Having been refused the right to apply for legal aid, eye witnesses, disclosure of custody records, the three prison officers who saw me arrest Mr Rogan in Cardiff prison, for withholding my passport on police orders, copy from any one of the seven CCTV cameras also recording the very hilarious event, my ‘conduct’ in the court below was just routine. . . I Cardiff criminal courts you are invariably denied your legal papers in the court room and if a prisoner you are not even allowed to take them off the prison wing. . . That day, in Cardiff’s Crown Court, before HHJ Crowther QC, I could neither see nor hear much of what was going as my hearing aid had been pinched from my cell, my glasses secreted in in my legal papers, at the foot of the court stairs, hoping to get at the file and compounded by the discomfort from temporary haemorrhoids caused by so much legal data having to be regularly stuffed up my rectum. . . I was was quickly stopped, more than once, by Their Lordships from enquiring as to what evidence of so called prisoner ‘conduct’ did the CPS refer and by whom did this HM barrister obtain such allegations if not from the South Wales Police? A touch of the re run, I thought, of Downing Street’s HM Privy Council/ RCVS Deja vu? This will be the next HM ‘cosey relationship’ within our South Wales Police/HM Judges/HM Crown Prosecution Service/HM Court and Tribunal Service needing to be quashed AND maybe, without even the need to cross the Severn Bridge! 16 02 04 RCJ note jugment 16 02 08 note taking CO042492014-Final Order His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, in my protracted actions against the South Wales Police for over 20 years of malicious prosecutions, has granted time for the production of further evidence of: An over arching course of conduct of police misfeasance in a public office My right in exposing Barbara Wilding’s ‘shoot to kill’ intention, following her clandestine 8th June 2009 Barry police station’s meeting, to have me registered MAPPA level 3 category 3, has been thwarted by His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC this week. The MAPPA meeting had consisted only of senior police management and her chief forensic psychiatrist, Dr Tegwyn Williams, with his psychiatric nurse, Ms Elizabeth Paul both of Caswell Clinic’s medium secure psychiatric unit housed in Glanrhydd Hospital, Bridgend, South Wales. The then Chief Constable had blackmailed Dr Tegwyn Williams to concoct NHS (Wales) medical reports to have her adversary in court, claiming damages, to be locked away, hopefully indefinitely, in Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital without any need for the ‘machine gun’ trial. Criminal Cases Review Commission receive more 'New Evidence' in Three Cardiff Crown Court Mis-trials

Breaking News ‘Breached’ Restraining Order never ever was served on their victim in the first place!--------- Their Lordships’ March 1013 judgment has been located to reveal, in paragraph 9, they were never aware of a ‘jury note’, as with the victim, specifically asking Judge Paul Thomas QC, on 4th May 2012, for 1st December 2011 Cardiff clerk of the court’s court file re ‘harassment of a doctor’ conviction.--------- . His Honour, apparently, in the police victim’s forced absence for urgent medical attention, was informed by the HM Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) there were no court records available relevant to the jury’s wishing to see proof after the gaoler had specifically admitted, but only on cross examination, Geoamy had no record either of any ‘service’ in the cells by them. So just who did then?---------. It has only just been established, via Bristol solicitors and the Criminal Cases Review Commission, when the latter seized the court file in February 2012, that there was no record at all in either the clerk’s contemporaneous notes or court log either.--------. Police records of their victim’s ‘gate arrest’, immediately after his 1st Dec 2011 release, show no evidence either of a ‘restraining order’ was ever served. Their blackmailed police psychiatrist, made to fabricate psychiatric reports to scupper their victim’s long running damages claims of police bullying, harassment, malicious prosecutions and false imprisonments, was soon sacked from NHS (Wales). Their victim has served six prison terms so far, over this, totalling well over three years of his life. . . Busy day for me, yesterday, in Parliament committee rooms- First there was 'child abuse' meeting and then 'whistle blower' almost a riot of over a hundred fearful followers and victims as persecuted 'whistle blowers'. Then, if not sublime to the ridiculous, in the very same room was NOMS with entourage including the new Justice Minister, Mr Michael Gove.......the discussion covered lawyer greed , would you believe? . . No Sabine K McNeil there, alas, of Victims Unite.com.etc . Please help as I am currently trawling through London lawyers again for forteen valid torts following yet another South Wales Police 'stitch up' for fear of their pensions. In a way the 'machine gun' case needed to have been lost as none of this then needed to be concocted. Role on the day for Welsh judicial autonomy and its own well deserved police force!

