While South Wales Police withhold my passport (CONTRARY TO RECORDER OF CARDIFF's EXPRESS ORDERS TO THE CONTRARY), to prevent my preparing for their on-going civil damages trial and Cardiff Prison refuses legal visits, visits from my witnesses, family and helpers while seizing my legal papers and best clothes when they ejected me from the prison for the ambulance.

Only South Wales Police & Cardiff Prison knew I was booked for a 10th Sept 2013 independent prison psychiatric examination with a brain scan from a Dr Seeley, level 12 forensic psychiatrist, who had already supplied the courts, police and me with a written July 2009 report along with Dr Gaynor Jones's favourable report, both on my DOWNLOADS, with both contradicting the 3rd August 2009 MAPPA level 3 report concocted by the Chief Constable, Barbara Wilding and rogue Caswell Clinic police blackmailed psychiatrist who I am not allowed to name.

On 7th August 2009 His Honour Judge Llewellyn Jones QC then had me sectioned 35, under 1983 Mental Health Act, to be incarcerated to Caswell Clinic Prison with out having even been examined by the signatory to the psychiatric report!

HHJ Llewellyn Jones QC went on to gaol me for a month for 'contempt of court', in July 2010, following HHJ Nicholas Cooke having deliberately lied to me when promising me the release to me and clarification of the facts contained in Dr ****** ********/Professor Rodger Woood (Swansea University)/Chief Constable's conspiratorial documents concocted before the 7th June 09 Barry Police Station MAPPA level 3 minutes. Leaked minutes, from another source, record I was 'likely to be shot' (lawfully) if I approached Barbara Wilding as I had done, at her private office, in the inner sanctum of Police HQ, Bridgend just days later.

[On 18th June 2009 I has surrounded by tin hatted police sporting flack jackets, studded with stun grenades whilst brandishing sub machine guns but too many CCTV cameras and members of the general public saved my life].

HHJ Llewellyn- Jones QC then, on 14th November 2011, in order to further cover up the MAPPA/machine gun conspiracy, only orchestrated to halt my police damages claims needing over 300 witnesses, continued to allow the blackmail of the Caswell Clinic psychiatrist and immunity to prosecution.

HHJ Llewellyn- Jones QC sent sealed written orders, as Recorder of Cardiff, to District Judge John Charles, to block my right, on 1st Dec 11 'harassment of Dr' trial, to cross examine, call witnesses or even see the prosecution exhibits! Orders contained therein indicate also how the CPS barrister, David Gareth Evans, was to pretend I was to be served a completed typed Restraining Order, in the cells below, so I would breach it.

4th May 12 jury, for that proposed offence and in my forced absence, asked the bloody obvious question, to see cell and corridor CCTV and court and custody records, if such a 'service' of a court document had ever occurred.

HHJ John Curran QC quickly lied to the jury by saying none was 'available' having clearly been told I was, by then back in the Cardiff prison being attended by a doctor and team of nurses.

HHJ Paul Thomas QC knew bloody well the decommissioned WW1 Lewis machine gun, in Jan 2010 trial, to get me a 10 year mandatory prison sentence, had been painted silver from black by an aircraft engineer, after I had sold the DH2 aircraft to the Lincolnshire museum after she flew at the 2000 Farnborough Air Show.

HHJ Paul Thomas QC and prosecution witnesses from the two museums, bought from and sold to, all knew that I knew that they knew that I knew the police had painted it back to 'all black' to try and fool the jury.

Cardiff Crown Court Hearing 17th Sept 2013

I am out of Wales at last and staying in England as it is currently far too dangerous to return to that place.

Return I will, whether I like it or not but leaving as little a 'carbon foot print' as possible while I try to dispose of any remaining nonsense so regularly metered out by those embittered incestuous bunch of evil bstds that seem to run the place.

I just cannot face any more from such a sick environment dominated by their very own administration based on unabated inherent deceit and driven by avarice knowing they are answerable; it seems, to no one.

Outstanding Issues

1. Police Caswell Clinic Dr / MAPPA level 3/ Attempt to Kill / Machine Gun conspiracy cases are now priority for publicity in England over this routine abuse of process achieved by the continuing ‘cover-ups’ by NHS (Wales), GMC (Wales), IPCC (Wales), HM Cardiff Prison & HMCS (Wales) and controlled by a an Assembly paranoid in getting 'self rule'.

2. This week, for example, I was 'shown the door' from a Cardiff solicitor's office, Declan somebody, for a ridiculous reason but meaning I was not going to get 'his services'. He was my 81st specialist lawyer now I or my past secretary has approached to act in any of my criminal or civil cases initiated, by the way, either by the bullying South Wales Police or equally corrupt Crown Prosecution Service (Wales), a major player in their oiling of the tax payer funded ‘gravy train’.

3. I am today preparing a 'position statement' for my stayed civil damages South Wales Police trial and will speak late today as to dates, times and places of recent police multiple arrests and imprisonments etc but my memory is deteriorating fast.

4. Police disclosure issues, outstanding, are also now most urgent before they are also shredded.

There is now a real risk for my current criminal proceedings being dropped following Cardiff police refusing to investigate an English bailiff being seriously assaulted by squatters.

They were conducting a lawful eviction in Ely on the very same premises of my laughed out of court 1995 criminal offence allegations and 1995 drug boy friend of purported miscarriage police officer's daughter.

What this really means is both police and CPS CCTV footage and documents will now be quickly gathered and shredded, just like it has been every year since 1992 when a conspiracy has gone ‘pear shaped’. Anything to cover up the continuing exposure of extreme police harassment that started, actually, in the very same Cardiff building and triggered by a routine Guernsey police phone call over my arrest for stealing my own motor bike! My apparent causing of ex Chief Inspector Brian Jenner's daughter's miscarriage was the main cause of my last 20years of misery but this fact only came to light during this summer from her boy friend’s evidence in the ninety nine witness three month trial not yet ended.

This CCTV, MG 5/6/11s, S9s etc evidence, as with 2012 'Breach of Restraining Order' jury request for obvious disclosure of court and custody records, are all needed for yet another damages claim with all docs now urgently needed for HMJ Llewellyn QC to witness the continuing harassment by police, CPS,HMCS and others in the Cardiff Cabal, to prejudice the 20 year running civil trial by diluting truth.

5. I enclose a July 2010 Luigi Stranati Area Manager letter, obviously back dated, to try and cover up their disgusting day to day conspiracies and in order to have me struck off the veterinary register. I have never seen the July 09 letter before nor known about it. [Prison has seized my copy of Luigi's letter, along with my legal papers that were in my prison cell further proving conspiracy their futile nefarious conduct.

I was only handed it by the court manager during my arrest, with this week for entering Cardiff Crown Court to apply for legal aid as no solicitor, in Cardiff.

The content of the letter stinks and is clearly 'ultra vires' which just about sums up the Cardiff Cabal still plotting to have me registered as a ‘vexatious litigant.

6. I am also frantic to get back to France as my airfield, in Dinan, have now towed my car away, full of papers, for not returning in time as promised.

Both police and HMP Cardiff deny, before witnesses, having either my legal papers or my new passport despite CCTV footage from police foyers and HM prison C Wings recording I was without either when refused my right to return to collect my things from my prison cell (labelled ‘HIGH RISK’) but, instead, bodily carried by prison officers from the landing and thrown out of the front gate onto the grass.

