements, copies of which you refuse to re release, that led to the South Wales Police having my locked up in Cardiff prison for months on end, only for you, yet again, to drop all charges

5. your agreement that, while you know Dr T Williams already has his criminal wrongdoing it negates the 1^st December 11 ‘restraining order’, under sub section 3 a) & c) of 1997 Act (to detect or prevent further crime), suggesting no other conditions against me should now remain.

6. To list your hearing and other civil actions, smack in the middle of next week’s trial, at my huge expense, is as I would expect from a UK judiciary that stinks and is rotten to the core.

I assume you do not mind that I publish in full all legal papers in this case that are intended for the European Court of Human Rights.

‘Breach of Restraining Order’ Appeal never served on me in the first place

1. I must have telephoned both CPS in London and Cardiff offices in excess of twenty times, visited the RCJ four times on the matter, written some thirty or so letters, just to get you both to release the evidence needed for the appeal due in the RCJ any day now. I do not even have your judges summary for immediate website publication and still further tape recordings.

2. Especially the lies the police doctor gave in a signed police statement, last summer that I had been ‘moved on’ by police from his home, just to get me jailed for nearly three months, in another attempt to stop my one million pound NHS damages from claim progressing. You lot ‘eventually’ realised, as in the ‘machine’ gun scandal and original ‘harassment’ conviction, the South Wales Police had gone out of their way, anything to prejudice my civil actions on extreme police bullying and have me ‘stitched up’ on false doctor’s evidence, himself promised immunity to prosecution, first, by eleven Cardiff Crown Court judges, then the GMC and now, your very own selves.

3. Cardiff Crown refuse me access to the building at all or listen to the evidence in the 4^th May 12 trial because it caught the prison guards confirming I had been removed from the court building, dripping blood from my *** and against my clear wishes, contrary with my request for specifically named defence witnesses, Dr Williams and Dr Gaynor Jones included, to carry on and give the relevant defence evidence the judge knew, very well, was needed and even asked for by a the jury!

4. Curran QC had been briefed by the Cardiff Cabal to do otherwise.

5. I have asked for your agreement, for the RCJ, re my tape recordings of the scandalously run original Cardiff Magistrates ‘harassment’ hearings to be played, including several Crown Court related hearings, 1^st March 12 for example, catching my 15^th Nov 11, denied at the time, lawyer’s legal papers, handed towards me by my ‘Mackenzie Friend’, from the well of the court, my own legal papers from my prison cell, eye witnesses, the right to cross examine anyone or call the known seven police men who had originally indicated the enclosed (original illegally switched CPS exhibit mid trial, also caught on tape) ‘Wanted’ poster of a South Wales Police blackmailed psychiatrist, was not any public order offence.

6. All this week not one of you will even discuss the possibilities of further variation of the 1^st Dec 11 ‘Restraining Order,’ in the light of new evidence, some under your control only and still further evidence of the doctor’s continuing blatant deceit hatched long before the 8^th June MAPPA level 3 meeting with Barbara Wilding falsifying her 25/26^th Dolmans drafted Feb 09 sworn affidavit originally ordered by Nicholas Chambers Q.C. on the old argument for all court cases, failed disclosure of the truth.

Finger pointing: Dr Helen Moss, who was the hospital's director of nursing from 2006 to 2009, was cleared of any wrongdoing at a private disciplinary hearing this month

Almost 70 medical staff who faced disciplinary action after 1,200 patients died needlessly at Stafford Hospitalhave already been cleared in secret hearings, including the most senior nurse at the height of the scandal.

Helen Moss was director of nursing from 2006 to 2009 when care reached 'appalling' standards, yet has been told she has 'no case to answer' and is now working as a management consultant.

In the last few years 29 nurses and 38 doctors from StaffordHospital - 67 in total - were cleared at private hearings that considered complaints that will never be made public.

The allegations, made by police, the public and other medical staff, were all thrown out at an early stage, so regulators refuse to publish the details.

A report by Robert Francis QC published yesterday highlighted the 'appalling and unnecessary suffering of hundreds of patients' in Stafford, as the Prime Minister revealed that nobody has been struck off or disciplined for their part in the biggest NHS scandal in history.

The sick and vulnerable were left for hours sitting in their own urine and excrement, drink was left out of reach forcing them to glug water from vases and hygiene was so poor that relatives had to clean toilets themselves.

Julie Bailey, whose mother Bella died in harrowing circumstances at StaffordHospital, says she has been inundated with complaints from others from all over Britain about about NHS standards.

Speaking about the lack of disciplinary action following the scandal she told the BBC: ‘I’d like to say I was surprised, but I’m not. This is how the NHS is. It is one big roundabout where they get on, fail, and then get on somewhere else.

‘Those in charge then (at Stafford) have already gone, resigned and gone to other jobs with huge pay packets.

‘The chief executive was so unwell he couldn’t give evidence to the (Francis) Inquiry, but he has made a mockery of it because he is now working for another organisation in the area.