Applications today will be made for the transfer of all my outstanding court cases to be properly heard well out of South Wales, it being exactly what the Crown Prosecution (Wales) have done with me, in the past, when the 'truth' is even too embarrassing for that 'shower' of reject attorneys to stomach. Nothing New Under the Sun,

where the South Wales Police is Concerned!

Yesterday’s Recorder of Cardiff Crown Court hearing was squeezed in between Her Ladyship’s heavy and far more serious agenda than Chief Constable’s Peter Vaughan’s oh so predictable continuing harassment of one of their too fast ageing victim.

Since his predecessor, Barbara Wilding, signed her Dolmans solicitor’s fabricated affidavit, to hide what triggered or contributed to extreme bullying, the incident of her Chief Inspector Brian Genner’s daughter’s miscarriage all blamed on me, police HQ’s conduct lately has worsened.

The changing of the machine gun’s paintwork , just to try and fool the jury, may be one out standing incident for Peter Vaughan to now address or Cardiff Cabal’s refusal to even return all my lawfully held antique guns, to the value of £10,000, confiscated purely out of shear spite, may be another but while the stay on all ‘Kirk v South Wales Police’ is in place for, so far 99 witnesses having given evidence, this current ratchetting up of their multi facetted conspiracy will show us all, at least, ‘just what really goes on in our UK law courts’.

Yesterday, for example, if you get in to the public gallery it is designed that you hear little and while not being allowed supervised tape recording for your own use, unlike elsewhere your time there is almost futile.

If you are in the Dock then forget it as it is even worse even if handed an audio loop to use. Bullet proof glass meant, in one of my recent cases, that it became so ridiculous I pushed off to my cell to have a cup of tea and read the paper while they ‘got on with the verdict (already laid down by written instructions by the then recorder of Cardiff , HHJ Llewellyn Jones QC. In that case the District Judge, John Charles, ordered I was not allowed to cross examine anyone, not just the rogue psychiatrist and Caswell Clinic staff that sanctioned the fabricated paperwork to have me registered MAPPA level 3 to get shot.

I have to fight for my custody records but, sure enough, my passport was listed in my property but when I was ejected from the prison it was nowhere to be seen!

Why snatch your passport, my friends in the public gallery asked? Your legal papers from your prison cell is obvious and the blocking of access to lap top and CDs but why the passport, so unlawfully?

That is an easy answer

1. His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s 4^th September 2013 Judgment, staying ALL my civil proceedings against the South Wales Police, following their latest ‘knee jerk’ flair up of ‘activity’, to have me gaoled for the seventeenth time, since 2010, without achieving a conviction, means the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) has had to employ a barrister from outside the area. The Bristol based barrister’s task is to secure my next unlawful incarceration in South Wales signifies just how desperate the Cardiff Cabal is becoming.

2. Mark Davenport was a witness, earlier this year, to the South Wales Police having me arrested in Brittany, sectioned and locked up in a French psychiatric hospital. I only escaped further sectioning because a passing nurse, who looked after me two years earlier, recognised me and set the alarm bells ringing. I had been in Pontivy hospital for my hip replacement as my NHS Caswell Clinic diagnosed ‘significant brain damage’ excluded my being able to be operated anywhere in the UK. Further evidence of the ‘entante cordiale’ police ‘cross border’ conspiracy could only be gathered by my personal complaint to the French IPCC, in person.