I am now into my 3rd day in Bristol trawling for solicitors to do any of my work at all, civil or criminal. At least 12 law firms, so far, have not even returned a phone call following my convoluted routes all over the city

One played the usual games, to get my defence for the police, without accepting their firms names to go on court record.....is there nothing new under the sun?

Bristol Crown Court refuse to have any of my criminal cases transferred to them from Cardiff so just how did the CPS manage it, on my last nonsense 'common assault' allegation when I was pushed down Cardiff Crown court steps, on walking sticks, by an ex police bully, Derrick Hasan, who broke my leg?

My lingering in Wales, these past years, was in the hope of seeing my daughter but that is clearly not to happen.

For nearly a year the HM Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) have refused to disclose the depositions prepared for last November's aborted trial by jury containing two Caswell Clinic police psychiatrists victim statements that thst I visited their home and harassed them when I have no idea wher they live or desire to know! I was kept in both Cardiff and Bristol prisons for weeks and weeks while the South Wales Police knew, full well, I have never harassed any doctor in my life and the guilty parties were asked, by senior police, to make up a story to further delay the civil trial while a sequence of break -ins could bee arranged, with my cars and property, to steal my carefully stored exhibits, over the past 20 years or so,

While both psychiatrists are feigning illness, for another year of sick leave due to my 'harassment' they are grossing another £300,000 before private work is considered. Couple that with the money dished out to NHS lawyers, to protect their investment, with no effective accountability and it is ALLYOUR MONEY!

Draft Restraining Order Found!!

The 1^st December 11 draft restraining order, re harassment conviction of an unusual police psychiatrist, hand written by District Judge John Charles, was mysteriously suddenly found yesterday in Cardiff magistrates in a hearing denied the usual press coverage.

Produced by Barrister David Gareth Evans first complaining I had assaulted him during by my private person’s arrest for his continuing abuse of his position as Her Majesty whilst prosecuting in a UK British Court this revelation is a break through to go back to Lord Leveson at the Criminal Court of Appeal.

My 23^rd April 2013 arrest of this lawyer, carried out following indication the South Wales Police would not investigate on my behalf, as to how this HM Crown Prosecutor, David Gareth Evans of 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff, had clearly perverted the course of justice AND the offence is still on going. when he originally watched NHS (Wales) doctor, the complainant in the original harassment summary hearing, have me registered his mental patient simply so he could not be cross examined by me!

I politely warned the visiting district judge, a Mr Layton, believed to be from outside Wales, that until this doctor and those hell bent in conspiring with him, to have me either shot or incarcerated for life, by blocking the GMC from intervening, then he would being seeing a lot of me in his courts as each new charge is fabricated.

It all stinks, doesn’t it? But what is new under the sun where UK law courts are concerned?

This now disclosed draft restraining order has been deliberately withheld from me, not just for my countless failed bail applications but my 1st March 12 Cardiff Crown Court of Appeal against imprisonment, the 4^th May 12 jury trial, for being in breach of it with a further vindictive stretch of imprisonment when I was never served with a restraining order in the first place1

Even my 2013 Criminal Court of Appeal applications, before Lord Leveson et al and my current Judicial Review application, again blocked by the HM Cardiff Cabal, for this very court hearing to be adjourned, is a scandal in itself.

Both HM Court Service and HM Crown Prosecution Service had previously deniedall knowledge’ of such a hand written document which now only leaves the one, unless this was this one that my human rights workers saw being brought back from the cells, on 1^st December 2011, following my refusal to read it yet alone approve of it?

Yesterday's conspiracy, with an empty public gallery, unfolded further by the ‘finding’ of another draft version actually stapled to it!!!!!

This version, with no hand writing on it, other than my own made in the 4^th May 12 Cardiff Crown Court dock, was the ‘draft’ the very minute Evans had produced it from ‘out of a hat’. It followed the judge’s order, the day before, to ‘go find it’. [This followed Evans’ admission that he may need to be Mr Kirk’s defence witness as the ‘hand written draft’ was still up in his Merthyr Tydfil CPS office.

Despite admitting the day before, before both the trial judge Curran QC, my friends in the public gallery and Mackenzie Friend in the dock, he had a typed a version, he had handed this same one, now in the 2013 Cardiff magistrates court, to District Judge John Charles, on 1^st Dec 11 to promptly scrawl all over it with his fountain pen, to ‘beef it up’, before ordering it be taken down to the cells for my so called ‘approval’.

The apparent criminal conduct of barrister Ms Anthony, from Middle Temple, London, was possibly worse, shipped in to give the impression of ‘no bias’ or real risk of bias, when I was refused the right to have the case heard outside South Wales.

Ms Anthony repeatedly mislead the court by telling the also ‘shipped in’ district judge, ‘there was nothing on file’, at Cardiff CPS HQ and that there was no letter or telephone CPS record from either my Bristol based solicitors or Cardiff based barrister for basic or section 8 disclosure.......

.....the bl**dy lying little b*tch or was she simply lied to by Cardiff CPS? Either way, she had a duty to the court first.

This very abuse is rife now in Cardiff courts and no doubt, elsewhere and is the major reason why the once revered UK adversarial system, a solicitor implanted between client and court advocate, is so strongly fought to be maintained?

For after over forty years of experience in London's Royal Courts of Justice, Taunton, Hampshire, Guernsey and Jersey, time and time again, I have witnessed barristers lying, through their back teeth, on oath or appearing to lie, as the little game is to keep the judge sweet and not compromised while their bank balances continue to swell.

[Despite my personal experience I still strongly support the basic principle of a solicitor needing to put up with the, oh so often, awkward client and all his irrelevancies leaving the barrister to remain uncluttered with the job in hand and not with the baggage some clients bring along to the table!].

[ I fear still further break down of our judicial system, shortly, as more and more litigants in person (LiPs) are forced to conduct their own cases so often bringing mayhem to an already mysterious system based on discretion and not, apparently, the rule of law.]

1. the instructing solicitor gathers the evidence and prepares the case for the Crown

2. the solicitor, in this case HM Crown Prosecution Service, Cardiff, hands the file to the barrister often on his or her arrival, usually by train, at court

3. this is where it all gets rather murky. A need to know basis is the art behind good advocacy .

4. In yesterday's trial for example, just as in my recent three month civil action against the police, when ever the prosecuting barrister (or defence barrister) is asked something he or she already knows the truth over some fact or other but body language, hand signals and facial expressions etc. come into play. such communication of information, not recorded on tape or clerk of court written record, between the thee players, the judge, the barrister and team of instructing solicitors sitting quietly behind can so often go unnoticed by the unsuspecting client in the dock!

5. Yesterday was a classic, for example, over reasons why the case should obviously been adjourned. Time and time again it was obvious her replies were because she had been either withheld information, as to my numerous attempts to have relevant documents to be disclosed or she already knew.

BUT did she know that or was she told 'don't ask'?

6. This Swansea visiting barrister may have left the court with unblemished character but both Mackenzie Friend and myself may well think otherwise.