‘We need radical action. We need leaders in the NHS. Something has gone terribly wrong and unless we make a stand now we will lose the NHS. Just rewarding people for failure cannot continue.’

I am sending to the Crown Prosecution Service (London) samples of tape recordings, similar to those on my website blog, of Cardiff Magistrates original 1^st December 2011 conviction for ‘harassing’ the Caswell Clinic doctor. He had, without appropriate medical qualifications, recommended I be sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act and to be incarcerated, as a MAPPA Level 3 registered victim, without my knowledge, to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, most like likely for life.

The Cardiff CPS had told the 2^nd December 2009 judge, caught on transcript, that this doctor, all on his own, had further stated I that I had both irreversible and significant brain damage causing me to be categorised as being one of the UK’s 5% most dangerous individuals.

Cardiff Crown Court refuse to allow me to hear the CD record of the redacted 2^nd December 2009, 1^st and 2^nd March 12 Crown Court , the appeal from the original 1^st December 2011 District Judge John Charles , Cardiff Magistrates’ ‘harassment’ conviction hearing or that of the 2^nd May 12 Trial by Jury, the subject now before the Royal Courts of Justice, a breach of a restraining order never ‘served’ on me in the first place!

1. Did you receive Cardiff Court instructions, as I am given to believe, that on each occasion the respective Cardiff judges, His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC, HHJ Hughes and HHJ Curran QC, that one or all three had your original transcribed records changed?

2. If so, which ones and what were changed?

3. Will you send me copy of the redacted portions in order to avoid a ‘class action’ in an English court against your employers?

I have spent thousands of pounds, over the years, on transcripts and ‘being corrupted’ has been the usual court clerk’s excuse for my not receiving the expensive full transcripts and significantly at variance to those of my own record of court proceedings in both Crown an Royal Courts of Justice courts.

The doctor had originally, on 7th August 2009, without even examining me, successfully applied to having me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act as having a ‘paranoid delusional disorder,’ having a fixed false belief unameanable to reason, in that I believed I was being persecuted by the South Wales Police and its Cardiff judiciary.

The omitted oral evidence, recording I was not allowed to have my legal papers, give evidence or call witnesses, some waiting in the building, is urgently needed for my appeal listed before the Criminal Court of Appeal.

Tomorrow at 10am at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, disguised as a Kirk v Kirk divorce proceedings, a huge team of local lawyers and judges will commence the next stage in obtaining my my bankruptcy.

The trail judge was a party to criminal proceedings culminating in police asking the RCVS to have me struck off.

Back in the 2000s 9, Park Place chambers, barristers were caught in a lucrative ring reliant on prisoners in Cardiff police cells being charged, using the same defence teams, back hander to the duty sergeant, to dictate the poor sod's fate.

Cardiff judges, often from those chambers are known to visit the juries, during their private deliberations, stating whether they should bring a 'Guilty' plea or not

STATEMENT OF EVENTS ON THE 24/01/2013

IN THE VILLAGE OF MERDRIGNAC FRANCE

After having lunch at a cafe Maurice kirk and myself walked to another cafe for coffee ,where we made a video involving an old gentleman and his opinion of the UK in Europe.

Having left there at approximately 1.30pm we then walked to a butcher shop, purchased some pate and then carried on to the council office, after this we proceeded to the police station.

Whilst and the police office Maurice tried to explain that the squatters in one of his properties had destroyed some valuable antiques for fire wood to which the police started to laugh and treat Mr Kirk with from my opinion great disrespect.

The police then insisted that they could not understand or speak any English and refused to take Mr Kirk's complaint. Mr Kirk then proceeded to become agitated with his treatment and shouted at then calling them Nazi bastards to which I heard laughter, at this point I suggest to morris it would be wise to leave which we did.

We had walked out of the police station past the butchers when I notice the two young officers who laughed at Mr Kirk in the first instance running down the road past us and pointed this to Maurice, Maurice was involved in a conversation with a local at this time.

I started to walk towards the car and spoke to the ethnic police officer as he ask where we were parked, at this point Maurice came around the corner and told me not to speak with them which I did. The police attention then focused on Maurice and several officers were present, two young ones and two older ones.

Maurice was then marched back to the station with an officer on each arm.

Whilst Maurice was being processed an officer approached me and asked what the problem was in English and I explained the whole situation regarding the squatters and the damage that had been done, I then asked why they did not help Mr Kirk resolve this situation and was informed that the police didn't have the man power due to cuts and that Maurice was a well known crazy man that will be sent to an asylum .

I explained we had a booked ferry and that surely they could overlook this and try to understand his point of view but he insisted that he would have Maurice taken to a Hospital to be sent to an asylum.

I then left for St Malo.

I was locked up for a while and then taken to Pontivy hospital, central Brittany about 30 miles away.

The police tried to persuade the doctors, three of them, to admit me as a mental patient.