3. Without my passport in my pocket I could be arrested again, snatched off the street, as ‘ non identifiable’ and sent back to Cardiff prison just as Cardiff police had been done before from the very same two police stations dealing with this current scenario.

4. Her Ladyship asked that I put into writing reasons why I needed all criminal cases to be heard well outside South Wales before considering the possibility of ordering put in writing

5. Her Ladyship asked that I put it in writing why my last year’s incarceration before dropped indictment , following two Caswell Clinic doctors lying to the police that I had been around to their home harassing them, was relevant to this present list of charges.

6. Easy, I thought to myself, it is my legal submission that last year’s conspiracy with the two doctors to jail me, without trial, IS within this court’s jurisdiction BUT more to the point, it is relevant to His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s civil stayed case. I might serve the full content of the hundred or so lever arch files of evidence during the 27^th Sept? proposed management hearing in order to finally get that jury promised me 20 years ago when I first started fighting this cess pit of evil in South Wales.

7. I was, incidentally, again refused a copy of my custody video as defendant interview, under caution, as it is so crucial, each time, to expose police conspiracy.

8. The exclusion of the video is the first positive indication of the CPS proposing to drop the charges as no judge in Wales will get you the proof of the conspiracy on depositions once the case is buried. It stinks, doesn’t it?

9. Often, just like in many of my previous cases, none of the relevant CCTV footage, under the care of the police/CPS/courts or ‘apparent ‘victim’ making the complaint appears to be disclosed, despite my demanding as soon as the hand cuffs clip on. Just as HHJ John Curran QC said to the 2012 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ jury, in reply to their note, for court and custody records and cell CCTV, ‘unavailable’! Deja Vu

Maurice Jailed Three Times in a Week Fourth Break in & Accused of Fraud

On 20th July 2013 I am just released after another night in police cells because of liar, MARK DAVENPORT, ringing police to block my getting into the flat for my legal papers required for the final day of my twenty year running damages claim against the South Wales Police.

After an hour in Cardiff Magistrates, before proper Cardiff magistrates for a change and not the usual District Judges, John Charles or Bodfan Jenkins, fundamental issues with the help of the Clerk of the Court were sorted out.

But DAVENPORT had switched off the electric and had changed the locks whilst employing staff who were drawing the dole to help him allow fly tipping on my land.

After I had heard the usual evasion of the truth and shouts of almost, "liar, liar, your pants are on fire", Her Majesty's Representative, as prosecutor believed be also from 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff, eventually was made to release, albeit far too late, my custody record including the video made under caution that will knock this new bit of trumped up nonsense right on the head.

Yes, Mr Kirk must be allowed to live at the flat, the court heard and what of the squatter in the shop below, was my reply?

At the end of proceedings I felt it only appropriate to recommend that the Madam Clerk of the Court to be o0ffered a position as an inquisitional judge, as under the laws of Code Napoleon in a court somewhere in Brittany.

Whilst the Cardiff Cabal continues to protect the rogue police doctor and the courts appearing protect the other ring leaders behind my twenty years of purgatory whilst resisting both extreme and unusual irregularities from those in positions of privilege the Cardiff courts will continue to have my most undivided attention.

Her Majesty's representative again misled the court concerning the outstanding matter of the rogue police psychiatrist.

The Caswell Clinic psychiatrist and his Cardiff Cabal are still maintaining, three years on from the MAPPA level 3 'machine gun' acquittal, that their victim is still 'medically unfit to plead or stand trial' when it so suits but not when circumstances are not helpful for them (see The Times On Line' comment below).

Meanwhile I remain diagnosed with 'irreversible significant brain damage' and possibly cancer that caused the current Defendant, in these current civil proceedings, on 2nd December 2009 Cardiff Crown Court, to recommend, via barrister Richard Thomlow of 9 Park Place Chambers , Cardiff, to recommend that I be incarcerated in High Security Psychiatric Hospital most likely for life.