Having suffered more than twenty years of this kind of inherent deceit in Cardiff law courts I promptly summoned my barrister who, by sheer coincidence, was just outside the door 0f Number 2 magistrates court and to come in and told both judge and bent barristers, the truth. [Evans stated he had never seen the prosecution's CCTV footage]

Not only had my barrister written to the Cardiff CPS, for obviously needed disclosure, on my behalf but his letter to me was up on my website, with his permission, he having also made numerous telephone calls to both CPS HQ and CPS lawyer, Tony Dicken, re my one million pound damages claim against the NHS (Wales) forensic psychiatrist.

CPS barrister Richard Tohmlow had already applied to His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC that I be incarcerated in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, for life, as medical reports stated I suffered ‘significant brain damage’, a possible brain tumour when diagnosed with 'paranoid delusional disorder' in that I believed the South Wales police were persecuting me. Well, "perish the thought"!.

Incidentally neither the Cardiff judge nor the CPS ever notified me I was registered MAPPA level 3, one from the top 5% most dangerous still breathing in the UK

With both Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable and the rogue doctor, in clandestine Caswell Clinic multiple meetings, having me registered MAPPA level 3 and jailed for trading in illicit machine guns, just what will the cabal dream up next, I wonder?

My barrister went on to say, to an unusually listening judge for Cardiff, that the civil action was seriously entwined with these criminal proceedings and needing the basic ‘disclosure’ for both of the South Wales Police conspiracy, hatched as far back as May 1993, as the on going three month trial has just proved, to block my seven damages claims, against them, due my being bullied with malicious prosecutions, false imprisonments and refusal to investigate crime on my behalf.

This caused adjournment and lengthy telephone calls by the London barrister to those in Cardiff’s CPS who, of course, should have been in court from the start with all the answers and so face the ‘music’.

Just another example as to why my tape recording of the court proceedings was not allowed, needed as we no longer have a ‘free press’ and because our British legal fraternity are still privileged to be allowed such a perverse adversarial system, too often before our very eyes, riddled with criminal conspiracies, such as what yesterday’s hearing exposed and remaining unpunished.

The visiting judge ordered the production of the unsealed 'brown envelope', as well, with secret orders to the 1st Dec 11 district judge from His honour judge Llewellyn Jones QC, inadvertently slipped out of the Cardiff cabal's hoard of embarrassing docs, amongst HM Court Service clerk of the court records, asked for and denied to my May 12 jury.

The Cardiff Crown Court, shortly, will willingly, no doubt, have it produced to crush my many recent convictions, in the name of so called 'justice' now the author has retired.

Clearly, yet another set of criminal proceedings must be instigated somehow while this current matter is on a deliberately delayed Cardiff Crown Court appeal, like last time, in order to force the Cardiff cabal to give disclosure of simple public documents.

It appears, as I pleaded to the visiting judge to intervene, to be the only way to have my erroneous Caswell Clinic Prison, Bridgend, medical records totally expunged and for the culprits to be sent to prison.

Early on in yesterday's proceedings I recommended to the court some sort of restraint order aught to be handed down, which I would eagerly agree to, in that I had no wish to approach or arrest this crook, again, as I was filing private prosecution papers, anyway, as my complaint to the Bar Council, sent out from the prison had achieved the expected.

If and when I receive any restraining order it will join my appeal already lodged at Cardiff Crown Court asking, again, for an outside police force, to investigate the widespread unchecked corruption throughout so many performing in South Wales law courts.

Just been tipped off the cabal are up to having me sectioned 42 as a 'vexatious litigant' again, with the aid of the bottomless pockets of the British tax payer.

I contacted Steven Parry on the telephone at his home address, recently but he denied being a police officer.

I therefore informed the court of just some of my obvious intentions over him, a Barbara Wilding, past Chief Constable and Defendant in this case and a certain forensic psychiatrist who also can be found, for service of a witness summons, in the same area on the outskirts of Bridgend.

For a bit of fun, yesterday, I rang the police direct, as several serving police on cross examination had told the Cardiff court they had ‘no idea’ or ever ‘heard of’ a detective called Steve Parry.

The lady on the other end of the 101 call was so apologetic as, apparently, Detective Inspector Steve Parry had just started his ‘extended leave’ and was therefore unavailable.

Statement of Truth

I, XXXX XXXXXXXX, confirm that the content of this, my statement, is true to the best of my belief and will say:

1. I was employed by Mr Kirk in the early 90s as a veterinary receptionist and worked in both his Llantwit Major, Burial Lane and Caerau, Cardiff veterinary surgeries.

2. I was a witness, in mid 1993, to the police, in force, come to his adjacent flat to the surgery when he had complained of being assaulted by ‘squatters’, had forced entry into the dwelling and were now refusing to leave.

3. I was also aware the Mr Kirk purchased one Kg of sulphur in order to deter their re entry for the next few days.

4. But later, during 1993/94, I witnessed the burglary damage of his Llantwit surgery and heard him complaining that the police refused, on each occasion, to even visit the ‘scene of crimes’ and investigate.

5. I waited a long time on both occasions but no police ever arrived.

6. On one occasion Mr Kirk had to eventually have a builder, a Mr Fairman, travel from Barry to make the smashed door secure as many dangerous drugs were in the surgery.

7. I was also aware of his Citroen car that had been vandalised, (smashed windscreen or burnt out?) parked at the back of his Barry surgery with the police, again, refusing to investigate at all.

8. I attended Barry magistrates, on Mr Kirk’s instructions, as no one was likely to recognise me as a new member of his staff. I witnessed lots of police kept waiting as Mr Kirk had suffered a motor cycle accident and was in Bridgend hospital.

9. The case continued without him despite his secretary having contacted the court with the relevant information.

10. I heard in the court the police speaking to the prosecutor and saying, ‘we are eventually going to get the b std’.

11. I signed a sworn affidavit, for Mr Kirk's Appeal in London and attended the subsequent Crown Court hearing tin Cardiff.

So far in this trial at least four police and ex police under cross examination , working in the Vale at around the relevant times, do not know or heard of a Detective Inspector Stephen Parry, currently at Barry police station. I have had over two months, so far, of this sort of deceit and I am going to do something about it.

The point is that neither the police Caswell Clinic psychiatrist nor psychologist Professor Wood are medically qualified to interpret a CT brain scan as that is the role of the neuro-radiologist who has training and qualifications so to do.

All the neuro radiologists that examined the scans contradict the psychiatrist’s findings but still he went ahead and applied that I be sectioned IPP to Ashworth, ‘imprisonment for public protection’ with the full support of MAPPA

On 2^nd December 2009 in Cardiff Crown Court the prosecution, police psychiatrist and court of were all in receipt of my privately funded specialist report faxed the day before. Only achievedm incidentally, by the quick thinking Walter Sweeney, ex MP for the Vale of Glamorgan and his lovely wife, Nuala, a leading consultant radioligist in South East Yorkshire.

However, there is the built in provision in the Act that you cannot be prosecuted 'for a course of conduct' when attempting 'to prevent or detect (further ) crime'.....the very purpose of distributed WANTED posters. The CPS, on 1st December, produced various drafts of a 'Restraining Order' producing the following but still not disclosing the one now needed, of course, for the Criminal Court of Appeal, very shortly, the part hand written draft brought waved under my nose, in my cell, by that GEOamey guard, the lying little Lee Barker who's statement completely contradicted that of the only other tamed witness in a corridoe of six eager on lookers!