After 30 minutes or so more nurses arrived and one said,

It's the ‘flying vet' he was here to have a hip replacement, insisted he could fish from his room in the river below! ......he crept out far too soon after the operation on his crutches, in his pyjamas and flagged down a taxi and went off to the horse races!

What is he in here for?

Police said, to have him sectioned and sent to an asylum.

A huge amount of laughter followed with comments like, " You will have a job sectioning Maurice, he had the doctor (Dr Maimar?) in fits of laughter with his stories of flying old French wooden aircraft, with out paperwork, out of Pontivy across the channel, some 30 years ago.

I was then forcefully dumped in police vehicle driven back to Merdrignac where I was locked up until 9 am next morning.... Showed with questions, refused any paperwork (South Wales Police style) and kicked out.

The three month trial is booked Feb 18^th but with crutial hearing on Wed 30^th Jan for the issuing of 60 odd witness summonses on top of their 70 or so police defending/ including Barbara Wilding and rogue psychiatrist I am not allowed to name.

Interesting, this is the fourth or fifth time booked to start in past 12 years only for myto be mysteriously locked in prison each time just weeks before the trial is due to start.

Clearly, the age old based conspiracy, between barristers in 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff, specific senior police in area police stations, certain law firms in Cardiff and judges serving both in the civil and/or criminal Cardiff courts means new evidencew has come to light re the police forensic Caswell Clinic psychiatrist, Barbara Wilding and abuse surrounding my MAPPA level 3 registration and police repainted Lewis Machine Gun.

This, together with serious valuation irregularities having been commented upon in my divorce hearing, due tomorrow, by the case mangement judge, means that there are still further reasons why I need, in the interests of fair play, for all my cases being moved out of South Wales.

The point is that neither the police Caswell Clinic psychiatrist nor psychologist Professor Wood are medically qualified to interpret a CT brain scan as that is the role of the neuro-radiologist who has training and qualifications so to do.

All the neuro radiologists that examined the scans contradict the psychiatrist’s findings but still he went ahead and applied that I be sectioned IPP to Ashworth, ‘imprisonment for public protection’ with the full support of MAPPA

On 2^nd December 2009 in Cardiff Crown Court the prosecution, police psychiatrist and court of were all in receipt of my privately funded specialist report faxed the day before. Only achievedm incidentally, by the quick thinking Walter Sweeney, ex MP for the Vale of Glamorgan and his lovely wife, Nuala, a leading consultant radioligist in South East Yorkshire.

However, there is the built in provision in the Act that you cannot be prosecuted 'for a course of conduct' when attempting 'to prevent or detect (further ) crime'.....the very purpose of distributed WANTED posters. A further procaution was taken to get no less than severn police officers to examine the posters for adverse comment whilst they were being distributed. The CPS, on 1st December, produced various drafts of a 'Restraining Order' producing the following but still not disclosing the one now needed, of course, for the Criminal Court of Appeal, very shortly, the part hand written draft brought waved under my nose, in my cell, by that GEOamey guard, the lying little Lee Barker who's statement completely contradicted that of the only other tamed witness in a corridoe of six eager on lookers!

THE 1997 HARASSMENT ACT is a typically knee jerk written piece of legislation, of the Blair era, now being abused just to lock up those exposing the crimes going on daily in our welsh law courts.

Anticipating the continuing conduct of the Welsh courts, to protect their very own NHS's conduct in a similar manner to the way they had so far protected their police force, irrespective of the facts, I quietly lobbed into their cess pit of deceipt, rather like a Mills bomb into the mill pool for trout, a petty debt £840 claim for bus fares and time wasted, travelling backwards and forwards countless times to Caswell Clinic, when originally promised my medical records used on 2nd December 09 to have me sent to Ashworth. That claim, as predicted, to prevent the doctor having the risk of committing perjury, was settled out of court to the cost to the tax payer well in excess of £20,000.

At my 20^th December 2012 magistrate’s application, to be able to see my South Wales doctor, this 13^th December Morgan Cole document was, without me knowing, already with both District Judge Bodfan Jenkins and CPS Mr Dicken, the latter summoned to represent Her Majesty.

All four parties, the NHS, the protected rogue doctor, scheming judge and bewildered CPS ALL blocked the progress of the case by pre arranging yet another adjournment, a game they have played now for over a year…...anything to cover up the truth.

Like wise, Bodfan Jenkins, an old hand at perverting the course of justice, held back the clerk of the court’s notes of the May 12 ‘shooting walking stick’ hearing following my repeated attempts to have my totally legal property returned by the police following their 2009 ‘machine gun’ house raid fiasco.

The case was adjourned, far too embarrassing for a public arena. My medical care will have wait until their conclusion at 22^nd January hearing!!!…….. come, witness and inhale their stench

Letter to GMC:

I emphasize that in writing my psychiatric reports Dr ******** was unduly influenced by the South Wales Police to report that I was suffering mental health problems resulting from ‘significant’ brain damage and that in coming to such a conclusion Dr ******** deliberately ignored reports from properly qualified radiologists stating that my brain scan was normal for a man of my age.