NHS (Wales), at Caswell Clinic, are reliant on not just a brain scan interpreted by someone without the appropriate qualifications after using the wrong techniques but on its supporting documentation for the Cardiff court stating I have significant brain damage because:

1. I had been an old drinking partner of actor, Oliver Reed Esq

2. I had ditched my WW2 aircraft in the Caribbean and

3. had flown all the way to Australia without a map

This continuing bullying by the police and causing false imprisonments, just as with their refusing to release of my own 5 page victim statement following complaint, last year, by this same Caswell Clinic psychiatrist having had me locked up in prison for weeks following his latest fanciful delusions that I had been around to his home and harassed both he and a DR JANIS HILLIER I have never even met.

The release of these 13th July 13 custody records together with the video record of my 'Defence Statement', in rebuttal to an allegation of two common assaults on DAVENPORT and another, are needed as exhibits inTuesday's County Court hearing before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC on the final day of the first three of seven damages claims listed soon for a hearing.

On that 13th July 13 I was arrested by a PC Charles......"Any relation?", I asked the court.

And by 7.30pm on 19th July I am again arrested and with hand cuffs behind my back hauled into a police car with not even the right to have a road side breath test. Hang on here, I said, it was I that asked for police officers to attend this time!

I was also arrested just a few weeks ago whilst quietly parked on private property, on the pretext of 'drink drive' but with no moving traffic offence as their excuse.

In both these 'drink drive' incidents there was significant delay for over one hour before having to provide a specimen of breath!

The 2nd delay was one hour and thirty five minutes and was deliberate for senior officers, no doubt, to be contacted to set up another conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Remember, please, the numerous police incidents in the three current claims for damages contain three road side incidents recording positive specimen of breath taken but all zero within one hour of my arrests.

I am now told MARK DAVENPORT had reported me to police for fraudulently drawing up a falsely represented lease causing the severe banging on my door to occur recently and my camera to recording from my window, a 'paddy wagon' sitting patiently outside following my subsequent arrest.

Despite my repeated visits to Ely, Fairwater and Barry police stations, in an attempt to establish just what is going on and to file a statement of complaint, I am ignored.

I, Michael Murphy of The Old Police Station, Barry, confirm that the content of this, my statement, is true to the best of my belief.

Back in the mid 90s Mr Kirk had flown over my scrap yard, situated next to Barry harbour to identify his car lying there and then reported me to the police for theft.

A neighbour had previously arranged to have Mr Kirk’s car towed off private land to the rear of his veterinary hospital in Tynewydd Road, Barry and onto the adjacent public road.

Mr Button had then telephoned me to say that I was to remove the vehicle from the public highway but was to keep it for a minimum of fourteen days.

If by then it had not been recovered by the rightful owner then I was allowed to dispose of it as I pleased.

My twenty year running three month civil damage trial, for police bullying, trundles on again this week portraying my general incompetence and serious loss of 'short term memory'. THAT TV PROGRAMME ON GUERNSEY'S HOUSING LAWS

I had up to 40 itinerent hotel workers, primarily Englsh, Irish and a lot of Welsh, during the summer months, living in my house, all hard working and only needing a bed for the night.

Accommodation included tents in the garden , each with a television and even the occasional Transit or Thames van!

As for second hand cars and motor bikes I was selling them off my front lawn, like there was 'no tomorrow' and known under the name, which was on a big sign spread across the house as reading:

"Onest Harry"

"All Cars Guarrenteed to the End of the Drive"

I remember, once a week, at midnight , going around the skips, especially up in the 'Open Market' housing districts, of St Matins, featured on the film, and dragging out TVs , freezers and washing machines which often only needed a fuse in the plug to get them to work!

And, of course, there was the huge accumulation of house rubbish, blocked loos and vomit, all needing my personal attention at 6am on most days! I found a new use for wearing a long sleeve rectal glove.