THE 1997 HARASSMENT ACT is a typically knee jerk written piece of legislation, of the Blair era, now being abused just to lock up those exposing the crimes going on daily in our welsh law courts.

Anticipating the continuing conduct of the Welsh courts, to protect their very own NHS's conduct in a similar manner to the way they had so far protected their police force, irrespective of the facts, I quietly lobbed into their cess pit of deceipt, rather like a Mills bomb into the mill pool for trout, a petty debt £840 claim for bus fares and time wasted, travelling backwards and forwards countless times to Caswell Clinic, when originally promised my medical records used on 2nd December 09 to have me sent to Ashworth. That claim, as predicted, to prevent the doctor having the risk of committing perjury, was settled out of court to the cost to the tax payer well in excess of £20,000.

There then followed the substantive claims before the final one due on 30th January 2013 at the hearingr to consolidate with the eight or so police claims:

At my 20^th December 2012 magistrate’s application, to be able to see my South Wales doctor, this 13^th December Morgan Cole document was, without me knowing, already with both District Judge Bodfan Jenkins and CPS Mr Dicken, the latter summoned to represent Her Majesty.

All four parties, the NHS, the protected rogue doctor, scheming judge and bewildered CPS ALL blocked the progress of the case by pre arranging yet another adjournment, a game they have played now for over a year…...anything to cover up the truth.

Like wise, Bodfan Jenkins, an old hand at perverting the course of justice, held back the clerk of the court’s notes of the May 12 ‘shooting walking stick’ hearing following my repeated attempts to have my totally legal property returned by the police following their 2009 ‘machine gun’ house raid fiasco.

The case was adjourned, far too embarrassing for a public arena. My medical care will have wait until their conclusion at 22^nd January hearing!!!…….. come, witness and inhale their stench

The ‘walking stick shot gun case lingers on a ‘case stated’ application forcing the same judge to release the court’s notes indicating it had statements from both police and my then wife , none of which I knew about during the 2010 ‘machine gun’ jury trial, indicating a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice

So what? The South Wales Police are past masters at distorting the truth.

Letter to GMC:

I emphasize that in writing my psychiatric reports Dr ******** was unduly influenced by the South Wales Police to report that I was suffering mental health problems resulting from ‘significant’ brain damage and that in coming to such a conclusion Dr ******** deliberately ignored reports from properly qualified radiologists stating that my brain scan was normal for a man of my age.

Instead the doctor sought out the advice of a clinical psychologist researcher who was not qualified to interpret such scans (and who was not made aware of the radiologists reports) and then moved beyond even this advice to tell numerous courts on the basis of no evidence whatsoever that I had suspected brain cancer.

There is an outstanding civil damages claim surrounding police operation, ‘Operation Chalice’ and a ‘machine gun’ I once owned attached to my aircraft. The armed police raid, backed by helicopter, on the marital home on 22^nd June 2009, marked the date of our marital separation. Witnesses present are reluctant to disclose any information always needed. That includes witness identification, copy of all statements taken and substance of all conversations and how and when the house search was carried out etc My daughter was again at risk, under police code name ‘Operation Orchid’, to ‘snatch her by Social Services. It is MAPPA and a rogue forensic psychiatrist that caused, if you wish to believe a word of it, added reasons given and accepted in court, as to why I was not to be released for nearly eight months and in return sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

A string of, no doubt, masonic Cardiff Crown Court judges, tried their damdest to have me jailed with mandatory prison sentances totalling 10 years all over this antique decommisioned WW1 Lewis machine gun.

I was, years earlier, invited to fly my replica DH2 at Farnborough by the express 'orders' from my old mate Captain Brian Trubshawe of Concorde fame.

Rumour at the time was that his air show committee's 'slight mis understanding' with the CAA (campaign against aviators) cased them to vote I and only me was to fly her in the display! I had both lost and won numerous court case skirmishes, over 40 years, with my persistent adversaries, based at Gatwick, the most recent being a win over 'low flying' in Taunton Crown Court.

Successive Cardiff based and very corrupt Welsh Crown Prosecutors were ridiculed in Brisol Crown Court, recently, by fellow but English barristers refusing to dirty their hands over my transferred appeal for a 'common assault'.

The facts were that a rather nasty ex South Wales Police police officer, Derrick Hasan, protected by his HM title as a Cardiff Crown Court official had pushed me off my walking stick, pushed me down the stairs and had broken my leg.

NHS (Wales) has always been a most lucrative and easy source of income for lawyers but I am experiencing, as a tax payer, something quite unprecedented, at this very moment, here in South Wales.

The protection from criminal prosecutions currently being awarded, for services rendered, to certain Caswell Clinic personnel, in Bridgend, Swansea University and elsewhere, the centres of investigation for a recent run of unfortunate teenage suicides, is only just the tip of the ice berg.

SO, how can it have been so descibed by this same barrister Evans in the 2nd May 2012 jury trial as the breach of restraining order?

And when you ask yourself that how, then, could DJ Charles be caught saying, "all seven incidents had been proven"? The doctor quote extract indicates criminal conduct, does it not?

Nine of the 2010 'machine gun' trial jury told all of us, in the pub afterwards, that the only dessenter of a 'not guilty' verdict was one male who, throughout the two week trial refrused, point blank, discussing the issue other than I was obviously guilty.

How many planted in the 'restraining order' jury when considering it was a majority verdict?

Despite the remaining jury members reminding this possible 'plant' , "how can the prosecution use the museum staff from Dorset,who sold Mr Kirk the WWI DH2 aircraft attached to an antique gun and the man from the Lincolnshire museum, who bought the display aircraft from Mr Kirk, as prosecution witnesses without them also being in The Dock?

Evilness personified, perhaps, with that trial judge, HHJ Paul Thomas QC, for he also not stopping the gun trial but repeatedly blocking my lines of questioning once he woke up to the fact I could expose this inherent deceit in Cardiff's judiciary if I had the investigating officer, Hughes, crumbling in the witness box.

Each judge trying to cover up the mere fact that it was Dolmans, solicitors, for the Chief Constable's, private but pending civil three month damages claim, sstarting in January, might just be the the cabal's modus operandi?

District Judge Charles, remember, used the excuse to prevent me from cross examining the police in any hearing because I was subjected to, in 20110, high doses of morphine sulphate and on crutches because of the rogue police forensic psychiatrist, currently enjoying immunity to prosecution, having an extended holiday on full pay and private insurance contrary, in fact, to which the harassment Act allows him to have! But that's the current state of our judiciary in South Wales.

By10th November 1012 this man switched the excuse that I could not cross examine anyone despite my having obtained, at last, a hip replacement in France, refused in Wales, due to the contnet of the bogus psychiatric reports and therefore my no longer needing the daily morphine.

This same individual then quickly switched to some other excuse dreamed up on the day, still not defined, as to why I could not cross examine policemen!

His Honour Judge Hughes, for its March 2012 Appea, thought for a moment and with no grounds what so ever, followed the same agenda of refusing me right to cross examining anyone. So why was I forced a Meirion Bowen as a witness and allowed to ask him questions but not the police/

Well this, of course, led to HHJ Curran QC, for the 2nd May jury trial, with a real head ache as the jury, if not nobbled, would be mystified and smell a rat.