Instead the doctor sought out the advice of a clinical psychologist researcher who was not qualified to interpret such scans (and who was not made aware of the radiologists reports) and then moved beyond even this advice to tell numerous courts on the basis of no evidence whatsoever that I had suspected brain cancer.

There is an outstanding civil damages claim surrounding police operation, ‘Operation Chalice’ and a ‘machine gun’ I once owned attached to my aircraft. The armed police raid, backed by helicopter, on the marital home on 22^nd June 2009, marked the date of our marital separation. Witnesses present are reluctant to disclose any information always needed. That includes witness identification, copy of all statements taken and substance of all conversations and how and when the house search was carried out etc My daughter was again at risk, under police code name ‘Operation Orchid’, to ‘snatch her by Social Services. It is MAPPA and a rogue forensic psychiatrist that caused, if you wish to believe a word of it, added reasons given and accepted in court, as to why I was not to be released for nearly eight months and in return sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

Further to my phone calls each day I wish to confirm I still have no contact with my
solicitor, instructed some 18 months or so ago, to consolidate my seven or nine
actions against the local police re harassment, malicious prosecutions etc.

He acts in an urgent matrimonial matter and several other cases some relevant to
the twenty years of police bullying.

I am reluctant to contact the Law Society as I far from trust them knowing there is,
as with the press, no longer any effective self regulation of its members.

have been recently jailed for a few months, re the rogue police NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and all charges dropped, ALL part of the pattern these last ten
years of delaying or severely prejudicing my three month damages claim against
the police commencing early next year.

As for the 'machine gun ' trial the police refuse to return my, circa £10,000
worth of antiques and legally kept shot guns with the local court charging me,
recently, £4000 for using the 1897 Police Property Act!

While Welsh courts deliberately delay my million pound
damages claim against the NHS (Wales)
psychiatrist and Swansea University's
psychologist the Caswell Clinic doctor is on permanent sick to avoid GMC,
IPCC and outside force investigation.

I need a solicitor in order to urgently speak to your barrister instructed time
is very tight or I have to file with the court some home-made concoction of a ‘consolidation
application' hearing, having originally been promised a jury, now blocked,
years ago.

Another urgent matter is a Christopher Paul Alexander, alias Ebbs, a person also operating
in light aviation, who has complained, in writing, to the South Wales Police as
they threatened him to alter evidence before the Royal College of Veterinary
Surgeons that led to my being struck off the veterinary register. The IPCC

When the Chief Constable of South Wales Police failed to having me shot, under MAPPA level 3 protection,nine, no less. bent and perverted Cardiff Crown Court judges also conspired to protect their chief forensic psychatrist to try and avoid the machine gun trial, the *** up due in a few weeks.

So the evil little bast**ds hatched stage 2 and played their 'gulag card' trying to jail me , for life in Ashworth, IPP whilst unconvicted.

I need any solicitor, well out of South Wales,
in order to urgently speak to the barrister instructed.

Time is very tight or I have to file some home-made concoction of a ‘consolidation
application' hearing, for the High Court, having originally been promised a
jury by His Honour Nicholas Chambers QC but now blocked, years ago.

The Defendant's defence, for jury trial, was little different to the one discussed with the numerous police officers, prior to the August 2011 arrest re harassment of a rogue NHS doctor and used on the 1st December 20011 before District Judge John Charles (except he would not allow it, of course, to be raised)....listen to tape recordings of the three day farce. copies to be played , hopefully, on Bristol 93.2 FM Dialect Radio.

(3) Subsection (1) or (1A) does not apply to a course of conduct if the person who pursued it shows-

(a) that it was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime,

(b) that it was pursued under any enactment or rule of law or to comply with any condition or requirement imposed by any person under any enactment, or

(c) that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable

From the cells the Defendant applied for medical attention and eight witnesses, for starters and stating more, subject to availability and or evidence given by the first three witnesses . THE SUN newspaper published the 2010 'machine gun' trial incident when this same Defendant had to smuggle into the court dock, per rectum, a £3,500 cheque to give to his sister sitting in the well of the court for legal representation.

The Defendant was in solitary confinement, throughout the trial, classed as MAPPA ‘dangerous’ on prison record (cell 3 CCTV 24/7), denied pen , paper or his legal papers throughout the trial, once leaving the prison or his medical attention , his daily medicine, access to his own witnesses , family or trial’s Mackenzie Friend, Mr Merion Bowen.

Page 2D The judge erred in that he knew or should have known the Defendant had already applied to the court for the doctor ‘complainant’ to be a defence witness, under Harassment Act 1997 following the failed disclosure of police evidence despite the Defendant requesting the jury see it under Harassment Act 1997 sub section….. ‘a course of conduct’ to ‘detect and prevent crime’.