And do you remember the Sunday night parties run on illicit houch? Well, not sure if legal but Ollie and Josephine Reed often arrived with an appropriate bottle tucked under his arm.

Drinking was not allowed on Sundays so pubs were closed and only residents of hotels and the locals, at home, were allowed alcohol to pass their lips. This was the reason for my riotous Sunday night parties, run on two dustbins full of home made beer, brewed to twice the strength and sold at half price!

The island's housing census, hotel inspectors and planning inspectors proved to be a slight irritation but the 'Insular Authorities' had already shown their venom on so many honest Brits, just wishing to come to the Channel Islands to work. So well portrayed during the German occupation was their true conduct, below the thin veneer to impress incoming millionaires, many known, openly, to be drug dealers, insider dealers and what had most angry ...Guernsey was known as an IRA 'safe house'.

Harassment and bullying was what the police did as soon as I set foot on that island to work with an old college mate and exactly what the South Wales Police set about duplicating the moment I crossed the Seven Bridge in 1992

As for their small minded incestous environment, run by no more than some two hundred inbred famillies across the Channel Islands, where nepotism totally dominated 'Noddy Land', this weekly income of mine needed to be maintained as expensive boarding schools needed to be paid for back in the UK

Some £1,500 in cash, in the hand, on a Friday night for rental, some five or six cars sold and a half dozen or so kitchen appliances sold, minimum, every week and there was the rental of motor bikes, I almost forgot, meant, with my veterinary income the authorites were determined to quash, life was'nt so bad at %10 fixed rate income tax, quietly arranged with one of my many English born 'supporters' in the Tax Office senior management!

As for the huge accumulation of rubbish I had dug a 'gurt hole' in the garden, while applying to build a nuclear fall-out shelter and sold the top soil, burnt and burried the rest while advertising in the Island's news paper remaining space for 'time share nuclear fall out shelter' and actually received genuine replies!

Just as with the Welsh police I was regularly prosecuted for trumped up criminal charges and jailed not less than twenty one times despite a 75 % success rate in the so called 'Norman Law' courts with no appreciation on the word. 'disclosure of evidence or the phrase, 'human rights'.

Before I beat them in their own 'Royal Court' to get an essential worker's housing licence I bought a 60 ft French tunny boat, in Brittany, ran her up St Samson's harbour beach, exactly to the minute on the highest Spring tide, openend the 'sea cocks' for three feet of sea water to flood into the fish hold, bought 200 yards of electric cable and ran it throgh the water to the 'fishman's frre elctricity source and squatted for two years.

As for being prosecuted for housing essential wokers who were not guernsey born I dressed appropriately for that to watch the trial collapse in ridule and ignimoy, every thing they deserved for what they did in the War or didn't do.

DeVic Carey , the prosecutor featuring in the film had a grandfather who was Bailiff during the 2nd World War.

Sir Winston Churchill wanted the traitor to be hanged but lost the General Election and so Atlee had him knighted, instead.

Entering, suitably dressed for a Guernsey Magistrates hearing, that later collapsed in farce.

I was charged over their iniquitous under hand methods of administering their housing laws. I was the only one prosecuted who had failed to fill in the Island's census form...I think I was away that day!

During my regular incarcerations in their1811 prison the police made full use of the opportunity and often raided my surgery, in the early ours of the morning , Nazi style, with a sledge hammer and crow bar, (Deja Vu?) to break into each bed room if the terified occupant would not unlock the door.

I recall one such English lady, a Marianne Fanshawe, who refused to open the door. So the police swung the sledge and smashed the panel door in sufficient for her to be able to crawl out on her hands and knees and stand to recieve a summons.

The point is that neither the police Caswell Clinic psychiatrist nor psychologist Professor Wood are medically qualified to interpret a CT brain scan as that is the role of the neuro-radiologist who has training and qualifications so to do.