So all these crooked litlle Cardiff S barristers got into a huddle, no doubt at some incestuous Lodge meeting and got Curran QC, in Feb 2012, to order I could cross examine all prosecution witnesses except the Dr complainant, the main player. [but he was not the complaqinant any more . the taffiaq had not thought it through. The whole welsh audience wanted to see the rogue doctor properly cross examined so the judges had to dreaqm up something to prevent it ever happening. His performance at magistrates, shortly to be broadcast world wide is an indictment in itself as the evilness pervading the Cardiff court rooms.

first Dr ****************** was to enjoy cross examination similar to the court appointed solicitor, Swansea solicitor,Williams' nonsence where he, to date, had challenged no prosecution evidence in magistrates or at its appeal what so ever !!!!

But I soon scuppered that idea by speaking on the Cardiff prison monitored for police to hear along with reading all my ingoing and outgoing mail.

So what did my Cardiff judges do?

A couple of months later these judges realised the jury may see through the scam so another judge was wheeled out and had me out of my cell for a video link hearing.

He orderedld you believe, that the Dr, the purported complainant, will not be a prosecution witness making the whole saga even more ridiculous. This would not prevent me calling him as my own witness but they could risk that with the obvious consequences!

Wait, reader, until you examine the full 'machine gun' transcipt (Cost in excess of £4,000) and this latest Cardiff Cabal Curran conspiracy, then we will hear the pips squeaking from across the River Severn.

Rogue NHS (Wales) personnel, a doctor Thomas, Professor Rodger Wood and certain others, at NHS (Wales) Caswell Clinic and Swansea University started all this simply due to my winning too many court cases brought by the bullying South Wales Police.

My 2010 quite unintended release from Cardiff prison had now caused the Welsh authorities a serious head ache following their failure to having me interred in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric prison or having me, as a MAPPA victim, shot.

I note His Honour Judge Curran QC's 4th May 2012 remark to the jury, see link above, indicated I was not supposed to have been told by any of these Cardiff Crown Court judges, staff of Caswell Clinic or a chain of, scurrying away to hide, GPs that I may have a brain tumour!

Curran makes the 10th Cardiff Crown Court judge, at least, proven, since 7th August 2009, to be conspiring to pervert the course of justice .

Just how high up the devil worshipping chain within these Welsh doctors and Welsh judges do we need to go, for God's sake, to stop all this?

[Both spineless Cowbridge Health Centre doctors, Cowbridge and Ravenscourt Surgery doctors, Barry, banned me from their premises rather than be dragged into this fraudulent conduct]. ,

But the petty debt action proceeds so Morgan Cole, solicitors, indicate the approximate £10,000 bill, accrued to defend the rogues, I will have to pay if I proceed any further.

Black mail ?

There being no form of taxation of such a bill then claiming the same sum from the tax payer when I withdrew was routine. At least there was blood on the carpet despite the hearing not to be in an impartial environment like in Bristol, for example. It was to be heard in the notorious Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, a den of vice, so I had to withdraw.

Barristers, David Gareth Evans, Richard Ace and Richard Twomlow, ALL of 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff and barrister Hemmimgs acted as Crown Prosecution HM Queen repesentatives, for the South Wales Police, during my machine gun trial, bail applications and alleged seven breaches of the 1997 Protection of Harassment Act hearings heard between 10th November to 1st December 2011.

Not one of the above barristers were prepared to inform the respective juries there was 'no case to answer', decided, incidentally, by the 'machine gun' jury on the very first day of evidence, some told us afterwards.

Where Harassment/Breach of Restraining Orders were concerned barrister Evans switched exhibits, by slight of hand in magistrates and consistently lied over many facts accurately noted by my Mackenzie Friends crowded in the public gallery. All to be published in full shortly for the English Bar Council to examine as an example of what daily goes on in Welsh law courts for local people to both fund and suffer.

This Dec 2011 Harassment debarcle terminated with an 18 week retrospective jail term conviction only because district Judge John Charles felt intimidated from so many witnessing and recording his and the barrister's disgraceful conduct. A purported service of a restraining order, also much disputed, was, of course, planned to be given to me in prison and not in the cells.

Apparantly I was accused in harassing one of the Welsh doctors listed, I am informed by many, by this week's NHS alarming report on how many victims had similarly been incarcerated under false psychiatric reports and pretences or, as in my case, with the doctor not even having the appropriate qualifications.

That was precisely the case as with my Caswell Clinic,Bridgend forensic psychiatrist, he being immune to prosecution because he, like this barrister Evans, worked for the South Wales Police.

Jeremy Hunt says up to 5,000 mental health patients may have been sectioned over the last 10 years by 'unapproved' doctors

Up to 5,000 mental health patients may have been sectioned over the last 10 years by doctors who had not undergone proper approval, Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has said.

Mr Hunt said there were "irregularities" around the way doctors were approved before they could assess patients for detention under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

He told the Commons: "Our latest best estimate is that 2,000 doctors were not properly approved and that they have participated in the detention of between 4,000 and 5,000 current patients within institutions in both the NHS and independent sectors."

Mr Hunt said four of England's Strategic Health Authorities were affected, with some patients sent to Ashworth and Rampton secure hospitals, home to some of Britain's most notorious prisoners.

The Health Secretary said emergency legislation would be rushed through Parliament to deal with the scandal, which he learned of last week.

But he added: "There is no suggestion that hospitalisation or detention of any patient has been clinically inappropriate, nor that the doctors so approved are anything other than properly qualified to make such recommendations, nor that these doctors might have made incorrect diagnoses or decisions about the treatment patients need.

"All the proper clinical processes were gone through when these patients were detained. We believe no-one is in hospital who shouldn't be, and no patients have suffered because of this."

He said doctors recommending patients to be locked up would not have known they had not been properly approved to make such recommendations. "They acted in good faith," he added.

Shadow health secretary Andy Burnham said: "Detaining people under the Mental Health Act raises the most serious issues of fundamental rights and of patient and public safety. Any reported failure will therefore always be a matter of the highest concern."

Mr Burnham said MPs wanted to "get to the bottom of the unacceptable breaches of procedure we have just heard about".

BUT HERE IN WALES things are quite different.

My so called 'shrink' neither had the qualifications nor competence to inform the then nine Cardiff Crown Court judges that I had 'significant brain damage' and a possible brain tumour, as written in his psychiatric reports. He always left that to the police barristers, as with His Honour Judge Bidder QC, on 2nd December 2009, for example, while I was held in a cell beneath being refused any legal representation.

th July, his Honour Judge Morris said "I am not hearing any applications" and then promptly switched the video screen off when MJK tried to respond. I am assured this was recorded, and therefore, presume this can be proved by the transcript/voice recording of the hearing. In addition, witnesses of our own were present also.

On 7th July and 30th July, MJK was even denied the right to be in court.

MJK was again refused the right to apply for bail, and was refused legal representation in the hearing when he was certified under Section 35 of The Mental Health Act 1983.

th August, MJK had been informed by a Doctor by the name of Dr **************, "it was to be a bail application".

I, son of the accused, apply for MJK to be produced before a competent court without further delay, in order that he be allowed to make a bail application as soon as possible, as due to his incarceration, he is unable to make this WRIT application himself.

On 01 October Judge N Cooke refused me bail. Since 25 June I have been denied the right to apply for bail as I appear to be under the control of MAPPA (Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangement) without being notified for what reason.