1) As a witness of fact ie he was neither qualified to have supplied numerous psychiatric reports, stating the Defendant had irreversible but ‘significant brain damage’ and ‘Paranoid Delusional Disorder’, to seven clandestine MAPPA meetings and to at least nine Cardiff Crown Courts, Tottenham police, Oxford police, both London and Cardiff lower courts and HM Prison Cardiff when knowing, through out, there were several both psychiatric prison and Caswell clinic medical reports and Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, ALL to the contrary

2) As a 'character' witness ie he had in his possession three months of intensive medical and social reports, from no less than sixteen doctors and forensic psychologists, following the Defendant’s forced incarceration in Caswell Clinic psychiatric prison under this doctor’s 7^th August 2009 court recommendation, using section 35 of the 1983 Mental Health Act, he having not even examined his patient. In September ,AFTER, the extensive brain scans:

3) Dr Gainor Jones level 12 forensic psychiatrist, who ordered the 28^th August 2009 brain scans and received reports from expert opinions, was refused as a witness on this and previous occasions.

Page 3A 4) Mr*****&&&**** had, repeated by the Defendant, detailed evidence, in advance, in anticipation of the court’s refusal to allow him to give evidence on both aspects precied in 1]. He was never called (3B).

Page 3D 5) Barrister and Her Majesty’s Representative, Mr David Gareth Evans, instead of reminding the court he had already been identified as a Defence witness ( his admission to the presiding judge, on the second day, he had been a party to 1^st December 2011 draft part District Judge John Charles hand written and typed CPS draft ‘restraining order’ being taken down to the Defendant, in the Cardiff magistrates’ cells, to ‘consider’ or ‘amend’.

The prosecution barrister was made aware, again from the cells, the Defendant therefore needed him to give this evidence plus the fact by the time the final draft of the ‘restraining order’ was typed up no further visit to the cells was made as the Lee Barker, custody manager, had ‘gone home’ and document was being retained, under Defendant’s licence, to be served on him by HM Prison, Cardiff, following the unusual 14^th November 2011 Welsh High Court's Mr Justice Llewellyn Jones QC's interference, the full facts still withheld from the Defendant , to this day, despite seven applications for Section 8 disclosure.

Page 3G onwards…..a prosecution total denial (a pack of lies) of either GEOamey Custodial Services or any court record of a ‘service’ of a ‘draft’ or final court order on a Defendant, in custody, in his conditions of being denied legal papers, a pen and paper to write on and legally unrepresented!

Para 4C The learned judge erred in misdirecting the jury as to ‘evidence’ of two sets of CCTV footage in the control of both the private custody firm and the prosecution main witness, clerk of the court, Mr Michael Williams ( see cross examination transcripts).

Para E Legal papers ‘stuffed up my ***’ included previous Court Orders ordering the appearance of the Dr ‘complainant’, various policemen and eye witnesses to give evidence as long as the 'Defendant did not conduct the cross examination' a reason, possibly, why the Defendant, over twenty years of Welsh court 'experience', had obtained no less than a 90% success rate in the one hundred and sixty or so criminal allegations brought against him by the South Wales Police. The remaining 10-12% were used in the welsh police 2001 complaint to have me struck off to curtail my funding to expose this extensive 'white collar crime'.

To obtain the original 1^st December 11 'harassment conviction' and production of a restraining order, District Judge John Charles, as in previous but unrelated trials, had always ordered a stranger of a solicitor to act for the Defendant dispite his jesticulations to the contrary!.

Magically given 'right of audience', over night, as in the 1st March 2012 appeal in Crown Court, no instructions were ever given, in fact to the contrary. This was when cross examining South Wales Police officers whilst on oathneeded to be 'protected'.

At the 2nd May 12 jury trial for 'breach of a restraining order' the judges argued, amongst them selves, now trying to protect theirt own pensions.

Bristol Crown Court recently avoided this 'abuse of process' by simply not opposing the Defendant's appeal, when Cardiff's Cabal had transfered the Defendant's two year old 'common assault' conviction delaying the appeal to keep the defendant months and months imprisoned on remand.

An ex police officer now court official had pushed him down the Crown Court stairs, whilst he was on crutches following a hip replacement, breaking his leg). Transfered for fear of Cardiff papers, for once, publishing the predicted acquittal with the allegatiion to counter the grevious bodily harm civil action nshortly before the High Court.

Another passing example of ‘white collar crime’ is daily HM perpetrators, all immune to prosecution by the usual HM ‘Royal Prerogative’, a much out dated practice, in this century of 1998 HumancRights Act but these evil little bast**ds using it widespread across the UK as fellow victims are only too well aware.

Etc, etc…….I’m bored with this disgusting subject to write any more, just now.

Immune to prosecution or threat to a judge's pension, when he , like in the machine gun trial,judge this judge should have stopped the proceeding on the 2nd day upon finding it was the draft restraining order, barrister Evans admitted to, that came to the cells. NOT the FINAL Court Stamped ORDER.