All the neuro radiologists that examined the scans contradict the psychiatrist’s findings but still he went ahead and applied that I be sectioned IPP to Ashworth, ‘imprisonment for public protection’ with the full support of MAPPA

On 2^nd December 2009 in Cardiff Crown Court the prosecution, police psychiatrist and court of were all in receipt of my privately funded specialist report faxed the day before. Only achievedm incidentally, by the quick thinking Walter Sweeney, ex MP for the Vale of Glamorgan and his lovely wife, Nuala, a leading consultant radioligist in South East Yorkshire.

However, there is the built in provision in the Act that you cannot be prosecuted 'for a course of conduct' when attempting 'to prevent or detect (further ) crime'.....the very purpose of distributed WANTED posters. A further procaution was taken to get no less than severn police officers to examine the posters for adverse comment whilst they were being distributed. The CPS, on 1st December, produced various drafts of a 'Restraining Order' producing the following but still not disclosing the one now needed, of course, for the Criminal Court of Appeal, very shortly, the part hand written draft brought waved under my nose, in my cell, by that GEOamey guard, the lying little Lee Barker who's statement completely contradicted that of the only other tamed witness in a corridoe of six eager on lookers!

THE 1997 HARASSMENT ACT is a typically knee jerk written piece of legislation, of the Blair era, now being abused just to lock up those exposing the crimes going on daily in our welsh law courts.

Anticipating the continuing conduct of the Welsh courts, to protect their very own NHS's conduct in a similar manner to the way they had so far protected their police force, irrespective of the facts, I quietly lobbed into their cess pit of deceipt, rather like a Mills bomb into the mill pool for trout, a petty debt £840 claim for bus fares and time wasted, travelling backwards and forwards countless times to Caswell Clinic, when originally promised my medical records used on 2nd December 09 to have me sent to Ashworth. That claim, as predicted, to prevent the doctor having the risk of committing perjury, was settled out of court to the cost to the tax payer well in excess of £20,000.

There then followed the substantive claims before the final one due on 30th January 2013 at the hearingr to consolidate with the eight or so police claims:

At my 20^th December 2012 magistrate’s application, to be able to see my South Wales doctor, this 13^th December Morgan Cole document was, without me knowing, already with both District Judge Bodfan Jenkins and CPS Mr Dicken, the latter summoned to represent Her Majesty.

All four parties, the NHS, the protected rogue doctor, scheming judge and bewildered CPS ALL blocked the progress of the case by pre arranging yet another adjournment, a game they have played now for over a year…...anything to cover up the truth.

Like wise, Bodfan Jenkins, an old hand at perverting the course of justice, held back the clerk of the court’s notes of the May 12 ‘shooting walking stick’ hearing following my repeated attempts to have my totally legal property returned by the police following their 2009 ‘machine gun’ house raid fiasco.

The case was adjourned, far too embarrassing for a public arena. My medical care will have wait until their conclusion at 22^nd January hearing!!!…….. come, witness and inhale their stench

The ‘walking stick shot gun case lingers on a ‘case stated’ application forcing the same judge to release the court’s notes indicating it had statements from both police and my then wife , none of which I knew about during the 2010 ‘machine gun’ jury trial, indicating a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice

So what? The South Wales Police are past masters at distorting the truth.

Letter to GMC:

I emphasize that in writing my psychiatric reports Dr ******** was unduly influenced by the South Wales Police to report that I was suffering mental health problems resulting from ‘significant’ brain damage and that in coming to such a conclusion Dr ******** deliberately ignored reports from properly qualified radiologists stating that my brain scan was normal for a man of my age.

Instead the doctor sought out the advice of a clinical psychologist researcher who was not qualified to interpret such scans (and who was not made aware of the radiologists reports) and then moved beyond even this advice to tell numerous courts on the basis of no evidence whatsoever that I had suspected brain cancer.