Am I considered dangerous, despite FTAC (Fixated Threat Assessment Centre) clearance in January?

The Judge, after indicating I may be released, first asked if I would co-operate with further examinations at the clinic. I deferred my reply to establish just what was causing my having been locked up all summer and who instigated it?

The Judge then produced a single page extracted from my website, out of context, following the South Wales Police refusing to identify any of the police officers at the 43 incidents listed with police authority ‘occurrence numbers’ stored on the Police National Computer for easy reference.

The Chief Constable’s 25 February 2009 erroneous sworn affidavit refers to this matter – see website downloads www.kirkflyingvet.com.

Both the Chief Constable and Adrian Oliver of Dolmans solicitors, Cardiff, are the subject before the Barry Magistrates Court on 23 October in a private criminal prosecution and other related alleged offences originating from 1993 covert police surveillance by South Wales Police on my veterinary surgeries and home and which is ongoing.

The Judge indicated I would offend again and sent me down to attend court on 26 October. The page he referred to identified my £10,000 reward for the home addresses of retired Police Officers and Crown Prosecution personnel.

In order to serve a witness summons private investigators have explained the only method left open to me as the police refuse to even answer my letters.

Welsh MAPPA meetings regularly include police, members of Caswell Clinic personnel and agents for the Judiciary, including the CPS

Judge Cooke knows the relationship between the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, South Wales Police and the HM Attorney General as co-defendants he having sat on one of my cases, only to witness the Jury catch the police ‘red handed’ signalling to the PC on cross examination. They even put it in writing to Judge Cooke, but the Judge let the culprits get away ‘Scot free’.

Judge Cooke already knows I have been subjected to intrusive techniques, including SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography) and the refusal by the HM clinic to disclose any of my medical records.

Judge Cooke knows there is no right of appeal to this 3rd 28 day consecutive court order when well over 35 hours of intense interrogation has already taken place with doctors alone.

Psychiatrists from both Cardiff and Swansea University, with funding from the USA in their research, have played a major part.

For him to refuse me the right to hear the 03 September court hearing tape (transcript omitting both my request for a bail application and allegation that the clinic had ‘put something in my tea’ is but ‘small beer’ to his ignoring my need for analgesia due to a splitting headache.

Not the court fraternity, custodial staff of the cells, nor even the numerous psychiatric nursing staff, that it needed to get me there, would supply anything to alleviate the acute pain.

Judge Cooke will know that on 26 October Dr (name redacted 01/11/12) will reiterate his previous suggestion that I may now be subjected to anti psychotic drugs, possibly by force and further sectioned to remain in custody indefinitely purely at the discretion of the Ministry of Justice.

Judge Cooke again refused to take a pleading saying I was not fit, despite the 29 September psychiatric report clearly stating to the contrary!

It was Judge Cooke with two other barristers on 16 July who all discussed a submission that it was not about who was holding the parcel when the music stopped.

Judge Cooke reused to seize exhibit AJR/1, the antique weapon following my written request to prevent the police from furthering tampering with it. Now, I wonder why?

Judge Cooke is just another in a string of court cases where successive judges have refused to establish just who instigated my arrest in the first place, who appointed the Caswell Clinic and who instigated a Section 35.

I wish to make a formal complaints against these barristers Thomlow, Ace and Evans in their appalling and unlawful conduct during trials, bail applications and the summary hearing ending1st December 2011 at Cardiff Magistrates and during the Crown Court trial, ending 4nd May 2012, before a bemused jury and audience.

What did each trial judge know about basic human rights?

I, for example, in the past year been refused fundimental disclosure of court and custody records, CCTV, time to cross examine, access to my legal papers, exhibits, all waiting in my cell. Judge Curren even refused me my right to see my witnesses before during or even after the ridiculous trial etc etc

No restraining order was ever served on me in the magistrates cells at the end of the case and the CCTV, asked for by both me and the jury, was deliberately destroyed because of my being beaten up by five GEOamey Custodial Services employees, throwing me out on the floor and chucking my crutches out on top of my head causing others to lay on a wheel chair.

Evans' conduct at magistrates clearly showed the knowledge I was absent and in the cells. He knew just what he was telling the district judge JOHN CHARLES were bloody great lies.

The common assault conviction had already been arranged, for Peter's sake, to be quashed when it was to be heard well out of of wicked Wales, in Bristol Crown Court, nearly two years later.

Incidentally, HM Official Solicitor was warned off by the Cardiff cabal in asking the relevant Governor of HMP Cardiff if she had received the 'Particulars of Claim'.....far too risky. Ms West was not only retired and therefore no longer in their clutches she was retired and NOT, I strongly suspect, a Freemason.

The heart of your deceitful little fiefdom's problems, ladies and gentlemen, are under your control but you do absolutely nothing about it, now why?

Getting back to a Cardiff criminal court example, "a relatively minor offence" the evil judge Charles said.

Charles had been the one in the first place, over a year earlier, in August 2010, when he had ordered I was not allowed to cross examine any of the prosecution witnesses.... I was to have their own court appointed defence lawyer do it!

Quoted recently by Bristol CPS, when applying to not oppose my appeal against conviction of 'common assault'

"Your Honour, the complainant is now reluctent to give evidence" (in the light of being cross examined for the first time).

This x-ray of my ankle, after the ex copper, Derrick Hasan, had pushed me down the Crown Court steps and off my crutches. I have needed nine unnecessary months on them with almost daily morphine sulphate only because no one in the Welsh judiciary and NHS (Wales) had the balls to have my 2009 psychiatric reports corrected to allow me a total hip replacement operation in England.

All in a day's work here in Cardiff's stinking cabal.

Both Cardiff Crown Court and Magistrates, for eight months now, have refused to disclose the sealed brown envelope containing a higher court orders without my knowledge........see last blog post...

This means not only my expected Appeal court intervened and I could not appeal by way of JR appplications, appeal to the Criminal Court of Appeal or Criminal Review Commission as I did not know about it!

Surprise , surprise?...it may not surprise you to know that the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) have now cut my phone off to them, as my letters are not properly replied to, so I cannot obtain the reason why their draft restraining orders, seen being handed about, commented on by both judges, are no longer in existence. Who is lying?

Neither courts nor CPS have them explainiing why they were both reluctent to disclose Mr Bowen's statement (last blog) nor allow me acces to hear the Crown Court tapes when the CPS was actually admitting their existance and ordered to produce them!

Another Farcical Day in a Deceitful Welsh Court Looking for my Guns

I shortly set off, today, thursday 19th July, to Cardiff magistrates to try, yet again,to get my antique guns back the police confiscated well over three years ago!

Adrian Oliver of Dolmans, solicitor, schemed with MAPPA and the then Chief Contstable, Barbara Wilding, first to having me shot but when
that was cocked up settled for having me jailed instead.

For eight months I suffered, three of them terrified under NHS(Wales) supervision before a jury
decided the WW1 Lewis machine gun, that had been sold a year earlier attached to
my aircraft and had flown at Farnborough Air Show, was perfectly legal and not contravening Section 5 (1) (a)
of the 1968 Fire Arms Act.

The South Wales Police had not just altered its colour tofit the time when I owned it they appeared to have unblocked the barrel in
order to fire it!