The related Judicial Review Applications, also pending in the Royal Courts of
Justice, also need an honest lawyer who does not practice the other local
custom, worshiping the devil.

This Caswell Clinic psychiatric report was used to keep me
in prison for eight months, in 2009, destroying my marriage, prior to ‘machine
gun' case when the police helicopter and armed police stormed our home to
arrest me and attempt to snatch my then 10 year old daughter with Social
Services.

On release I was then jailed, using the very same
psychiatric report, on three separate occasions in London,
by the Metropolitan Police, twice in Oxford
and eight times in Cardiff.

Each time, in England but not Wales, following my presentation before three London courts and one Oxford court, while I was unrepresented, I was released.

For nearly a year a police force has refused to return a journalist’s work on one of Britain’s most notorious miscarriages of justice, despite repeated requests.

Satish Sekar cooperated with police, allowing officers investigating the wrongful arrests of the Cardiff Five two decades ago access to his own investigation. Sekar has covered the case and its fall-out for many years, including for Private Eye.

Officers borrowed material, including taped interviews, for use in the police corruption trial on the strict understanding it would be returned as soon as the trial ended. That trial ended last December in farcical circumstances as the judge decided the eight former police officers couldn’t get a fair hearing because evidence files had been destroyed.

Although the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and the Director of Public Prosecutions are still investigating the trial, Sekar asked South Wales Police to return his property, not least because he was finishing a book about the case. Although Sekar told police chiefs his voluntary cooperation with the force was over, the police have now prevaricated for 11 months and, despite the lack of a court order or it being the proceeds of crime, police still have his material.

They ignore solicitors letters and refuse to explain what entitles them to keep Sekar’s property. “If anyone else had done this they would be arrested for theft”, says Sekar. Police now refuse to talk to Sekar, even though the IPCC has ordered them to record his complaint.”

In June 2009 helicopter and twenty five other police, many armed, storm our home and jail me for eight months without a shread of evidence of any fire arms offences. As later proved, it was the Chief Constable's private solicitors, Dolmans, who instigated my imprisonment to prejudice the forthcoming three month civil damages trial, she being the defendent !

Thee years later, despite my numerous attempts to retrieve police snatched £10,000 worth of antigue and licenced legally held shot guns and humane killers, the thoroughly corrupt Cardiff cabal have, instead, refused their return and ordered, by that deceitful District Judge Bodfan Jenkins, to pay the cabal a bill of £4000 costs following my attempted use the courts and1897 Police Property Act just to return my property!

Between 1992 and 2002 the South Wales Police ordered me to produce my driving documents 35 times. On the 34th occasion I refused and the court was forced, under the then Magistrates Act, to dismiss the case.

I have refused five times since with the police doing nothing about it as they had already complained to The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and succsessfully had me struck off the veterinary register.

I, Christopher Alexander (Ebbs) wish to add to my previous statement, on the matter of Maurice Kirk's common assault conviction at Bristol Magistrates, that I was approached by the South Wales Police to ware a neck brace and sit at the back of the court throughout proceedings while he was remanded to prison.

South Wales Police will not admit as to just which statement(s) of the targeted victim have been submitted to the Professional Standards Department!

1. The police letter exudes bias in many paragraphs and quite erroneous about their conduct.

2. The gun was used to prosecute me under Section 5(1)(a) of 1968 Fire Arms Act.

3. The gun was used to have me remanded in custody for nearly eight months.

4. Used to have me imprisoned under Section 35 of the 1983 Mental Health Act.

5. Police have not even re interviewed the owners despite their new August 2011 statements!

South Wales Police accept in their original August 2009 gathered evidence that the new owner had painted the black gun to part silver immediately after their 2008 purchase from me.

The police then returned the gun, after my 2010 successful trial, even in a different shade of silver!

I had sold the gun as ‘all black' just as the gun was then presented in my 2010 jury trial and in my August 2008 U Tube video, also shown the jury, having been filmed an hour before it was collected.

6. The ‘investigation' was wholly disproportionate because:

a) I faced a minimum five year prison sentence on each of the remaining charges

b) I was registered MAPPA level 3 at level 3 management, meaning 24/7 armed surveillance

c) aided by their forensic psychiatrist, also using falsified evidence and quite unqualified medical reports, stating I had ‘significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour

d) allowed the police to ask His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC, on 2^nd December 2009 (transcript available), I be further sectioned under the 1983 Act in order I be further incarcerated to Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital, IPP, meaning possibly for life

e) Inspector Richard Holder continues to refuse to let me finish or even give me copy of my part written signed witness statement, for the IPCC, I made in Cardiff prison on 7^th February 2012 in the presence of his colleague, Inspector King.

f) Aircraft mechanics, when I owned it, Civil Aviation Authority and Lincolnshire museum licenced mechanics, all state it was decommissioned and that the barrel was blocked.