There is an outstanding civil damages claim surrounding police operation, ‘Operation Chalice’ and a ‘machine gun’ I once owned attached to my aircraft. The armed police raid, backed by helicopter, on the marital home on 22^nd June 2009, marked the date of our marital separation. Witnesses present are reluctant to disclose any information always needed. That includes witness identification, copy of all statements taken and substance of all conversations and how and when the house search was carried out etc My daughter was again at risk, under police code name ‘Operation Orchid’, to ‘snatch her by Social Services. It is MAPPA and a rogue forensic psychiatrist that caused, if you wish to believe a word of it, added reasons given and accepted in court, as to why I was not to be released for nearly eight months and in return sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

The case relates to a purported ‘shooting walking stick shot gun’ obtained by the police, nearly a year later, from the marital home, during my January 2010 ‘machine gun’ trial at Cardiff but with no witness statements taken. None of this information came to my notice until three years later and only by my court applications to make the police disclose relevant evidence.

South Wales Police cross to England to influence a witness that has caused my name being removed from the veterinary register and receive a criminal conviction.

. 2nd Nov 2010 conviction of common assault fabricated to use to oppose bail over a two year period only for it to be then withdrawn police never ever having intended to fight my appeal as the two year use of successfully opposing my bail had served its purpose..

False imprisonment re 2^nd allegation of Breach of a Restraining Order from approx 21st Sept 2012 imprisonment for nearly 3 months on evidence later withdrawn as the police knew full well my action to fax a pre action protocol draft witness summons to Caswell Clinic was lawful.

My request for the MAPPA fabricated withheld medical evidence, used by police, CPS and rogue doctor, to apply for my transfer to Ashworth Psychiatric prison on 2nd Dec 2009, requires immediate disclosure in order I may apply to be put back on the veterinary register and for me to be eligible to update my professional flying licences.

This site and radio broad cast are likely to also broad cast, shortly, the taped telephoned messages, I did not realise were being taken at the time, of me trying to get urgent messages out of Cardiff Prison to my friends, relations and fellow Mackenzie Friends. South Wales Police/MAPPA and opposing civil solictiors, Dolmans, for the imminent three month damages trial, were assisting in my mail being diverted, in or out and or delayed while awaiting a couple of trials and further allegations re Restaining Order were being concocted.

Anything to black mail me into confiding in a local Welsh lawyrer.

Sometimes ten prisoners or more would be queueing for one or two phones that worked , mainly only available out of office hours with only 30 minutes or as much as an hour , some days, to reach the head of the queue.

I was not there because I had a medical note, as not fit, following my being recently knocked unconscious, I was told, in the street anf finishing up in hospital.

Mr Justice Beatson not only ignored the medical certificate, appeared to lose his temper lost his temper, as neither party was present and struck out the application as totally wuithout merit.

He, as with well over one hundred before him in the RCJ, I had witnessed had done, had expedited it in nano seconds.

Ah, but he linked his decision to my other JR outstanding application over the ridiculous harassment hearings and CPS fiddled Crown Court appeal.

Thursday was spent running around the RCJ between Admin courts and Criminaal Court of Appeal slowly unravelling the conspiracy,still cooking, to have me and my helpersw eliminated.

Just what will the Principality consider next in order to protect their errant NHS forensic psychiatrists and thoroughly corrupt judiciary?

Drafting of the R/O audit trail clearly indicates
there was no such final document in existence at the ‘lunch time', as confirmed
by both court and custody logs, when clerk of the court hid in an empty adjacent
cell to ‘observe' security guard unlock and enter my cell to obtain my ‘opinion'
of a partly hand written document, seen by my gallery witnesses, being written
by the presiding judge and to be returned to the CPS with my comments.

The 2nd May 2012 ending jury trial GROUNDS [Breach of Restraining Order] carried almost identical 'grounds', with respects to ''abuse of process', as in the JR 'grounds' for the original magistrates' ending 1st December 2011 hearing [Harassment conviction] and appeaL ending on 2nd March 2012 .

Mr Justice MacDuff's helpful statement in single judgment indicates same