Despite the MAPPA team painting the gun a different colour,silver to black, to try and fool the jury, I was found not guilty. But the
police had to paint it back to silver in order to give it back to the
Lincolnshire Air Museum making it , you would of thought, ideal for an IPCC
complaint! Now what about another Welsh
farcical institution, alongside the talking shop in the Bay, the IPCC?

to have me locked away for life, using the same welsh rogue's false psychiatric
reports but the English magistrates were having none of it.

While I am still breathing we have a lot in store for this
evil Cardiff Cabal and the culprits, I suggest, should be putting extra bolts
on and checking their insurance.

Apparently, NHS (Wales) tell the CAA, et al, I have ‘significant brain damage ‘ and a possible brain
tumour that needed an armed helicopter
and hoard of marauding armed police , in‘Operation Orchid', to try and snatch my then ten year old daughter , for her own
safety.......and this lot, would you believe, are getting their own judiciary!

Evil, evil Welsh or just evilness in those I have encountered?

To many, the sooner Wales has its own full powers, in its talking shop and judiciary, the better. As long as both Severn bridges are quickly dismantled,
with English investment and armed forces out, I really do not mind any more, I've really
had enough.

Before we go, though,must buy more spades to heighten Offa's ***.

Incidentally, I defy anyone to prove I was not the first to fly
under that first Severn bridge, back in
the 60s, in a RAF chipmunk on twelve shillings pay a day. Having patiently waited for the centre
section to be put into place it was, of course, a doddle......but as with my Cub's
arrival at Sydney's coat hanger, in April 2001, again, the plan was to loop it but RAF fluorescent orange,
just miles from Filton airfield, may well have led to my being in difficulties,
so early on in life.

Back to the cesspit. Some
local liar, to day, will shuffle into adjudicate
in Cardiff's version of a law court and refuse to order the police to immediately
return my property as rusts away in some smelly local police station. Nor will
they prove there ever was a prohibited weapon in my possession.

But then
there is the real ‘prohibited' weapon they say they took from our house....a walking
stick shot gun! An excellent
weapon for poaching it is strongly rumoured.

Why did they not prosecute for that then? You may well ask. If you understood their
culture as I now do, having had to suffer their bullying and petty jealousies
for the twenty years, you may have a better understanding as to why I was
arrested for having automatic ammunition for a machine gun but never prosecuted
for that either despite placing it on my desk as the police helicopter hovered
over heaed.

It took three years and an English court to make Adrian
Oliver eventually hand over a copy of his law firm's statement to his client,
the police, to get me sectioned and that featured so heavily in IAG/ FTAC
meetings and on the arrest orders that June 2009 morning.

They missed the shot
gun pair, in their haste, the comparison to be used in some future court when
they are sued for the deliberate deterioration of my antique collection

I have to withstand the stench of that Cardiff building at
10am and be expected to give due reverence to a thoroughly deceitful institution

English Court Quashes 3 years of Welsh Orders Blocking My Right to Cross Examine South Wales Police and HM Partnership

Welsh Appeal moved to Bristol to hush things up!

To start on a somewhat sordid note, as warning for others choosing to seek redress in a Welsh court room, I bring to your notice, first, 20^th June 2009 Dolmans, solicitors' witness statement, written for their then client, as they were also advising MAPPA meetings to having me shot, Barbara Wilding, Chief Constable for South Wales and Defendant for twenty years of police bullying, malicious prosecutions and false imprisonments.

Its conspiratorial content explains why it took three years to get this released following countless ignored applications in both civil and criminal Cardiff Courts.

With their desperate attempt to hide one of their malicious acts, a vicious assault carried out in the Cardiff Crown Court building, its outstanding appeal hearing was moved to Bristol Crown Court for burial only to allow my obtaining a repeat Court Order, for disclosure, the CPS (Bristol) not also being in bed with the enemy.

It was only by repeat application in Bristol Crown Court, this month, that I obtained this successful disclosure of what had led to my incarceration in that notorious Welsh psychiatric prison.

Needless to say, the Cardiff cabal had originally prevented my cross examining any of them in Magistrates, in 2010, having now shipped this Appeal across the bridge to England only to avoid their publicity of nafarious conduct. They need not have bothered as they control most of the media in the South Wales area in order to regularly behave as they do.

The only witness I need, of course, is a doctor who will be served a witness summons, once we all have a date for the trial, to make him give evidence on oath. He has to confirm, in an English court, this time, as to my fitness or not to stand trial considering the outstanding medical reports he made, for the South Wales Police, CPS and nine Cardiff Crown court Judges, that I have ‘significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour.

The 'Common Assault' Incident

In July 2010 a Derrick Hassan, HM court official and rumoured to be ex South Wales Police, refused to accept my handing him my ‘grounds', relating to an appeal to be sent onto The Royal Courts of Justice Criminal Court of Appeal.

Some considered this to be contrary to statute law and a ‘contempt of court' but who, in the precincts of that building, really gave a damn?

I therefore tucked the folded paper into his *** pocket only to violently shoved down the Crown Court steps, losing my stick and fracturing my ankle on the way.

Albeit only a chip fracture and severe wrench the exostoses, from some thirty year old flying accident, further impaired my already slow recovery from my terrifying experiences, the previous year, in the psychiatric clinic psychiatric prison, Bridgend. I, not the court official, was charged with ‘common assault'.

That ill fated flight, off a Dorset coast cliff, had all the classic ingredients of ‘running out of speed, height and ideas', ‘all at the same time'! We had been out testing an experimental hang glider trying to strap a chain saw engine and propeller to it to be one of the very first microlites in the West Country.

This machine gun was deliberately repainted back by the south Wales Police, as when I had it a year earlier, to try and fool the January 2010 Cardiff jury but then had to paint it back to silver , in the wrong shade, once I was acquitted on all charges! IPCC was pre warned of this, before it even happened, by me in 2009, from my psychiatric cell and still they fail to act. NO Wonder the organisation is a joke and needs abolishing.

District Judge John Charles immediately enforced section 36 of Youth and Justice Criminal evidence Act 1999 to protect HM Partnership leading to a farce of a hearing in November 2010 with the court appointed lawyer correctly refusing to cross examine as he had received no instructions!

The appeal date, in Bristol, is now to be fixed with the sentence having already been deliberately delayed for thirteen months. This was in order to maximise the effect of the conviction in refusing me bail and so release from Cardiff prison between 23^rd September and 1^st December 2011.

THIS IS WHAT THEY WISH TO HIDE, THE POLICE LETTER TO THE IPCC BASED IN, OF ALL PLACES, CARDIFF!

Meanwhile they swamp me with countless side issues and trivial court cases, anything to prejudice my 20 year running civil damages claim

I immediately return to Cardiff, to collect for the Criminal Court ofAppeal, the CPS promised 'draft part hand written District John Charles (wash your mouth out, Maurice), 'Restraining Order' admitted in the May jury trial to be still under the control of CPS barrister David Garreth Evans. To Late, he has been nobbled, someone has now, it appears, to have mislaid it, shredded, possibly, due to last week's witness statement, no doubt, made by an eyw witness in that court, to the duty Cardiff police sergeant, G Brown. CPS will ignore so there is preparation for a private prosecution as the CPS are sure to bury its audit trail via GEOamey Custodial Services, a joint defendant on the proposed indictment.