7. The police admit firing the gun only after the new owner's August 09 statement that it was blocked when the police took possession of it on 22^nd June 2009, on the day of my arrest.

8. Since this IPCC inquiry started solicitors for the police have only, this month, now disclosed but only by a court order from an English court, all previous orders from Cardiff courts having been ignored, that my arrest had been instigated by Dolmans, solicitors, defending in a 20 year running civil damages claim for numerous other malicious and failed prosecutions.

9. Since this IPCC complaint was registered I have established that seven MAPPA monthly meetings were only conducted within the knowledge of police and NHS (Wales) staff at Caswell Clinic, Glanrhyd Hospital, Bridgend. All documents proving these facts are available.

Under Cover Tactics

11. ‘Foxy' was the name given at the 2010 Cardiff Crown Court trial to the anonymous screened off male police officer I was denied, as with others, to properly cross examine.

He pretended to be the officer who telephoned each time when attempting to purchase the machine gun. He knew, full well, it had been advertised on my web site for almost ten years and had been sold a year earlier!

Female police communication to me included a telephone call to my then wife, Kirstie Kirk.

The police have not even interviewed Kirstie Kirk following my current allegations to the IPCC.

Police refused to disclose evidence recorded during her original interrogation, during ‘Operation Chalice', for the machine gun coinciding with ‘Operation Orchid', the latter being to coerce her into signing a witness statement that I had a history of mental health issues.

It was for the purpose of ‘snatching' our ten year old daughter on behalf of the Vale of Glamorgan Social Services following the 8^th June 2009 discussions at the clandestine MAPPA meeting at Barry police station with only police and Caswell Clinic staff in attendance.

13. As for the 8^th June 2009 minutes, leaked from Caswell Clinic, the document clearly indicates I would be shot should I again approach Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable, as I had done following her 26^th February 2009 now proven to be false sworn affidavit on disclosure.

14. Crown Prosecution Service advise was recorded in the minutes to the effect that my intentions to expedite the ‘mutual exchange' of witness statements, in the on-going civil trial, appeared legitimate. Dolmans, solicitors, it was disclosed, were giving contrary advice.

15. His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC's refusal to order further disclosure of the monthly minutes he confirmed only yesterday in that his responsibilities were only for the civil action.

16. My private prosecution applications, except via Bristol, in anticipation of the usual negative response by those ultimately responsible, have also been blocked in all the criminal courts.

Parliamentary Inquiry into the Independent Police Complaints Commission

Tomorrow (18/7/12) sees the start of the Home Affairs Select Committee hearing into the future of this much maligned organisation. Called to give evidence is the new IPCC boss, Dame Anne Owers (i've heard good things about her from trusted sources), Doreen Lawrence (mother of Stephen Lawrence) and the Police Action Lawyers Group.

Welsh Appeal moved to Bristol to hush things up!

To start on a somewhat sordid note, as warning for others choosing to seek redress in a Welsh court room, I bring to your notice, first, 20^th June 2009 Dolmans, solicitors' witness statement, written for their then client, as they were also advising MAPPA meetings to having me shot, Barbara Wilding, Chief Constable for South Wales and Defendant for twenty years of police bullying, malicious prosecutions and false imprisonments.

Its conspiratorial content explains why it took three years to get this released following countless ignored applications in both civil and criminal Cardiff Courts.

With their desperate attempt to hide one of their malicious acts, a vicious assault carried out in the Cardiff Crown Court building, its outstanding appeal hearing was moved to Bristol Crown Court for burial only to allow my obtaining a repeat Court Order, for disclosure, the CPS (Bristol) not also being in bed with the enemy.

It was only by repeat application in Bristol Crown Court, this month, that I obtained this successful disclosure of what had led to my incarceration in that notorious Welsh psychiatric prison.

Ever since the 2009 ‘machine gun' conspiracy the Cardiff courts dared not allow a repeat of a similar trial with the cross examining of the South Wales Police by the accused instead of by a court controlled lawyer. Last time the Cardiff Crown Court jury witnessed the conspiracy, after the very first day they told us,, to have me sectioned, under the Mental Health Act, effectively jailing me for life.

Barbara Wilding was the one who was reponsible for my MAPPA level 3 catagory registration and policy to get me shot and only mamged, so far, to incarcerate me for nearly eight months in a prison or psychiatric clinic. Not only was she then the Chief Constable but also chair person for a huge charity that currently donates to a certain doctor's private interests. His Honour Judge Paul Thomas QC was the 'machine gun' judge where Cardiff's Cabal first used on me the unofficial use of section 36 of Youth and Justice Criminal evidence Act 1999, refusing my right to cross examine.

Yesterday, in Bristol, the Crown Prosecution Service asked His Honour Judge Lambert QC to, again, order a court controlled lawyer to cross examine the prosecution witnesses, all Cardiff Crown Court staff.

Needless to say, the Cardiff cabal had originally prevented my cross examining any of them in Magistrates, in 2010, having now shipped this Appeal across the bridge to England only to avoid their publicity of nafarious conduct. They need not have bothered as they control most of the media in the South Wales area in order to regularly behave as they do.

The only witness I need, of course, is a doctor who will be served a witness summons, once we all have a date for the trial, to make him give evidence on oath. He has to confirm, in an English court, this time, as to my fitness or not to stand trial considering the outstanding medical reports he made, for the South Wales Police, CPS and nine Cardiff Crown court Judges, that I have ‘significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour.

The 'Common Assault' Incident

In July 2010 a Derrick Hassan, HM court official and rumoured to be ex South Wales Police, refused to accept my handing him my ‘grounds', relating to an appeal to be sent onto The Royal Courts of Justice Criminal Court of Appeal.

Some considered this to be contrary to statute law and a ‘contempt of court' but who, in the precincts of that building, really gave a damn?

I therefore tucked the folded paper into his *** pocket only to violently shoved down the Crown Court steps, losing my stick and fracturing my ankle on the way.

Albeit only a chip fracture and severe wrench the exostoses, from some thirty year old flying accident, further impaired my already slow recovery from my terrifying experiences, the previous year, in the psychiatric clinic psychiatric prison, Bridgend. I, not the court official, was charged with ‘common assault'.

That ill fated flight, off a Dorset coast cliff, had all the classic ingredients of ‘running out of speed, height and ideas', ‘all at the same time'! We had been out testing an experimental hang glider trying to strap a chain saw engine and propeller to it to be one of the very first microlites in the West Country.

This machine gun was deliberately repainted back by the south Wales Police, as when I had it a year earlier, to try and fool the January 2010 Cardiff jury but then had to paint it back to silver , in the wrong shade, once I was acquitted on all charges! IPCC was pre warned of this, before it even happened, by me in 2009, from my psychiatric cell and still they fail to act. NO Wonder the organisation is a joke and needs abolishing.

District Judge John Charles immediately enforced section 36 of Youth and Justice Criminal evidence Act 1999 to protect HM Partnership leading to a farce of a hearing in November 2010 with the court appointed lawyer correctly refusing to cross examine as he had received no instructions!

The appeal date, in Bristol, is now to be fixed with the sentence having already been deliberately delayed for thirteen months. This was in order to maximise the effect of the conviction in refusing me bail and so release from Cardiff prison between 23^rd September and 1^st December 2011.

THIS IS WHAT THEY WISH TO HIDE, THE POLICE LETTER TO THE IPCC BASED IN, OF ALL PLACES, CARDIFF!

Meanwhile they swamp me with countless side issues and trivial court cases, anything to prejudice my 20 year running civil damages claim

I immediately return to Cardiff, to collect for the Criminal Court ofAppeal, the CPS promised 'draft part hand written District John Charles (wash your mouth out, Maurice), 'Restraining Order' admitted in the May jury trial to be still under the control of CPS barrister David Garreth Evans. To Late, he has been nobbled, someone has now, it appears, to have mislaid it, shredded, possibly, due to last week's witness statement, no doubt, made by an eyw witness in that court, to the duty Cardiff police sergeant, G Brown. CPS will ignore so there is preparation for a private prosecution as the CPS are sure to bury its audit trail via GEOamey Custodial Services, a joint defendant on the proposed indictment.

My new complaint, to another Sergeant, a Mr James, of this apparent loss of the very document actually shown to me in the cells on 1st December, never a 'restraining order', of Cardiff Magistrates, Crown Court and CPS all now denying its existance indicates, at least, some one is rattled.

Despite the trial judge, HHJ Curran, having ordered its recovery from Merthyr Tydfil CPS offices now this, typical of a days work in the Principality's capital.

Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice

I have had to visit your station several times, this week, with my witnesses who have travelled from a long way for little purpose.

Only one statement, so far, has been taken and I have seven witnesses still to go. They saw the part hand written draft ‘restraining order', the only one that came into my cell, get passed around between the CPS barrister, now admitting he still has it, District Judge John Charles, wash your mouth out, Maurice, who scribbled all over it with his fountain pen. The Clerk of the Court, Michael Williams, who later lied before the jury saying he saw the final version given to me in the corridor of the cell block, quickly having the cctv wiped after five GEOamey apes physically through me out of the building with my crutches thrown on top.

I have reason to believe the final restraining order was not even printed until the following day and you can prove it. The rough version, briefly shown to me, bares no relationship to the final version.

I came again on Friday to tell you this and that the CPS has now ‘mislaid it', knowing it being essential for the Criminal Court of Appeal. I told you I had just been to the Magistrates, yet again, who also deny having any record of the various drafts that were being bandied around the court while I was in the cell.

Are you going to examine, before further evidence is destroyed, the computers of David Gareth Evans, those of the clerk of the court and offices where, Exhibit One in the jury trial was date stamped 9^th December and palmed off a certified true copy?

I enclose yet another version they are trying to palm me off with and ask for an immediate investigation or else.