My new complaint, to another Sergeant, a Mr James, of this apparent loss of the very document actually shown to me in the cells on 1st December, never a 'restraining order', of Cardiff Magistrates, Crown Court and CPS all now denying its existance indicates, at least, some one is rattled.

Despite the trial judge, HHJ Curran, having ordered its recovery from Merthyr Tydfil CPS offices now this, typical of a days work in the Principality's capital.

Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice

I have had to visit your station several times, this week, with my witnesses who have travelled from a long way for little purpose.

Only one statement, so far, has been taken and I have seven witnesses still to go. They saw the part hand written draft ‘restraining order', the only one that came into my cell, get passed around between the CPS barrister, now admitting he still has it, District Judge John Charles, wash your mouth out, Maurice, who scribbled all over it with his fountain pen. The Clerk of the Court, Michael Williams, who later lied before the jury saying he saw the final version given to me in the corridor of the cell block, quickly having the cctv wiped after five GEOamey apes physically through me out of the building with my crutches thrown on top.

I have reason to believe the final restraining order was not even printed until the following day and you can prove it. The rough version, briefly shown to me, bares no relationship to the final version.

I came again on Friday to tell you this and that the CPS has now ‘mislaid it', knowing it being essential for the Criminal Court of Appeal. I told you I had just been to the Magistrates, yet again, who also deny having any record of the various drafts that were being bandied around the court while I was in the cell.

Are you going to examine, before further evidence is destroyed, the computers of David Gareth Evans, those of the clerk of the court and offices where, Exhibit One in the jury trial was date stamped 9^th December and palmed off a certified true copy?

I enclose yet another version they are trying to palm me off with and ask for an immediate investigation or else.

Is this a sample of things to come right across the Principality of Wales and then, UK?

The ‘Cardiff Cabal' of deceitful key players has finally been promised sole control, their own judiciary, of their very own ‘gravy train' funded by YOU.

Consider, please, the extreme lengths to which I, one of many, have again been subjected, just to obtain both court and custody contemporaneous record for an already bemused jury.

Then consider the reason for recent hunger strike, due to the appalling lack of medical services by HMP and NHS (Wales), as original medical records, originally falsified for MAPPA and a string of Cardiff judges to get me IPP, in 2009, have still not been corrected nor clarified. How many times has my lawyer written to the authorities now? Five times?

The need to stuff defence exhibits up orifices, just to get them into court and again be subjected to being beaten up in the Cardiff prison, by the very same bully boys, 395 Myers and 344 Graham, upon my return from court, is all part of their 20 year conspiracy.

Masonic devil worship? Of course it all is while those in ‘authority', able to stamp it out, are, of course, in the very same club.

All this is exactly as to what happened in the 2009 'machine gun', MAPPA and 20011‘harassment' court cases, all displaying extreme examples of criminal conduct by the very same faceless individuals from within the Welsh Authorities protected by HM. Extended terms of custody, each time, expecting their irritation will eventually go away, has been a particularly bad error on their part and something they are, shortly, to regret.

The prison, now, will not release my legal papers needed for my appeal and JR Application to the Royal Courts of Justice.

His Honour Judge Lambert, in Bristol Crown Court this, week, has ordered proper disclosure to show why the 2^nd Nov 2010 ‘common assault' conviction, at last on appeal, is listed outside Wales?

Why carrying a sentence of ‘no penalty' given 13 months after Cardiff conviction ?

Why in my absence I was convicted of failing to attend when John Charles gave the permission?

Can this English judge also influence a Welsh prison, I wonder?

I will write to Bristol Crown Court and apply for an Order to amend the never seen yet original 'Restraining Order' to allow me to communicate with witnesses from the public gallery for grounds for Royal Courts of Justice.

When I do get promise of court records HM prison Cardiff, Geo Amy Custody Services or some Cardiff judge simply reverse their previous decisions and block their release. This time all three blocked their release after the trial had started.

Judge Cullen QC repeatedly witheld what he knew, stifling evidence what the jury needed and even before the trial started, promised me both legal representation and production of the essential witness with his relevant NHS documents.The judge had no intention what so ever of ever upholding those previous court orders and ran Janet Kirk and other helpers a merry dance when they tried to get hard copy from the public counter.

Judge Cullen QC blocked my JR application, re the original Dec 11 magistrates fiasco under District Judge John Charles, until ‘after the trial is concluded'....he being the trial judge! Should he simply recused himself!

He knew that had the JR been successful, I was refused court documents,witnesses, access to lawyer, my own legal papers or right to cross examine in both courts. If current IPCC and NHS ‘investigations' from England had been allowed to be concluded,properly, there would not have been any trial in the first place. NHS officials or their legal representatives, crowded into each and every court room during these past seven months to monitor proceedings........so what are they frightenend of?

In Cardiff Crown Court, incidentally, I never ever did get to see any certified true copy of an original document relied on by the prosecution. What utter nonsense again, the 'machine gun' case all over again.

David Gareth Evans, barrister for the Crown Prosecution Service, meaning the representative of Her Majesty the Queen, was no better as he also was promised immunity to criminal prosecution as part of HM Partnership.

Now, he perverted the course of justice ‘big time' knowing he is cocooned in their cosy ‘Cardiff Law'. He was free to re draft as many versions of allegations, he liked, during the magistrates nonsense and in full view of the K Team, created the very exhibit that made him, of course, the vital witness to scrap the trial.

Instead, the one of many draughts, the one I only saw, was left in the CPS Merthyr Tydfil Office, under lock and key.

District Judge John Charles blocked my being able to cross examine anyone, at all, as far back as August 2010. He had taken a leaf from His Honour Judge Paul Thomas QC's book, during the scandalous 2010 ‘machine gun case', to prevent the uncovering of the south Wales Police's MAPPA conspiracy

Barrister Evans told the court he had contacted the Bar Council for help when realising I was obviously calling him as my main defence witness.

As the original fabricator of some fictitiously served up paperwork, down in the cells and by post, what was he doing now conducting the prosecution in the first place. The judge, mean time, sat very quiet knowing if I had objected a re trial would have me returned to prison for many more months whilst unconvicted.

On the 3rd day of this circus, Geo Amy either refused to inform the judge the CPS Evans was my defence witness, now to be called, as His Honour had already blocked all others or maybe, custody staff, Diane or Jackie did get my message to court from the cells, below?

This continuing NHS (Wales) withholding of my medical records, with evidence recorded of 'significant brain damage' and a possible tumour,whilst at the same time, refusing me clarification, correction or giving me treatment, is a stark warning to others that these recent criminal proceedings, in Cardiff, have now set a precedent across the UK.

Wll jail for arguing with a traffic warden be next?

Cardiff Law in Action: Prison Staff ignores what Judge Orders

I've actually seen it in the Royal Courts of Justice, too: the Judge allows for contact with the prisoner, but the staff "looking after" the prisoner follow somebody else's rule.

Yesterday, the judge allowed the supporters to visit Maurice in the cells. But when they arrived there, they were told that he had already left which, unfortunately, was not true!...

Go figure: innocent until proven guilty, fair trial or "Cardiff Law": make it up as you go, as long as Maurice is treated as badly as possibly possible - by virtually anybody who has the capacity to abuse their power...
